So I went online and made an appointment and soon received confirmation of my appointment. Walking in for my appointment you are greeted in what I would call concierge type of engagement from the greeting, and engagement on my service. I sat in a nice waiting room and my service was completed within 30 minutes. They offer coffee, water comfortable furniture and TV of course. They repaired my engine rear main seal leak, replaced left & right engine mounts, valve cover gasket replaced, power steering flush & repair, flywheel, clutch & Pressure plate replaced, replaced trans fluid & rear differential fluid, topped off all fluids & test drove the car. The extended warranty insurance barely covered a fraction of the cost, the labor rate is great, I paid for price difference of OEM parts from what the insurance covered for after market parts. All in all my this place parked my car inside & never let up on their follow thru with ins. company. Shawn took pics after all the repair was completed. Car drives wonderful & very "tight" (in a good way). Overall, price point is relatively cheaper than BMW Dealership. Quality & customer service is tops here & I'm going to bring it back for oil changes & whatever comes up. Had to call Roadside Assistance to jump it so I could get to O'Reilly's Auto Parts for a new battery before they closed. They said it was the alternator not the battery. Contacted DFW Mobile Repair and Hamm responded immediately with a price quote to fix it. Set up the appointment for mid-afternoon the next day, July 5th (Sunday, on a holiday weekend). Hamm was certainly knowledgeable, and after testing, said it was BOTH the battery and alternator. He replaced the alternator (which he had brought, having had my prior information as to car and model) and then drove to O'Reilly's nearby for a replacement battery which he then installed. In short, Hamm was responsive, capable, courteous and efficient. DFW saved the day (although I lost most of the holiday weekend with the problem!). Pricing wasn't cheap but was competitive I'd say. Give DFW a shot. Their customer service and mechanical work was outstanding. They also have a shop in addition to their mobile repair service. I will certainly consider them for all my future work!
