Set another date for him to come out and do the work, he came replaced brake switch, brakes and calipers. Drove it one block and said the work was done and car was running fine. Paid 669.00 . I drove the car it left me stranded with the same VSA light and issue, called them back they sent someone out 2 days later who determined that the first mechanic failed to bleed the brakes. 3 days after that Im getting ready to run errands... SAME ISSUE CAR WONT MOVE LEFT ME STRANDED after driving 2.5 miles. Had it towed to a mechanic shop cause at this point I dont want Nuts or Bolts to touch a fkng thing I own. The mechanics I took the car to determined that when the previous mechanic replaced the break switch he put a screw in stead of a grommet. The grommet is what presses the switch to allow the breaks to come back into position once you take your foot off the breaks. Paid thebnew nechanic who was very transparent and even suggested that they dont understand why they replaced all that and failed to mention that I need new Rotors ! or at the very lease had them resurfaced for 669.00 !!! As I said .. NEVER AGAIN !

Super satisfied with the service received @ Chuck's! I had a list of items for Chuck's team to take…read morea look at on my 2004 F-150. The extremely nice lady running the office was 100% honest with me and let me know that they were extremely busy and had vehicles parked out in the street that they still needed to check out and it would be right at 2 weeks before they could check my truck out. She was pretty accurate with that timeline. They checked out my truck and got me a quote (their phones were having issues - so she worked with me via Text (which was awesome as I could handle this all the while continuing my work day!)). She provided me both a quote and ETA of the repair which I promptly agreed to. They had my truck wrapped up & ready for pick up just a few business days later. I picked my truck up and the same nice lady gave me a run down of my repairs and their findings as well as instructions that they put dye in my A/C system so if I had issues just give them a shout. I drove the truck home but still had concerns with the A/C. I texted her and she told me to drop the truck back off. Shortly after our exchange I dropped the truck back off - but had another lengthy discussion about what I was experiencing. Chuck's team took another crack at my problem (Basically the A/C had no freon leaks, and would at times take upwards of 30 mins to cool the truck off. It just didn't cool like it used to.) Within just a few short days - I was given my diagnosis - I wasn't crazy!! I received my quote & ETA of the repair just like last time and Chuck's team delivered once again! I definitely got what I paid for. And like many others - I am a satisfied/happy customer. Definitely my new go-to mechanic!

1/5 -- Horrible Customer Service…read more Service Experience I would not recommend Bill's Towing, its manager Joseph, or the driver Cody to anyone. My experience was extremely unprofessional, stressful, and disappointing from start to finish. When I arrived at Chuck's Garage, the manager at the front desk appeared visibly frustrated that I had brought in a towed vehicle and gave the impression that he did not want the business at all. This made the situation uncomfortable from the beginning. After receiving the quote, which I felt was extremely high, he seemed to pressure me into continuing with the service despite my concerns about the cost. When I decided not to move forward, I stepped outside and was on the phone with Bill's Towing. At that point, the manager came out and said he would charge me $75 if I was going to keep my vehicle there, in a passive-aggressive tone, even though I had already made arrangements to tow my vehicle to another mechanic shop. Pricing Issues Additionally, the company they work with, Chuck's Garage, tried to charge me approximately $700 just to inspect my vehicle and diagnose the A/C problem. I had previously been given a much lower estimate over the phone, but once I arrived, the price was significantly increased, which felt misleading given the circumstances. Wait Time I then waited an hour and a half in 102-degree weather for Bill's Towing after being told the wait would be about 30 minutes, which added even more frustration to an already difficult situation. Staff Behavior Cody the wannabe tough guy was very rude and said it was policy that they could not give rides to the next location; however, after a call with the manager, they said it was not a policy at all. He did not provide me with a ride to the next location and left me stranded. Then, only about five minutes after arriving, he threatened to have my vehicle impounded while I was still on the phone actively trying to arrange payment for the towing service. Overall Experience The entire situation felt rushed, disrespectful, and heavily overpriced. Based on my experience, I would 100% not recommend this business and strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Had a huge problem with my 2006 Dodge Stratus. Timing belt broke on the road, we didn't know what…read morethe problem was immediately so we tried cranking it, throwing the timing off. Double overhead camshaft . . . yeah. Luckily, it wasn't an interferance engine, which the manual says it is, which is what the master tech told me, I told him about the research I'd done and the YouTube videos, which he went out and verified for himself. Brought it in, they went to work on it, even going so far as to ask me about changing the water pump, which I declined. He then explained that once he had it all put back together, there was a leak from a seal BEHIND the timing belt, so he took it ALL back apart to change it, free of charge. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because they said I could pick it up on Monday and it really wasn't ready until Wednesday. But it was a great experience.

When we finally decided it had been sitting there for too many months and should pick up the vehicle there was employee trash inside the car, water bottles, lunch garbage, and work rags from the shop left in the vehicle. We towed the car into the home garage and the car was leaking some new fluid that had not been there before. I get headaches now just from being in the garage because of the fluids the car is now leaking. Racked up a huge bill from the shop to get back possession of the car for the work they claimed they accomplished. No solutions, car cannot run. If we had left the car any longer we probably would not have been able to afford their bill to get it back. It looks to be in worse shape now than when we brought it to the shop. We kept waiting, giving them all the trust and time we could afford. I am worried about missing hardware and incorrect installation. The shop has many cars there sitting because the shop owner claims there is money owed on them. This is very suspicious. I understand that some problems are harder to fix than others but the amount of time they kept our car without a solution was above the top. I recommend people look elsewhere if they are looking to keep their car. I don't know much about mechanics but I do know that are a lot of different ways people get into bad situations and this has all the hallmarks of sending someone unknowingly into a bad situation. This is just a warning, I am not a mechanic.
