I've gone here for auto- repair stuff a few times, and I was offered great service each time. The workers are knowledgeable with their craft and informed me of additional services (complimentary) each time I had my vehicle serviced. The only "downside" I have about this place is the wait time. I remember the wait time displayed on their building (Oil Change) did not correspond to the actual wait time I waited. I went out for a Texas state inspection....the woman I dealt with opened the hood and stated she wouldn't start inspection as water, brake and power steering fluids were low. The state of Texas does NOT require any of these for a inspection. Further she said she would not just top them up but would have to flush the brakes, cooling and power steering at a cost of several hundred dollars. I can't label these actions as Yelp would delete the review, so you the reader decide. BTW, brake fluid was full and I did top off coolant (a quart) and power steering fluid. Brake fluid was full. Excellent customer service! Communication is very good. Restroom is clean. Waiting room is clean and nice.

The only reason why they are receiving a one-star from me is because you can't give zero stars. The worst place I have ever gone to for car service. The new owner is nothing but a scammer and knows absolutely nothing about cars. These people constantly overcharge basic services that they don't even do properly. I took my car to get a transmission flush and found out they didn't even do it. They had me sitting for over two hours, just standing and looking underneath the hood of my car and did not change ANY fluid. Then every time you go there, they try to tell you all these bogus issues that are wrong with your car, when in reality, nothing is wrong. They tried to say I needed an oil change and my oil was bad, when I just got my oil changed not even two weeks ago. They have shady, lying 'mechanics' who don't know what they're doing and shouldn't have been given any certification. I hope this place gets shuts down soon or they come across the wrong customer and get sued out of their ass. read more

I went in for an oil change a couple of months ago. Today, I went to another shop for an oil change and they are telling me that the drain plug has been rounded off caused from the Clear Creek shop. I am now being charged an extra $40 for it to be removed through filing and having a new drain plug installed. Way to go!! read more

They'll pass you one year with tinted taillights but fail you the next, we went back in October to renew our registration and passed the inspection with the same issue we have today, but we were failed. I went here for a vehicle inspection. No one was at the counter when I walked in but they came to the counter immediately. He asked for my insurance card which I can just printed out five minutes earlier. When I couldn't find it I said I will grab it from my car, he said no worries that is where it should be kept anyway and he came out with me and started the inspection right away. He said it would be about 15 minutes. After 10 minutes another employee started ringing me up. When he was done my car was done. It took 15 minutes true to his word. I cannot attest to other services. Since my husband has his own automotive shop he does all my maintenance however he does not do inspections. From now on Kwik Lube will be my go to for inspections. read more

If you're from out of state they will try to rip you off. They asked for a bribe to "pass" me on my inspection. I went to a different mechanic to get a second opinion and was passed. Please don't trust them or just get a second opinion just in case. read more

Went for an oil change found that I had a broken part on my car and Bradely was able to order and install the part in 2 hours.

I like this place. Was not too busy I was in and out in about 30 mins. Price was really good and I will come back to get my next oil change. Also they vacuumed out my car. Didn't know that was apart of the service. read more

I'm originally from round rock and normally have my state inspection done there and never had any issues with my cars tint, but moved up here and went to Kwik Lube for my inspection. They told me my tint was to dark and that they could take it off right then for an extra charge. Prior to this, while I was waiting in the lobby, I heard a guy on the phone complaining to a friend that they said the same thing about his car. I told them to stop the inspection and I wanted to leave. They failed me and charged me for what they had already done. The employee who was checking me out at the end even said that the man that failed me "likes to fail people for their tint." I drove right then to round rock and had my inspection done and passed right away- no comments about my tint. read more

Second time I ve waited over an hour when told it would be 10-20 min. First go around the broke me oil filter housing but blamed the previous provider. I gave them the benefit of doubt. This time they stated that they couldn't find the oil filter. That's scary since it's very popular Vehicle that is 3 years old and Since oil changes is most of what they do. Omg they charged me only $83 dollars and when I was honest enough to point out that they must have forgot to charge me for the battery replacement they checked and suddenly they just added $200 dollars to the bill. I called them out on the fact that they quoted me $80 said they miss quoted the battery price. I had them remove the battery and bought the same battery for $126 at auto zone They Suck!!!!!! Oh boy! I don't know what happened. I was only using this location for oil changes and for state inspection but never again. I pulled up and there was nobody in the shop so I parked and went in to the lobby just to see the owner/manager asleep on one of the couches. At first I thought it was funny but the guy was rude... then I was told I needed an air filter but said no cause my husband can get cheaper and today find that they left the hose hanging partially off of the filter case thing when my husband was changing the filter...then when I was leaving I got in my car and see a huge spot all over my car seat and when I asked about the spot I was told that they don't have upholstery cleaner and get this "sorry". I brought my car here twice, and very was impressed with the service. Geo helped me both times, and was incredibly nice and knowledgable.

My first and last time at this location. I don't know why I didn't go to Walmart or the Honda dealership like I usually do. They tried charging me almost $70 for an oil change. I had stopped them before they started the oil change to clarify the price and was shown something less than what I was told at checkout. Total scam and ripoff!!! I was told I could be given $5 off. Gee thanks. How about you don't lie to your customers or instead of worrying up selling, tell me the truth when I ask you what the price is. Oh and make sure you read all the signs in the shop including those by the ceiling. My advice go to the dealership or Walmart. I've had better experiences. I'll take quality over quickness any day of the week. read more

Another Lesson learned! Needed my oil changed while having a short window of time to get it done while on my lunch break. I figured I work right down the road from the Clear Creek Kwik Lube & Services. "Sabastion" quoted me $80 for a synthetic oil change. I thought that was a bit high, but being I was crunched for time I said "OK go ahead". The guys working in the bays were clearly in no hurry at all, in fact they gave the impression they were intentionally working very slow. 20 minutes after starting the service, I was shown my air and cab filters. They clearly did need to be replaced, however, noticing the up charge after the fact was insane in regards to prices. I was charged $25 for engine Air filter and $49.99 for the cabin filter. A quick Amazon search upon my return back to work, shows the average costs for the factory recommended Air filters go for $11 and $12 respectfully. Again, after returning to work, I see where they didn't even replace my oil filter ($6.97 on Amazon) yet they charged me a $14.93 shop supplies fee. I would recommend avoiding this place and their ridiculous/ shady prices as much as possible. read more

I like this location because it's close to my work and the customer service is GREAT! When I've gone here for oil changes and/or state inspections, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, informative and very efficient in their duties. If you're fortunate enough to get GEORGE doing any service to your vehicle, he will remind you of scheduled recommended services based on you vehicle's mileage. However, he is in no way pushy with those services. There are other places in the Killeen area that could learn from these guys on how to treat the customers that keep your business open. TERRIBLE experience. One of the employees did an "alignment" that cost me $100. I left with absolutely no change so I went back the next morning and the guy isn't surprised and tells me "You are the 5th person to come back because I screwed up the alignment...its probably because i haven't gotten my alignment machine calibrated in over 8 months" ..... ??? The manager who has a thick indian accent just tried selling me a bunch of crap and got into a yelling match with another customer while I was waiting for the 2nd time for his employee to "align my car" .. Dangerous. For your safety DO NOT bring your vehicle here. I received a wheel alignment from the Killeen location and bolts were left loose that kept my wheels aligned and straight. Within 3,000 miles my front tires were bald and my steering wheel was crooked. After discussing this with the store manager and later the owner of both the Killeen and Copperas Cove locations I was offered a $50 gift certificate and excuses as to why the bolts were left loose. I will never return to either location and sincerely hope for your safety and the safety of the motorists around you that you choose to do the same. I was recently discharged (honorably) from active duty. The added financial burden this business caused me could not have come at a worse time. I would hate to see this happen to any service member or veteran. read more
