I came in early, which I highly recommend. There were two people ahead of me, but the process was still super fast and efficient. The whole experience was quick, easy, and stress-free. Eric is such a nice guy and clearly cares about providing great customer service. As a woman, I sometimes feel nervous about being overcharged or taken advantage of at car-related places, but this felt like a trustworthy and safe environment. Would eventually get cool but after maybe about 15-20 min. Finally brought it here. Was expecting them to say, I have to leave it for a diagnosis. No. I called and asked if they provided A/c service about 11 a.m. they said yes. Can I bring it today? Yes. Brought it in and was real skeptical because he just sounded way too sure what it was after I explained my issue and figured it had to be something more complicated. He even gave me a time it would probably be done. My head said, "he hasn't even looked at it yet" sure enough 4:00 came a call came and said it's ready. Walked a few blocks to pick it up. No bad news. Did exactly what he said and it works. This is the 3rd place after 5 yrs. I don't have a lot of time as we work a lot to take the time for car service. This place came through. First experience was spot on. I would recommend them. My wife was super happy. She sent me a text the next morning excited. I shared in a picture.

When I arrived, Greg was there and helped me, very friendly and took me right away. No wait. I started working on my computer and before I really got much done, he came back and my car was ready passed and cert. transmitted to the DMV, all less than 10 minutes. Out the door price with a $10 discount was $53. (As of Sept. 2025). Excellent service, fast service, straight forward reasonable pricing is a recipe for success. When it was my turn he was like, "GIVE ME THE PAPER" and I was like, "huh?" and he goes, "REGISTRATION" so that was kinda jarring, but as he was working he calmed down a bit.
