Let me just say--this place exceeded all my expectations! The moment I walked in, Jimmy, the manager, greeted me with such warmth and attentiveness that I instantly felt special. He truly goes above and beyond to make every customer feel cared for. When I told him this lunch was going to be the best part of my day because I have been craving spaghetti all day long, he asked if I'd like extra spaghetti sauce (um, YES, thank you!)--such a thoughtful touch that made all the difference. Now, let's talk about the food. The spaghetti and meatballs were fresh, and flavorful--comfort food at its finest. The breadstick that came with my combo was toasted to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You could tell they take pride in serving their customers. It was hot everywhere on this last day of January. Everywhere the doors were open in these restaurants and everywhere was hotter inside. It was so hot in the restaurants even the food was sweaty. I came here because the soggy noodles, greasy teriyaki, and wannabe Mexican food weren't looking too hot (pun intended). Lemme tell you, that pep and shroom slice and the combo piece were delish! I visited this establishment on 3/9/26. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by David an employee there. He was very warm and helpful. I explained that it was my first time there and I was undecided as to what I wanted to order. Not only was he helpful, but he was considerate when helping me make my choices. The food was large portions for reasonable prices. David made my experience a pleasant one and told me to come back. The food was hot and fresh, and everything I ordered was very good. FYI if you check in there's a discount you get but don't bother as the older gentleman will not apply it as he mentioned they don't even use Yelp, when in reality this discount was applied at previous visits...anyhow. When I came across Italian Kitchen it smelled good so I popped in to check it out. Candice was super helpful and let me know what options they had and was super nice. I ended up trying the stuffed pizza which was delicious. She also recommended the pasta and salad which i tried as well and I would definitely recommend. David helped me check out and he was super polite. I asked if my pizza slice can be warmed till crispy and it was perfect. He recommend I try the lemonade which was also delicious. But it serves its purpose; makes you full and is quick. The pasta salad was my favorite item! It was fresh and flavorful. Really good. The spinach and cheese calzone was meh. I would pass on this one. The spinach was gross, and it just tasted like day-old food. It wasn't good. The salad looked pretty fresh and like it could be a good option. It was a basic salad with iceberg lettuce and some tomatoes and onion. Nothing spectacular. Overall, it is just okay. I am being honest so you can adjust your expectations of this place.
