I have frequented this boba spot since it opened up and have never encountered the subpar customer service that I experienced recently. We arrived to the location at 8:30pm and it was pretty busy which was expected as it was a hot evening. We waited in line for about 15 mins and with 8 customers still ahead of us waiting to order the cashier yelled out that they would no longer be making drinks and proceeded to provide the hours for the following day. There were many angered patrons, as they had been waiting in line longer than we had and had to leave without their drinks. At no point when we arrived to the location was there a sign indicating no matter if you were in line or not, that they would stop taking orders at a certain time. Nor was there a staff member at the door turning away customers. This has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I feel it could have been handled differently. read more

Only giving them two stars because the drinks here are actually pretty good compared to some of the others I've tasted. However, i waited 15 minutes for my drinks along with other guests. Why? Well let me tell you. Our drinks were made and on the counter about 6 minutes after we ordered but for some odd reason the staff lines the drinks up on the counter and you MUST wait until the person in front of you has their completed order before you get yours.. umm please make this make sense. So because the person in front of me ordered 5 drinks i have to wait for THEIR drinks before i get mine even though it's been ready for ...hmmmm let me see 9 minutes?!? I love love love this place. Everyone is so great, and I've never been unhappy so far. The prices are a little high, but it's worth it. I love that they have "less", "half" or "little" sugar available on most drinks; you just have to ask for that. It's a great way to have a treat but not over-do it. read more

I've been here a few times now and have had a delightful experience every time. The gentleman that takes the orders provides really good customer service . Every time I've been here he is very friendly and accommodating. The teas have a frothy consistency that I really enjoy and the texture of their boba is almost magical . This review is bring awareness to the owner. We are frequent customers at this place and am only writing this review because it's happen several times. Not sure if there's a change in ownership, but this place hasn't been running sufficiently. Now, I understand the current situation, but this place is still staffed and has maintained business. Perhaps it's a training issue, but when it's busy, we always see the extra staff hide in the back and don't come out and assist with the line. The cashier continues to take orders and the one employee makes the drink and continues to line them up. They continue this until the cashier is done, then scrambles to see what needs to be put out. However as soon as someone walks in, the cashier leaves to take orders again. Twice, my drink was sitting there melting away for 40 minutes and when I ask if I can get me drink, she said she can't give it to me yet. I told her it's been sitting there for 40 minutes and then she grabs it for me. Seems like they're trained to take your money but make you wait for your product when it's busy. Not cool. It should be all hands on deck when they have a line out the door. That's how you do business. read more

Ordered Tea for delivery they forgot the Boba and all the other toppings that I ordered. However since it was through delivery there was nothing I could do except drink bubble tea without the boba. That's about as sad as eating sushi but the roll falls apart when you pick it up. Furthermore the tea itself was tasteless and colorless. First time visiting... we were greeted when we entered. We took forever to order but the cashier was patient with us and made suggestions he thought we'd like. Loved all the options and especially liked the option of having less sugar in my tea! We tried 6 different drinks and they were all great. Cashier recommended the strawberry milk slush for my 7 year old when I asked for something without caffeine. Especially loved the mango popping bubbles! They didn't have taro pudding (my fave) but recommended the white pudding instead. It was yummy! We hung out and enjoyed the chill music and played board games in the cute seating area that has pillow cushions arranged on the floor around short tables. Don't get me wrong, I love this place. I go there every other week and I think it's the cutest place ever! I love the grass wall and I always take a photo with my friends! We really wanted to like this place. The only reason we went to this place was because the other place we get drinks was already closed. The guy that was taking our order had a very thick accent however that was not the problem. I went in this afternoon and decided I would get something different than my normal boba tea drinks that I get at tea shops. I looked at their Top 10 list that they show at the register area. I got the oolong with herbal jelly since it was on that list. The tea didn't taste like tea. It mostly tasted like milk. I read another review, later that day, saying the same thing about the oolong tea. I told the worker taking my order about the Yelp check in where I get a free topping and she was dismissing it telling me I need to put my phone number on the pad to see if I have rewards. I repeated myself about the Yelp check in, even showing her my phone, and she finally admitted she doesn't know how to do anything with that and insisted I put my phone number on the pad to see if I have anything free based on past purchases. Of course I didn't because I live far away and rarely have a chance to go here. Very disappointing in the customer service and the drink. Management needs to train people properly on all matters. Every time someone tells her they are checking in on Yelp and want to get a free topping what will she eventually say if she doesn't care to learn how put it in the register? As I tried different locations of kung fu tea, this location along with its drinks doesn't compare to the other ones. I ordered the kung fu milk tea and it tastes like they just poured milk into the cup; the milk tea has no tea taste at all. It's really watered down as well. I can't complain about their drinks & I am a regular there and always thought the app to order ahead is very efficient. However, today when I ordered through the app, I came to pick up my drink & I noticed they were missing one of my drinks, so I mentioned that and I waited outside, I came back in and she made the wrong drink, & I had to correct her again & she went back to check if that's what I ordered.Then I decided to stay inside to watch what she was doing and before she sealed it, I had to tell her I payed for boba/bubbles.
