    M3.Classic Braised Pork Roujiamo

The thick-cut noodles were my favorite dish -- loaded with bold flavor without being too spicy at all. The Mapo Tofu came out piping hot and had that signature Sichuan numbing spice (mala), but it was perfectly balanced and not over the top. The Roujiamo was good, but I wish I had ordered the spicy version since I prefer a little heat. Service: The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. They checked on us regularly to make sure everything was great -- excellent hospitality!

Found this place after trying to figure out what happened to the restaurant before them. I got pulled in with their hand pulled noodles (pun intended). We went closer to end of day, so the restaurant was pretty open. The staff was friendly though, and answered all of our questions. It is a little dark inside, but not so much that you cannot read the menu lol (I'm looking at you, Jinya). We ordered the spicy dry fried chicken, the tomato with lamb stir fried noodles, and the braised beef in chili oil noodles. Honestly, this place is really expensive. The chicken was $22, and it does not come with rice. The noodles were $18 each, but are shareable sizes. I don't think the sizes were larger than other family style Chinese restaurants though. Our total was about $65 for everything, which... is extremely expensive. The flavours though? Great!! I would not get the chicken again, and although the pieces are large, I still found myself craving the dish at Original Cuisine more. The noodles were very chewy though, and I miss hand pulled noodles so this satisfied that craving. I preferred the tomato noodles over the beef ones, and would order the tomato dish again instead. I think I would come back here, but it would have to be a bit of a splurge instead of a casual dining experience.

I recently visited Kwan Mein during their soft opening, and overall it was a solid first experience. They're currently using QR code ordering, which made things simple and convenient. Even though the system is tech-forward, the hostess/server was incredibly nice and bubbly, which added a warm, welcoming touch to the meal. I ordered the Signature Kwan Mein. The noodles are hand-pulled in the traditional Shaanxi style , thick, wide, and delightfully chewy with a wonderfully rustic texture. You can really taste the freshness and craftsmanship in the noodles. They were generous with the chili oil, but surprisingly it wasn't overly spicy. The flavor was enjoyable overall, though it did lean a bit on the saltier, heavier side for my taste. Since they're still in the soft opening phase, I'm excited to see how they continue to refine things. I'd definitely come back to try other menu items.

When we got there the place was small and fairly busy but we were able to be seated quicker than I thought. I was surprised how quickly the food came out as we did order 9 dishes in which all of them were tasty! The server was welcoming and provided proactive service. He was always around to refill our drinks and take any empty dishes off our table. I don't know if we were just all hungry but all the food was yummy! My favs were the stir fry eggplant and minced pork with garlic sauce + Salt and Pepper Fish Fillet. They had a lot on the menu that I have yet to try. Overall our family was satisfied with the dishes we tried and the service was great!

Try these and see what they should REALLY taste like. 10/10 Secondly, the orange chicken ACTUALLY tastes like real, fresh orange!! Not overly sweet and doughy like most places. The flavor is phenomenal. Only thing is, I wish they were a little crispier but I'm sure you could request that upon ordering. Fried rice and noodles are also delicious! First time I got the dumplings there, and second time had them delivered. Equally delicious- which I was worried about. Just so you know! :)

Atmosphere 5/5 This is a good Chinese restaurant with entertainment. Tonight R & B was on the menu! Everything 80's and 90's was going on. Loved it and the celebratory vibe here. Service 5/5 I've never had bad service here. Enjoyed our server and the ..."bartender who also entertained the customers with her dance and grooves as she moved about the restaurant". Food 5/5 Everything I tried was delicious. Ordered an iced tea, a large bowl of Egg flower soup so I had some left tomorrow. Their take on the soup is fresh vegetables, through the straw amazing broth. Also ordered their vegetable Egg foo young. Theirs is donee in a nice dark broth, not gravy; which I found to be spot on. Vegetables were fresh, the Egg Foo young was fluffy and the broth did2 Cantonese style Egg Foo young justice. Plenty leftover for breakfast. $67.27 includes tip plus additional tip for great entertainment. Get your singing Panda on my friends-SYOY!

We thought the salt and pepper pork was too dry or overcooked. And it doesn't seem fair to rate general Tso as it's a fried dish and by the time you eat it 40 minutes later, it's not crispy anymore. It was pretty good as we threw it in the air fryer to crisp it up. The staff was friendly and our food was ready in about 12 minutes. I can see why this place is popular.
