I have been here a few times and out of the past 3 times we have been there, twice they ran out of boba. The reality is, if your business model is based on one key instrumental area, rock it and make sure you have enough inventory. I don't care if you're 5 minutes away from closing or an hour- you should have what's needed because otherwise you are letting your customers down. I wanted to like Kung Fu Tea, but the drink I had just didn't taste fresh--it seemed more like a powder mix than real tea. Even with half sugar, it was way too sweet for my taste. Sadly, not a place I'd visit again or recommend. read more

Menu selections were minimal. Workers had no idea what was actually in the drinks. Everything is made with a powder, no fresh fruit or juice. The worst was their straws are so small. You cannot drink the Boba through them. Drink was mediocre at best. read more

UPDATE: The cashier was kind enough to ask if I wanted a remake in a larger size or more tea added to my current drink. I opted to get more tea added and I can taste the tea. I just tried kung fu tea here. The last time I tried it it wasn't memorable to come back but this is one of the closer boba shops in Little Elm so I thought I'd give it a second chance since the other boba shop has bad ratings. There wasn't a wait for my drink and the cashier was helpful and nice but I got a kung fu green milk tea and can't taste ANY tea. The medium size for 5.63 with boba is premium price when it tastes like straight milk and brown sugar. I wouldn't recommend unless you want to buy premium milk lol read more

I would put 0 but that's not an option I got a large cocoa lava slush and I specifically asked for reg boba but they didn't give me any and I ended up not drinking it. absolutely hated it, never coming again, I'm just going to hello boba next time cause they don't mess up orders read more

Don't waste your money. They don't fill your cup up all the way and the drinks taste like nothing. We got a KF milk tea and a coffee tea, and they literally taste the same. There is not flavor. Go anywhere else. read more

I hate doing this but what we thought was gonna be nice edition to our sushi ended up being a disappointment. We ordered ahead while sitting at the sushi restaurant next door which you would think would keep us ahead of the game, WRONG! We walked in and there was a lady and a man with his daughter. The man with the daughter had just finished ordering and the lady went to order while we waited. Then a couple comes in and we let them know we've already ordered and they order, as they order the man with the daughters two drinks are completed and they leave, then shortly after the lady after him got her drink.. time passes and another couple and a lady come in and somehow all of their drinks get made before ours... one couple finished theirs before we got ours.. not cool. So we asked them if they even go our orders and they basically were like "oh, we'll make yours next".. it had already been 25 min since we walked in the store and to make it worse one of the workers was ignoring us and just chatting it up with some friends who walked in, and he was inconvenienced when he had to stop chatting and hand us our drinks that weren't even made correctly (was supposed to have popping coffee bubbles and less ice.. both were wrong). Poor service and I doubt we will be going to this location again anytime soon, just saddened by the lack of customer service. read more

Great atmosphere and super friendly employees!!! I've been here 3 times a week since the opened. Only 2 critiques I have are that they really need to offer curbside for those of us that are not comfortable going in businesses yet because of covid. Also, I order in the app and so pick up so I can grab it on my way to work and every single time so far, I have to wait an additional 10-15 min once I get there making me late. I've had to stop coming as often because of the long wait times. read more

New KFT beta app! The owner is super sweet and friendly. Nice location, great service, and consistent drinks. Parking can be difficult since it's so limited with several businesses around. There's an entire back area to enjoy your drinks. Wish they served food, would definitely spend more and hang out. Thanks! read more

Ok....So living through Texas summer is always a struggle & a cool refreshing drink on a hot afternoon is a must! There is so much variety on this menu from the type of drink, flavors and toppings. The combinations are endless! I think you could probably have something different every single day for a year. It's a special place for those looking something special that's tasty and if you don't know what that is then the staff will help you. For someone new don't be afraid to try something new and don't forget to add tapioca pearls. Toppings gave each item a new dimension. I would definitely become a regular.
