    Kung Pao chicken bowl
    Joseph C.

Stopped in here just to try their Kung Pao chicken. I've generally been disappointed with most Chinese restaurants that have stopped making this dish the way I remember /like it. Usually too few peanuts and smothered with runny sauce and very little chicken. Not the case here. Order the bowl and it will be very satisfying. An added bonus is the salted pepper chicken wings. Those were delicious! But if you order them don't get them to go as they won't be as crisp by the time you eat them.

Place was nice. Unfortunately empty at the time I went but I can't complain since the food came out fast and the service was good. Service: the staff was nice and friendly. Making sure my water cup was full and checking on me if I needed anything. Ambience is good. Looks like they revamped the place compared to the older pictures. I should have taken some of the menus as well but I didn't know how long ago other people took pictures of the place. Good was great. I had the Kung pao 4 delight. Chicken, beef, shrimp, scallops. All the proteins were really tender and the chills had a great kick to them. Overall: I had a pleasant experience. Luckily I don't work too far from the place. I will be back to visit again

We decided to stop in for dinner while in the area since we've heard nothing but good things about this place. Upon arrival I noticed the place was pretty empty but decided to try it anyway. The restaurant is quaint with a spacious dining area and staff were very polite, friendly, and attentive. We didn't dine in since we had our dog so just got take out. Their dinner menu selections is a la cart family style with various kung pao bowls where you can choose a protein. I had the 4 delight bowl that came with chicken, shrimp, beef, and scallops. It also had scallions, peanuts on a bed of white rice. My wife ordered the chicken bowl, she wanted it hot and spicy with white rice. I was disappointed with my meal, it lacked flavor and the rice was mushy. It wasn't what I expected since people we know dine here all the time but come for lunch where they have specials. The protein was doused in a sauce that just wasn't tasty. The food totally under succeeded our expectations. We should have just went to Panda Express that's around the corner. Sorry not sorry!!

    3 delight bowl.

I really like the 3 delight bowl here even though it is not the same as it was before. I think they use basmati rice now instead of jasmine and the texture is just not as ideal. It consists of steamed or fried rice and chicken, beef, plus shrimp smothered in a delightful brown sauce. The components come together well to please your palate. You can get it with or without peanuts and green onion. Also, you can adjust the spice to it. They were more generous with the meat under the old management but it's still worth the drive on my lunch break now and then to grab a to go of this particular dish. The lunch special includes a eggflower soup that is better than other places, this restaurant has stood the test of time.

In the shopping center across the street from the AMC 20 Theaters and the courthouse.A very spacious restaurant. Freshly painted and the bathrooms are being remodeled. The menus is vast. I got the lunch special. It comes with soup, fried or plain rice and a choice of entree for $11.95 or for a different options for $12.95. There is enough food for 2 meals. I got the garlic chicken. It was really good. We arrived at few minutes before noon and at noon people started pouring in. I recommend this place.

Honestly, it's basically…read morethe same broth, the king version just loads it up with brisket, tendon, tripe, and meatballs, so think of it as a fully stacked boat noodle. The broth is the star here. It's rich, flavorful, slightly sweet with a tangy kick, pretty sure there's some tangerine going on in there. Just a heads up, even "mild spicy level" has a noticeable heat, so if you're sensitive to spice, don't try to be brave... go no spice. The meats were surprisingly good, tender, not chewy, which is where a lot of places mess up. Noodles came out hot, no complaints there. We also got mango sticky rice and this is where they really sealed the deal. Mango was perfectly in season, juicy, sweet, not that sad sour off-season stuff. Sticky rice was soft and actually tasted like it was made fresh, not reheated from yesterday. Waitress was attentive and nice. Place itself is small, clean, modern, very mom-and-pop but done right, not rundown. I will definitely come back.

Ordered from here via third party app…read more Papaya Salad: it was okay. It came with pieces of cabbage (as opposed to wedges I normally get from other Thai places). I like how's there's more dressing as you get the taste of it in every bite. The dressing however was a little too fish forward for me and you don't get much acid. IMO, the fish sauce and lemon (acid) should balance each other out. They use big tomatoes cut into wedges (as opposed to cherry tomatoes which I normally have at other Thai restaurants), And they give a good amount of food. Chow Mein: my boyfriend ate this. He said it was okay. It looked pretty good to me. Thai ice tea: I ordered this with boba. And as I was drinking it, I don't know what was in it but it definitely was not boba. It was orange with a chewy texture. I checked the receipt and it clearly says BOBA.

Because let me tell you... it has been a **long, long time** since I've had Chinese food that made me believe in love again. Then the food came out. The rice? STICKY...PERFECTLY STICKY!!! Perfect. MOIST, not mushy... just minding its business and being amazing. Like, where have you been all my life? Why did you let me suffer like that? And the sweet and sour pork... listen... crispy on the outside, tender on the inside... it had layers. Emotional layers. I wasn't just eating, I was healing. The Broccoli and beef...game changer. The broccoli had a fresh snap to it mmmm fresh! But what blew me away was the beef, it resembled Wagu meet. So tender so flavorful. I was sitting there, slowly munching my night away, completely unbothered, living my best life like I had just found inner peace... in a takeout container, but better, it was on a plate! At one point I literally thought, "Is this what happiness tastes like?" Because I was in full "Wok Deli" Chinese style. No passport, no jet lag, just vibes. I didn't want to leave. I considered ordering more just to stay longer like, "Don't rush me, I'm having a moment." I really like that their menu has a lot of large photos of the dishes, so you know what you're getting! Once we ordered, the food came out pretty quickly despite being busy. For appetizers, we ordered the Crunchy Pork "Bao" since it sounded unique. Inside the bao is pork shoulder, mushroom, Vietnamese sausage, and quail egg. For entrees, we got the Chicken Pho and the Pho Ribeye. For the chicken Pho, you can get it with thigh or breast meat. I got it with breast meat, and they gave a good amount of meat!
