Worst customer service by the owner she is a piece of Shit and acted races was really nice to white family who came after us! But she started yelling to us for asking for a boot even if we had to wait for a little longer

My partner and I got seated and then promptly greeted by our waitress. We got our first round pretty quickly. The restaurant is a decent size and it's easy to maneuver. There are so decorations but nothing that really stands out for me. They do have some tvs at the bar. I got a spicy salmon temaki, a cucumber roll, and Philadelphia roll. I enjoyed my spicy salmon temaki and the cucumber roll. They tasted delicious, and the cucumber roll is one of my favorite rolls. It's always so refreshing! My Philadelphia roll was okay. I thought the smoked salmon, cream cheese and avocado proportion was a little off. I would have like more smoked salmon in my roll personally. I got octopus, surf clam, yellow tail, escolar, red tuna, spicy salmon and spicy escolar nigiri. My red tuna, in particular tasty really fishy, and not in a good way. So did my yellowtail but it wasn't as strong as my red tuna. The salad was good, and so was the teriyaki salmon, there wasn't anything super special about either dish. Overall, this is an okay acye sushi spot. It doesn't have that "wow" factor for me. I've been here a couple of times, and will go here again. It's more-so just the convenience of where the restaurant is located and how hungry I am after running errands.

Our favorite Sushi place in the area! Amazing food, great service! We come here a lot

All You Can Eat (AYCE) Menu

Our family LOVES eating at Kyoto for AYCE (All You Can Eat) Japanese Food. Of course you can get higher quality food elsewhere, but this is the place to go when you're all starving and ready to order a lot of yummy food QUICKLY. Ambiance is very casual. Decor hasn't been updated in quite a while. It's comfortable, but I wouldn't want to come here for date night. Service is hit or miss. Some servers are top notch and some will mess up your order multiple times or forget a few things. Our family favs: -Beef Fried Rice (our fav fried rice of all time!) -Snow Mountain Roll -Dynamite Roll -Tempura Roll (Dinner only) -All Tempura items -Beef Teriyaki -Green Tea Ice Cream Pro Tips: 1. Try to come in for lunch on weekdays. The AYCE price drops from $33 to $20 per person, and only a few items are dropped from the menu (sashimi and a couple of their specialty rolls). 2. If some people in your party are not hungry enough for AYCE, ask for Ala Cart menus for them. They just ask that the AYCE people don't share their food with you.

Previously, I've eaten at Kyoto Sushi in Minneapolis, Coon Rapids, Roseville, and Maple Grove (now known as Akame Sushi). Two days ago, I ate at the one in Eagan for the first time. My server was a bit difficult at the beginning. After I ordered a vegetable salad, I started asking about the ingredients in the vegetable fried rice. She interrupted me three times assuming I was talking about the salad. Otherwise, she did a good job. Before I left, another employee asked if I wanted my water glass refilled. He was much friendlier. The ambiance of the place was okay and the food was good. I definitely got my fill for just over $20. I might eat here again if I'm in the area on a weekday during lunch hours.

Hibachi Shrimp and Scallop Combination with the 2 scoops of rice they serve with it!

The service is bad, the size of the servings of rice is laughable. If you want Hibachi just go to Benihana or Osaka and get literally double for your money. I was so disappointed I just took my food to go!

Last Sunday, I was craving ramen. I did a quick search and found Kyoto Sushi. It was five minutes away from where I was. I drove over to this eatery, which is fairly close to Best Buy. I backed into a parking spot steps away from the entrance and walked into the restaurant. I was quickly greeted by a woman. She asked whether I was here for the all-you-can-eat menu. I had no idea that this place was an AYCE joint, but you could also order items off the regular menu. I said yes to the former. I was first seated at the bar. I asked for a table instead. I got one. It was around 1:50 pm, so there was plenty of seating. This place charges some fee if you order way too much food and can't finish it. I don't do well at AYCE places as far as volume goes. However, I like coming to such establishments because I get to try a bit of everything. I needed something to drink and got a Diet Coke. By default, you get a glass of water, which was nice. The soy is low-sodium. I appreciated that attention to detail and that decision. I got a bunch of items to start: - Rainbow roll - Chicken wings (2) - Shrimp tempura (1) - Chicken ramen - Beef teriyaki - Seafood udon I felt like I needed more food after the first round, but was getting full and got the following: - Dumplings - Green tea and strawberry ice cream You know what I didn't enjoy the most? It was the craving that I had. The chicken ramen was okay. I found it bland. I think if the broth were miso instead of the milky, boring broth, it would have been perfect. The surprising dish that wowed me was the seafood udon. The lack of flavour in the ramen was totally made up in the udon. So flavourful! The udon noodles were chewy and perfect. I loved the veggies in this dish. The seafood was fake crab, which wasn't surprising. I have been thinking about going back just for the udon. The chicken wings were delicious. They were full wings with lots of flavour. They were messy to eat, though. No one knew me here, so it didn't matter how much of a mess that I made. The shrimp tempura was huge. It was so crispy with all the tempura around it. The rainbow roll hit the spot. You get different varieties of fish. The roll tasted fresh. The dumplings were deep-fried. They were pretty good. The beef teriyaki was outstanding. The char was perfect while the beef stayed juicy and tender. You must have the ice cream. Super creamy. The green tea and strawberry flavours were rich and delightful. I was here for lunch. It was $22 for AYCE. It was a decent price for the variety and quality what I got. I want to come back for more. I can save a bit by having lunch on a weekday, but I'm fine returning on a weekend. Great find! I wanted ramen and got a whole lot more. (3)

Overall this is a decent deal for all you can eat. Portions have gotten smaller over the years and quality of rolls are not as good. Service is ok. Make you feel guilty for eating and question you when you ask where is your order. ClIm it has been sent. Just uncomfortable at times but today service was faster. Not sure if I'll be back anytime soon.

What ever I say about this place is very less. I love this place. They have amazing sushi buffet made to the order. Man I never eat sushi anywhere else. Love there fresh sushi made to the order and they are quick. They have a huge menu for lunch buffet and more items added for dinner menu. There service is quick and maintain the place clean and neat. They even have appetizers, fried rice , noodles and many many more. I would recommend this place anytime for anyone who loves sushi. This is absolutely amazing place

i love kyoto! they've got a wide range of menu options including sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, ramen, udon, hot and cold appetizers and lots more. one roll that i was surprised they didn't have was the alaskan roll (salmon, cucumber and avocado). despite that, they were able to make a salmon avocado roll. service is very quick. they have all your can eat as well as a la carte. i personally think the price is worth it for lunch, but not for dinner ($33.95). overall i had a great experience. overall rating: 9/10
