After an early morning round of golf, this was exactly the kind of lunch spot I was looking for. Stopped by Kyuramen x TBaar in Henderson, and it really delivered from start to finish. The space is beautifully designed--modern, stylish, and very photogenic, with a warm, upscale feel that makes it perfect for photos and content. It's also a two-story space with multiple private rooms, which makes it great for both casual meals and more private dining. Service was genuinely friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. We kicked things off with a few shareable appetizers--the Bao Bun, Deep-Fried Gyoza, and Popcorn Chicken--all perfect for snacking while everything else came out. For the main dishes, we tried the Double Flavor Ramen with both Tonkotsu and Miso in one bowl, plus a separate order of Kimchi Ramen that had just the right kick. The standout, without a doubt, was the Katsu Omurice Combo. Watching the fluffy egg get sliced open tableside is always such a fun experience, and the dish itself was really well balanced and satisfying. To finish, the Matcha Tiramisu was a pleasant surprise and easily one of my favorite bites of the meal. A beautifully designed space with private rooms, great service, and consistently solid food--definitely a spot I'd return to anytime.

I loved the modern vibe and stylish Japanese-inspired décor of this restaurant. My family and I came here for dinner and started with a couple of appetizers: Takoyaki Octopus Balls topped with bonito flakes, aonori, mayo, and teriyaki sauce, along with the Yakitori Platter featuring five skewers--Negima (chicken), Gyu Harami (beef), Butabara (pork belly), fried tofu, and zucchini. For our entrées, my hubby ordered the YingYang Bowl with Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, Sapporo Miso Ramen, served with Braised Pork, Chashu Pork, Shrimp Tempura, Half Marinated Egg, Bamboo Shoots, Corn, Zucchini, and Scallions. While my daughter and I both had the Mega Ramen with Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, Sapporo Miso Ramen, served with Braised Pork, Chashu Pork, Shrimp Tempura, Half Marinated Egg, Bamboo Shoots, Corn, Zucchini, and Scallions. Overall, the appetizers and ramen were flavorful and good. Before we left, my hubby ordered a Coconut Smoothie with Boba to go from Tbaar. The smoothie tasted more like a blend of their milk tea and milk foam drinks rather than a traditional smoothie.

I'm a big fan of this place! Unique interior, attentive service, and great food! Got there on a Friday at 12:30pm and got seated right away. Tonkatsu omurice combo with matcha pudding (5/5) - generous portion and delicious! Both my friend and I felt like we could use a bit more sauce. We tried both demi glace and curry sauce and I preferred demi glace but they were both good. Tonkatsu was also good. Told our server we'd like our matcha pudding to go and they packed it up nicely. Grapefruit tea with aloe (5/5) - with 25% ice and 50% sugar. It was very refreshing! Can't wait to go back to try other items on the menu!

This is a nicely designed restaurant with a cool Japan-themed vibe. Ramen is the main menu item, and we tried two different bowls: Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen ($16.99) and the Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen ($17.99). The noodles had a good texture. The soup started out okay, but as I got through the bowl, it seemed to get saltier and saltier, especially once the noodles were gone. It became a bit much by the end. One fun detail: make sure you finish your broth and check the bottom of the bowl! Apparently, you can win a free meal if your bowl is marked "Free". Overall, it was a decent experience, but the flavors didn't quite wow me enough to visit again.

Trying to knock off some of my list in Vegas Headed out for my birthday lunch at KyuRamen, tucked in Henderson. First off, I love the aesthetics. It has that modern Japanese vibe with these pod-style seats that kind of remind me of a beehive (in the cutest way). They even have one of those Japanese wishing trees where you can leave notes such a cute touch I went with the tonkotsu shoyu ramen and it did not disappoint. Super creamy, rich broth with that deep black garlic flavor classic but still felt unique in its own way. Definitely hit the spot. Safe to say I'll be back

Stopped by for dinner and the ambiance and decor is beautiful. They have tables up a stairs. Not quite a 2nd Floor but cute and interesting. Our server was Valerie and she was very friendly. When I placed my order I mentioned that I don't want my Tempura in my Ramen to have it on the side because I don't want it mushy and wet. She said ok she will tell the cooks and mind you, there's no alteration to the menu or how it's prepared. Well she made it right because the kitchen put the Tempura in the soup. She brought me another Tempura. Yay!!! Definitely 5+++ Stars for her response. Food: Ying Yang Ramen Spciy Chili Cucumber And my family had the following; Classic Japanese Omurice, Miso Ramen, Bao Bun, spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and Beef Rice Bowl. I was not a fan of the spicy tonkotsu broth however I did enjoy the shoyu broth. I also loved the chashu pork. It was so tender. I did also enjoy the omurice which was flavorful and great presentation. Lastly, the Beef Rice was also a hit. The meat was so tender. Overall, great spot and nice workers.

KYUramen is amazing. It's already a new favorite for my friends and family. And an after church service favorite. Love their menu, full of pictures of the food and if you can't see it, your helpful (servers are also knowledgeable of their menu items ) server will show you from their ordering tablet. Ramen is tasty and the appetizers are also delicious (love the Pan seared Gyoza). The decor is so invitingly clean and has a modern and traditional appeal. My daughter loves the desserts and the drink menu they have that perfectly compliments anything you order on the menu. This is place is so good. GO here.

Finally made it to Kyuramen after wanting to try it since they opened--and it did not disappoint. I got the Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu ramen with the black garlic option, and it was so good. Everything was perfectly balanced, and the soft-boiled marinated egg was a standout. My husband ordered the Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu ramen, which had a nice kick--kind of reminded us of a Szechuan-style spice. He also did the combo (+$6.99) with a thai tea and pork bao bun, and the bao was delicious. Love that there's a boba spot connected--we grabbed a grapefruit tea with aloe, which was super refreshing. The space is really cool (those honeycomb booths!), though not the most baby-friendly since they're upstairs and best for two people. That said, the service was amazing. The staff were so kind--one even helped carry my diaper bag while I was holding my baby and walked us to our table. They also have a changing station, which I appreciated. Didn't try the omurice this time, but definitely coming back for it. Overall, a great spot and worth the wait. We'll be back!

I finally got a chance to check this place out with my girl friend. She also had this placed book marked on Yelp. I would have to say the aesthetic of the restaurant is very catchy and pleasing to the eyes. I love the two story seating concept. We went during dinner hour and got seated right away. Our server was quick and knowledgeable about the menu. I went with their popular dish naturally lol it was the Classic Japanese Omurice Combo which also came with your choice of dessert. I went with their matcha pudding and red bean topping. When they brought out the omurice they did it table side which was pretty cool they sliced it opened and poured the gravy right on top and served it to you. It was pretty good, just missing a kick of spice. The matcha pudding was alight, I don't think I would get it again. The overall experience was enjoyable, I just wish this place was more central Vegas.

I've been wanting to come!! ! Inside the Decor was so cute!! Menu looks so good!! Although It's very pricy... I ordered Black garlic Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen and my husband ordered Katsuobushi Pork Ramen and ordered Ika geso Karaage(Fried Squid tentacle) orders came pretty quick. Soup was good. but I didn't like the noodle. the texture. like me cooking the noodle at home... and the soup Tempreture was not Hot enough to me. Americanized warm... but the server came and checked on us frequently. so they nicely reheated. Ika geso was not bad. but little bit too oily. I didn't feel it's authentic. as they saying "Japanese Style"... This place has so much more potential to perform greater!!

Arrived right when it opened, ordered food to go and was told it would take 10-15 minutes. My order was 2 bowls of ramen and 1 boba drink. It took over 45 minutes for food to be ready that I was honestly ready to cancel and then hostess said that the food was about to come out any minute. Considering this was our first time to check this place out, I don't think we'll give this place another try for in-person dining nor will I recommend to anyone based on this experience. We were pressed for time hence ordering the food to go but having to wait that long is unacceptable especially when I had to constantly keep checking on the order status. Please train your staff to better communicate and provide realistic wait times based on the restaurant traffic. If I was told upfront that the food would take longer, I would have saved the visit for another time and would have appreciated the honesty. read more

Hmm... it was good. Wouldn't necessarily drive a hour for this again. The Takoyaki balls had a nice texture, But I would've liked it if they added sauce to mine.. (;_;). We don't have many great ramen spots in Henderson, so finding this place felt like striking gold! This is easily the most authentic and flavorful ramen I've had here. I came with my family, and we were encouraged to try the fried oysters and takoyaki octopus balls for appetizers. Both were absolutely delicious. My kids couldn't get enough of the popcorn chicken, either! The ambience and décor are incredibly inviting and cute, with wishing trees and charming Japanese-style booths that make the whole experience even more enjoyable. The service was exceptional, and our food arrived surprisingly fast even though the place was packed. Of course, the true highlight was their rich and savory Tonkatsu ramen... it was seriously amazing. We also tried some boba drinks from Tbaar, which is connected to the restaurant, and everything we ordered tasted fantastic. My favorite was the fresh passion fruit tea. What truly makes this place stand out is its impressive range of options. Unlike many ramen spots that focus mainly on ramen, this restaurant offers a great lineup of appetizers, entrées, drinks, and desserts. The green-tea tiramisu was incredible, and the Japanese cherry blossom jelly was so refreshing and unique. It's truly a one-stop place for satisfying authentic Japanese food cravings. we decided to go right after the location went viral around november/december, so the wait was over an hour long - BUT we weren't surprised considering the time we went and how soon after it blew up on social media first impression is as insane as everyone makes it out to be - photos were in fact taken right away, it's beautiful. we definitely had our fingers crossed to sit in the honeycombs (luck was on our side!). when we finally got sat, the service was good, everyone was friendly. but at some point we seemed to have been forgotten about despite being smack-dab in the middle of the honeycomb where everyone passes. we had to reach out just to get our water refilled after not being checked on after around 20-25 minutes. after that we were almost overly checked on which got tiring. at the end of dinner they gave us a free bag, gift, and a blank wish cards for their wishing tree which was nice & just in time for the new year the food was really good ! since it was soft-ish open, they didn't have all of their dishes yet which was a bummer... there were some items that they had featured that we couldn't try, so it was pretty disappointing, but as far as the food we were able to get goes, they definitely have some things on there that are worth going back to try, which is the plan - we would love to be back once all of their menu items are available, and the staff gets a little more comfortable read more

Kyuramen is such a fun and cozy spot for ramen lovers. The first thing that stands out is the aesthetic the Japanese-style decor makes it feel like you're eating in a little ramen shop straight out of Tokyo. It's super Instagram-worthy but still comfortable and welcoming. The ramen itself is really flavorful. The broth is rich and comforting without being too heavy, and the noodles have a great chewy texture. I also loved how generous the portions were, definitely filling and worth the price. I originally left a 5-star review because my first visit was great. Unfortunately, my second visit was a complete letdown. We waited 1 more hour despite being said that our table is ready in the text message. My ramen was bland and cold honestly, it almost tasted like tap water. At first I thought maybe it was just me, but after trying the ramen my friends ordered, we all agreed the difference was obvious. Theirs actually had flavor; mine tasted like nothing at all. On top of that, the service was disappointing. Our server seemed rushed, unhelpful, and showed zero customer service, which only added to the bad experience. I really wanted to like this place based on my first visit, but the inconsistency in food quality and poor service this time makes it hard to recommend. read more

This place? 10/10! The taro milk tea and the thai iced tea was great. Omurice and ramen was great, perfect temp! I came in with my mom and she's usually picky with her ramen! Mr. Bayu was amazing, he encouraged us to try on the challenge to finish the ramen, we were somewhat successful LOL. He was also very welcoming and warm! Admittedly, the wait IS long but that is because it is all over tiktok, it is new, on a busy road, and in Henderson. I would say come in during the weekdays, because we managed to secure a wait time of only 45 mins when we came in around 4:30PM! Overall would come again, thank you SO much Kyuramen! read more

Came for a birthday and it was all our first time! The setting and ambiance is very nice. Lots of decor to look at. The honeycomb seating is super cool and different. The food was amazing from the spicy dumplings, to the ramen and the omurice. The presentation for the omurice was amazing and it taste just as good. The broth of ramen was very rich and flavorful. This location is so cute and the food was delicious!! (No photos because we ate everything completely) We had the popcorn chicken, the spicy dumplings, the spicy cucumbers, and squid tentacles for appetizers. The black garlic tonkotsu ramen and mega ramen were delicious. Bayu is an amazing waiter; his service was wonderful! We had all recommendations from him and he is so friendly. Third time today here and it's getting worse. Four of us and it was like 25 minutes to get two remens only. Even after two people finished their ramen, we did not get the two donkatsu Omurice order. Then we got just one and the other after 10 minutes later. Donkatsu was oily (yeah, it fried but supposedly let the oil sip out) and very chowey. Hands down new fave ramen spot! Everything we got was really yummy ! Super flavorful, I liked how the ramen broth is not too salty. The tonkatsu AMAZING, it was so crispy that even after it cooled down a bit it was still crispy. Takoyaki was good too! I liked how it wasn't drenched it sauce and it was just right ~ also got the passion fruit iced tea with lychee jelly and it was good too (: Very aesthetically pleasing in the restaurant, we got to sit on one of those honey comb looking seating on the second floor. You get to over look the restaurant. The decor of the daruma at our seating area was cute ! The music playlist was also a vibe ~ Our server was Jacob and he was awesome ! I was genuinely excited to try this place after seeing it all over Instagram and was hoping it'd become my go-to ramen spot in Henderson. Instead, I walked out frustrated and honestly kind of angry. I literally made a Yelp account just to leave this review. We arrived as a larger party around 7:30pm and were told the wait would be 90 minutes--fair enough for a new restaurant and large party. We actually got seated after about 45 minutes, which gave me hope. That hope died fast. We ordered immediately, 1 karaage appetizer, 1 omurice set, and a ramen each, and STILL waited another 45 minutes for the single appetizer to come out... it was just "okay." The omurice came out a few minutes later and was completely bland. When we asked about our ramen, our server said the kitchen had JUST started making them.... After we'd already been sitting there that long? 50 minutes to START making them? That was infuriating. When the ramen finally showed up, it was all lukewarm. Almost every soup on our table was barely warm. My Sapporo Miso had practically no flavor at all. No richness, no depth, nothing. My friends' Tonkotsu was somehow even blander. As a Japanese person, it honestly made me even more disappointed that nothing tasted remotely Japanese--just flat, empty broth. I'm sorry, but instant ramen has more flavor than what we were served. The ONLY thing remotely enjoyable was the chashu. Most of us didn't even bother finishing our bowls. The cute interior and big menu don't mean anything when the service is this slow and the food tastes like absolutely nothing. I left annoyed, disappointed, and will definitely NOT be coming back. read more

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The service was outstanding!! Emily and Zephyr were friendly, fast, and truly attentive to every detail. They provided us their 100% attention and we were able to feel that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I was really looking forward to this place, but was left disappointed. We went here for my niece's birthday, and everyone present shared my same opinion. The first thing I noticed was the off-putting smell. Not sure if they are having sewage problems. We ordered quite a bit off the menu. I had the yin yang ramen, and specifically asked for no bamboo shoots because I do not like the taste or smell of it. My order came out with bamboo, so I brought this to their attention. They took my order back, and brought what I believed to be another yin yang ramen. However, I could taste the bamboo as soon I started to eat it leading me to believe they just picked whatever bamboo was in there out. Beef skewer was very dry, almost like jerky. The omurice was okay, popcorn chicken was the best thing-- but still just okay. We also ordered spicy chili dumplings, and pan fried gyoza. They were decent. The matcha pudding with red bean was mediocre, nothing to rave about. The location is great, but I'm not sure if I'll go back. read more

Update*** updates to 3 star. Received a call from the owner/manager who was very understanding. Going to give them another try in hopes they can earn a 5 star. Food is good but service is terrible. I've ordered here 3 times now to go. First time it was extremely slow waited 30 minutes and my order was wrong. 2nd time waited 30+ minutes and had to check in multiple times. This is currently my 3rd visit to go. My wife placed our order for pickup 30 minutes ago. It's 25 minute before close and the place is half empty: I can see a full kitchen staff. While the employees are very nice and empathetic, ownership needs to get a better system and streamline this process. As a customer I shouldn't have to wait 40 minutes for my mobile order especially when the place is half empty. The staff was nice enough to provide me a free ramen coupon. I will give this place one more shot to earn a better review. Update***+ just got to my place opened the food and they FORGOT my extra half egg again. Very large and flavorful ramen bowls served in a unique environment with some excellent, helpful servers. This was a great choice as the menu was very broad with many choices that allowed you to be customized to your tastes. We ordered the Katsuobushi Pork Belly Ramen ($17.99). Super large portions, big enough to split. If you do split a bowl, there are at least 10 appetizers to sample. The bowl was the Curry Ramen with Tonkatsu ($19.99)... another giant bowl of ramen and fried pork. I thought the curry flavor was a b it weak until I got down to the last half bowl and then I got the full flavor of the curry. I like ramen meals but seldom eat them because I like more flavor, but the experience was really enjoyable and will be put on my lunch rotation. read more

I think it might even be up there as one of my new favorite ramen spots in town, alongside Hashi in Chinatown and Kyuramen in Anthem! The best part is, with how close this restaurant is to my place, I don't have to make nearly as long of a drive if I want ramen. Umai Ramen is located in the Target shopping complex on Sunset and Stephanie, tucked away in the line of shops between Hobby Lobby and Ross. I first spotted this place when I went to the nearby H&R Block to get my taxes done earlier in the year, but I never really had an excuse to come out here until I had the ramen craving strike, and hard -- hence why I decided to bite the bullet and check the place out. One of the things that struck me immediately was their offerings -- of course, they have ramen of all types as you might guess from the name. But they also have different styles of ramen that you don't typically find anywhere, like the more elusive mazemen no-broth ramen, udon noodles, and even tsukemen-style ramen! To say nothing of some of the appetizers -- again, while they have the typical offerings of other noodle houses in town, they also have a selection of items that you really can't find anywhere else. They have multiple types of ramen with unusual toppings, such as their truffle ramen with mushrooms and steak (I need to try that next time I'm here), but I went pretty safe with their black garlic ramen, considered a signature item on their menu, and added an extra egg to it. If I were honest, I didn't need it because the ramen was so full of delicious toppings that I couldn't put my chopsticks or spoon down! Their appetizers are also a must -- I ordered their orange salmon and mango scallops, and I would highly recommend both of those as well. Between bites, the servers would check in on me, refill my water, and provide additional napkins as needed, as well. Needless to say, I'm hooked -- and already I'm thinking of the next time I go here! What will I try next? If you're in the area, give Umai Ramen a try. You just might come back for more.

The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. The interior is amazing! The space is very open, and the seating includes raised platform-style tables and even festival stall-inspired setups -- the decor is really fun and full of character. However, the most important part -- the food -- was disappointing. The pork belly was extremely tough, almost like rubber. They offer nine types of ramen, supposedly inspired by regional Japanese styles. But their "Nagasaki ramen" isn't champon -- instead, it's somehow tonkotsu with bonito!? With Osaka ramen and Kyoto ramen on the menu, it's strange that they also list "Kansai ramen." And if they already have Kumamoto and Nagasaki ramen, why call another one "Kyushu ramen"? Shouldn't that be labeled Fukuoka or Hakata ramen instead? Of course, taste matters most, but I just couldn't shake the feeling that it was a pseudo-Japanese-style ramen shop.
