I loooove the coffee here, specifically the Pardis de caramel (i think that's the name) but the service alone deters me from going. It's always the same girls working there and they are just rude. I'm glad my husband and I decided to try this place, the food was amazing, we ordered both sweet and savory crepes, they have nothing to envy the crepes in France. Service was great, the staff is very accommodating and efficient, I think it's the only place I know where they offered tea refills. The ambience is nice, very quaint and comfortable. Wandered into this cute little spot after a very long day of travel and was not at all disappointed. I was super excited to find out their soup if the day was tomato.... My favorite! And this was the best zingiest cup o' tomato soup I've had in too long. I also got a tartine that was not skimpy at all!! The only unfortunate thing to happen was when I spilled my soup pouring it into a take out container. But what could have been a miserable experience was an overwhelmingly good one. 2 lady's working were rude. Looked at me like I was crazy for asking what's good on the menu. Worked here before owner ship change and am familiar with the menu. They gave me a # to sit at a table then told me I was not allowed to sit there because because it was taken but there was only one other party inside. I left to sit outside and they put my off Togo and said have a nice day. They didn't put napkins or utensils there were a small amount of fries and they charged me extra for ham on my sandwich and there was one singular slice of ham on the bread. Took mom out for dinner and wanted to see what the new cafe was all about. We ordered a Via Havana to split and it was a divine, mouthwatering Cuban spin on a classic. The Baguette was right on the money (sandwiches are so much about the bread!) We met the owner (Oscar and his wife) and they were warm, friendly and cordial. We finished it up with the classic gelato from the gelato station (same gelato as before which is a good thing - it's the real deal) We'll be back!! read more

I've been coming here for at least 6 months and have enjoyed the food and the coffee and wonderful pastries but the customer service is lacking unfortunately. There was no Good morning, how can I help you. Just looked at waiting for me to order. The employee brought me my order and didn't ask if there was anything else I needed. I had forgot to bring a napkin to my table and of course she just came to drop my order off at the table. She didn't even realize I had no utensils or anything and didn't bother to ask. These are things that they should be looking for. Make sure that the customer has everything that they need. In addition I've always had my croissant heated without them asking me to do so. This time it was taken out of the case as is and served to me. As a server these are just little things that should be noticed when serving your customers. Very basic customer service to say good morning and when serving the plate at least ask if there was anything else needed and thank you. I understand it's hard to find good help nowadays but these are things that should be implemented if you want your customers to return. read more

The prices displayed on the wall are wrong! I was charged a lot more than the advertised price. When I brought this up the cashier said the menu hasn't been updated. It's the law to charge advertised prices! To top it off the bread on the Panini was burnt, the sandwich was dry, fries were old and my knife was dirty. Lost all the original charm of the original Pandor Cafe. The food is more expensive now, and they changed some of the recipes. The fries are gross now... The service was okay, about the same but I do miss the old staff. The ambiance is now devoid of the old, slow and hometown vibe Pandor had. The bright lighting makes it sterile, and the lack of local art on the walls that previously was here makes it feel so empty. read more

Ever since this place changed from Pandor to L'Orange the service has been awful. I ordered a crepe at 1 and it came out at 1:50. What makes this worse is that I went up to ask them about the crepe at 1:30 and the manager tried to tell me that I only ordered it 10 minutes ago as if I didn't have the receipt. If she admitted that they forgot the crepe and apologized then it would not have been an issue. Lying to the customer about what they ordered and when is a however an issue for me. The manager was also very smug and standoffish during the interaction which is annoying because they forgot to make the crepe that I ordered. This place has gone beyond downhill since changing ownership. I have tried giving it multiple chances because I liked what it once was, I wanted to remain hopeful. The workers, I can only say about two are helpful and kind to costumers. The rest just ruin the experience from the beginning. The first issue I had was when they had posted prices a good amount lower then what they charged. This illegal practice continued for several weeks. The second issue was the change in food quality. It was clear to see how they switched to smaller portions and lower quality ingredients. At one point the food stood out as being the most delicious in the circle. Now it's bland, dry, and stale. I asked to return an item and issue a refund, which they happily agreed to. I was issued a new receipt and not a return receipt. The money was to be returned into account the following week which never happened. I am yet to receive anything back, this occurred beginning of May. Safe to say I will not be returning and I don't recommend going. The food is sub par, overpriced, and the owner is very rude. Please don't support these types of places and look for better. read more
