So the ramen was meh because the noodles were overcooked! The broth flavor and chashu were fine. The real winner here is the omurice! Only legit omurice we have found in Vegas. They do the slice and flop right in front of you. We love the demi glace over the curry sauce. The katsu is just meh here, definitely needs some additional seasoning so take the demi glace over it if you want flavor. We really like the popcorn chicken as a protein. The ika geso again not very flavorful alone. We have come here twice just for the omurice. The matcha pudding is also a nice dessert you can get in combo with the omurice. We waited about an hour to try this place. I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth it, but we were with family, so we were eager. I got the spicy tonkatsu ramen, which is rated #1, and other small plates to share with our group. While the ramen wasn't my favorite and leaned a bit oily for my taste (way too much chili oil), the other dishes really impressed me. The omurice and karaage were both excellent. We noticed the service crew just kept passing us by not even acknowledging us until we flagged someone down. Service was extremely slow, and while the staff seemed happy to accommodate everyone around me, I felt completely overlooked. 5 times I was passed by lol. I understand it was busy but treat your customers equally. This experience left me feeling pretty disrespected. This is my only review so far, I hate complaining, but I just wanna point this out. Regarding food, it was okay. I paid ~$15 for small sized fries and a regular sized boba. I bet the omurice is good for ~$20. Definitely would recommend for several reasons but not limited to; The food, styling, the servers, and the overall atmosphere. First I would like to the say the food is phenomenal. From the flavor to spices. The biggest issue I have with ramen places is they resort to using chili paste to make it "spicy" but here they do it in a perfect way. Second I would like to mention the service and style. The service was great, everyone we interacted with was honestly great vibes. The style here too is great and refreshing, most notably spacious. Came here on a Monday around 12:30 (MLK day though), they were quite busy but since I came here solo, I got to sit at the bar so the wait wasn't too crazy (about 10 minutes). I know this place is still pretty new and super busy so I was trying to not get frustrated with the slow service, 5 minutes to be acknowledged and given a menu, one of the server brought me an ice water very randomly after providing me the menu, I usually get the water with no ice but I didn't want to wait for any longer so I just let it be. Now let's talk about their foods. I wanted to try their honeycomb platter since it has a little bit of everything, well, they didn't have it however the server informed me that I could order them individually, I wasn't happy about that, it's just me eating all the food, why would I want to order them all and get charged for them all individually if I could get the platter? I ended up getting their yakitori platter instead for appetizer and omurice with Demi glaze sauce and pork tonkatsu for my entree. I like all the yakitori except for the beef one. The beef one was very rough and didn't really taste that great, the chicken was super tasty though and I need to warn you that there's actually juice that'll come out of it when you take your first bite. The omurice is good but not impressively good, I wish my servers weren't so busy so I could ask them what was mixed in the rice, I think I tasted some pork and dry shrimps? I do like the presentation a lot though. The pork tonkatsu was decent however the breading did kinda fall off after a couple of bites into it and I think they can use a bit more marinade to it. I think the best thing I had today was actually their brown sugar boba milk tea, the drink and the boba had a toasty taste to them and I like that they actually had the machine to shake their drinks so the brown sugar is evenly distributed in the drink. Ambiance is quite nice as you can see in the picture. I think I will want to come back to try their other stuff on the menu and I hope next time I come in, I won't have to wait for 10+ minutes just to get the server to bring me my dessert (I think they forgot about it since one of the servers asked me if someone has brought me my check yet before I even got my desert that came with the combo) and waited for another 5 minutes just to have someone come collect my payment. This place really blew my mind!!! Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the interior design. I loved the honeycomb pattern they had throughout the restaurant. They also have a milk tea bar right next door! I tried their brown sugar boba and it's definitely worth a try! It's not too sweet and it's nondairy. We did come around dinner time so there was a 15 min wait but the host gave us one of the best seats! The menu had a variety of options, many of the appetizers that I wanted to try were all sold out due to their grand opening, which was a bummer but an excuse to come back another time to try it! We did order Takoyaki though! It was crispy on the outside and creamy in the inside. They were generous with the octopus inside as well. Definitely one of the best I've had so far in Vegas! We also ordered the Pork Tonkatsu Omurice and OH MY LORD... a flavor bomb! The glaze paired so well with the egg without overpowering the flavors. The rice was well seasoned and it was topped with seaweed. As someone who does not like their egg runny.. this was way better than expected. The plate was mopped clean!! Moving on to the ramen, it's as good as it looks! The spicy level is perfect and the chashu had a sweet and smokey flavor. It also comes with corn, green onions, marinated egg and bamboo shoots. So glad I finally got to check this place out after it's been all over my feed for weeks!! I went during the weekday around lunch time and got seated almost immediately. I tried out the Katsuobushi Pork Ramen while my husband got the Omurice. I loved the flavor of the broth because it was spicy and had a great balance of richness but it wasn't too heavy. My husband raved about the Omurice, it was his first time trying it and he said I don't what this is suppose to taste like but I hope it's always like this!! He got a combo meal so it came with a dessert so we decided to try the Cherry Blossom Jelly and it was the perfect sweet treat. It has a slight floral taste but wasn't too overpowering and I could be wrong but I felt like it was mostly a melon/lychee-ish flavor which was a plus for me. Seating wise there was a bunch ranging from regular tables, bar seating and of course the iconic honeycomb tables. I'm sure this place gets packed on the weekends so if you're going either plan to get there early or do what I did and try to come during the weekday if possible. Tried this new spot at around 3pm and it was poppin for a Monday! There was about a 30 minute wait for our party of 4. First thing I noticed is that there was a lot of empty space that could fit more tables if they wanted so it felt wasted especially for the amount of people waiting. The ramen was great and came out very hot which I love. We ordered edamame & the popcorn chicken - which never came so we were disappointed with that. The service was lacking but for a new establishment I tend to let that slide because I know there are some kinks to work out. However, to not even get a refill on water the entire time is kind of absurd. The bathrooms must not have very good ventilation because the smell was strong and we could smell it from the table we were sat at which was really off-putting. We never had the chance to request another table because no one really checked in on us. Like I said, they are new so willing to try this place again but will definitely give it a couple months. The best ramen I've had in Vegas! Loved the decor and we got to sit in one of the Honeycomb booths. I ordered the Black Garlic Tonkatsu ramen and it was the perfect amount of garlic. The broth was flavorful and savory. We also ordered the Smashed Cucumbers, Yakitori skewers platter, and the Omurice. The cucumbers were a bit too spicy for us, but they were good. The Skewers were very tasty. My favorites of the platter were the steak and the chicken. The star of the show was the Omurice! The presentation was top notch and it was so yummy! That said, the food and service didn't really live up to the hype for me. The ramen broth wasn't as rich or flavorful as I was expecting--it tasted kind of thin and like it was missing depth. The spicy cucumber was also not it... we each took one bite and couldn't keep going. On the brighter side, the fried squid and chicken were decent and probably the best things we had. Service-wise, there's definitely room for improvement. When we walked in, no one greeted us or gave any direction, so we were just standing there unsure of what to do. We didn't know where to sign in or how to get seated until someone eventually helped us. I also noticed other people coming in looking just as confused, which makes it seem like this happens pretty often. The omurice was really good but we were pretty disappointed with the ramen. We got the #1 black garlic tonkotsu and the #6 spicy ramen. I am a HUGE black garlic tonkotsu fan and I felt this had only a faint black garlic taste and the tonkotsu broth really lacks richness. The noodles also are more thin, I wish they were thicker bouncier noodles. The spicy tonkotsu we got hot which apparently is the more mild of the options and it was extremely spicy still and we like spicy but I don't like it so spicy you can't taste any other flavors. Sadly, we had to mix the two to make it edible. Definitely disappointed because we were so excited to have a good ramen spot in Henderson. So I opted for the bar and was seated immediately. The waitress was kind but she took long to give us water and take order but it wasn't too big a deal considering they were very busy. The place is massive but I think they could use more of the floor space for more tables and get more customers in and eating. They were staffed well but since this is a new spot, they're still working to it the kinks. The ramen looked promising but it was a bit watered down for me just like the demi glaze on the omurice. Rice was also a bit bland and dry. The popcorn chicken was saltier than most places and was not as crunchy when it arrived to us.
