Stumbled upon this place thanks to yelp :) Walking in is the cutest Japanese cafe with the softest ambience. The owner is super attentive and sweet. I ordered a tuna cheese melt on white bread and maybe I'm an empath but it brought up déjà vu from when I was a little girl and eating a good sandwich my mom would make. I'm not a pickles person but those pickles on the side tasted so good and crunchy. I also got a hojicha iced oat latte with honey and it was if not the best I've hojicha I've had. It had the nice grittiness at the bottom and sweetness from the honey. We got a mayo tuna onigiri and it was so delicious and fresh. This place is truly a hole in a wall in a lot full of corporate buildings. It was my first time here today and I had a great experience! I picked this place from Yelp because I wanted more than just a pastry to go with my coffee and this place has plenty of options for a filling snack/light meal. It is a bit hidden, but it's right on the corner of the entrance to the parking lot from Memory Ln and it seemed like there was an entrance from the building lobby as well. I was immediately greeted upon entering and the cashier (owner?) was very kind. She made sure to ask questions so that my order was made exactly how I wanted it. I ordered the hojicha latte - hot, with oat milk, and sugar. I've only had hojicha one other time at Moongoat but this one was definitely memorable! I will absolutely be coming here again just for the hojicha latte. I also ordered a turkey panini. You have a choice of bread, chipotle or pesto sauce, and pickles on the side. I opted for wheat bread and chipotle sauce, with pickles. The chipotle sauce was surprisingly good! I can only really handle a mild level a spice and this one was just at the edge of mild, going into moderate territory, but mild enough that I was still able to enjoy the sandwich. A really good kick to the sauce. It also seems like all of the ingredients they use are fresh! I know it's just a sandwich, but it was a good sandwich. The interior isn't very big, but cozy. My arrival to Cafe Koyomi was on a whim, I was running errands in the area and needed some breakfast, but I didn't want a large and heavy meal. I found this cute cafe inside a business complex, it was a wrapped around the corner with plenty of signage pointing you to the right place. The cafe staff were nice and after making my order, my food and drink were served pretty quickly. There is a ton of seating in this cafe and there are wall plug ins, which makes this cafe a pretty good study location IMO. There is also little coffee and matcha accessories by the wall, which are worth checking out. My egg sandwich (tamago sando) was very yummy with tons of filling and the shokupan bread was soft and fluffy. The vanilla latte was pretty solid with a strong coffee flavor, which is always appreciated. I really want to try the onigiri next time!! read more

What a nice hidden gem of a Japanese style coffee house inside of the Citi Bank building directly across the street from Polly's Pies. Their outside glass entrance door is on the NE SiDE of the Citi bank building, when entering the driveway on the right, off of East Memory Ln from Main St you'll find (3) 20 min parking spaces on your left next to a couple of handicap spaces. Store Hours are M-Fri 8-3pm. We arrived around 9am on a Friday with no crowds and ambiance was nice with jazz music playing in the back ground, greeted by a nice barista lady working the register and beverage counter and another nice lady who cooks and serves your meal if you're eating it inside the café. Around 4 tables and bar style seating each for 4 guests. They have a nice list of coffees and teas (Hot/Iced) ranging from $4-6. Variety of Sandwiches ($9-11) -even a club sandwich i want to check out next time :) and a breakfast burrito $11. The Breakfast Plate pictured below ($9) includes 2 eggs any style (we got fried and sunny side up eggs), a couple thinly sliced fried ham, 1 sausage patty and your choice of toasted bread w/butter (white, sourdough, wheat/rye). While in the area for lunch and needing a coffee, we found this one was close by. It's in a business building so you have to follow the signs. After locating it and walking inside, you will find a cute little cafe. They have a variety of coffee drinks and non-caffeine drinks. They also have breakfast, and lunch items. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and nice. I ordered an iced black sesame latte and my fiend ordered a sea salt caramel iced latte. My friend thought her drink was on the strong side and my drink was good but I needed more caffeine . Overall the drinks were good. This little cafe is located inside a high-rise business building. You can access it from outside where there is an entrance facing Main Street or you can enter the building and wind your way to "office" #115 (there are multiple signs to guide you). There is a large, free parking lot at the rear of the building. The interior has a Japanese flair with a handful of tables and a couple tables out on a patio. The women working here were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It appears as though they cater to the folks in the building as the menu is mostly a few breakfast items and many lunch offerings, mainly paninis and sandwiches. It's nothing fancy but they do what they do and do it well. I wanted to sit with some coffee prior to meeting a friend in the area and my Yelp app gave this place as a suggestion. The idea that it was somewhat "hidden" intrigued me. Once there, I ordered a hot vanilla latte and spotted a chocolate chip muffin that I couldn't say no to. My items were delivered to my table. The muffin was fresh, moist, very chocolatey and full of chips. Delicious without being overly sweet. The latte was served in a ceramic mug. It was immediately drinkable and, although the vanilla flavor was light, it was a superb latte, made perfectly. If I worked in that building I'd be having a latte every day! read more

My newest favorite coffee shop! The cutest little thing in the most random spot but honestly is so perfect. Had the most delicious matcha and the yummiest onigiri! The cashier was the sweetest lady and I only saw her working so didn't expect my order to come out too fast but I barely even waited. Can't wait for my daily pick me up from here on out! A hidden gem inside a corporate building, Cafe Koyomi is a great place to eat when you're looking for a quick breakfast plate, some onigiri or my favorite-Tamago Egg Salad sandwich. Staff is extremely kind and caters to your needs. The area is small, but very tranquil and calming and there are also tables and chairs to eat outside. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this little café. I was on my way to a doctor's appointment when I decided to find a stop for coffee and I'm so glad I discovered this spot. While it is a little hidden since it's sharing a business building, it can be found right at the front. The sweet lady that helped me was so nice. The effort that was spent on making the rice ball I ordered was shown in the detail when I received it even presentation was on point. I ordered the hojicha latte and she was able to adjust the sugar level for me. There was ample seating and Wi-Fi so I was able to take a meeting from there as well. Amazing food and service! The menu is so robust and such a unique spin on what you'd expect to find in an office plaza deli. Cafe Koyomi serves up delicious homemade meals and drinks and I can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu! I tried the egg salad sandwich - delicious and on tasty Japanese bread (a bit too mayo-y for my liking but I know that's just personal preference!) I tried the spam oniguri - delicious, hot and fresh. Would definitely get again. I tried the dirty hojicha latte which was DELICIOUS. The flavor of the hojicha and espresso was so balanced. First time coming to this cafe since Mainplace Mall doesn't have any drinks that interested me. Food is depending because there were some that my boyfriend had for the first time like the affogato one which the ice cream were good but after he poured all the espresso in, it was bitter but I believed it was like a double roasted espresso as well as he also ate like half cup of the ice cream. He ordered ham and cheese sandwich too but he totally forgot that the item will have mayo in it (he doesn't like mayo ) so I ended up finishing it for him after and it was decent as someone who's very picky on some certain food like sandwiches. I got for myself the Blueberry Lavender Sparkling Lemonade and Salmon Onigiri. The lemonade is surprisingly really nice and refreshing, the drink wasn't that bubbly than I expected since some sparkling drink would be bubbly and this drink is more like on the soda side which I really love both! I can taste both the blueberry and lavender but more on the blueberry side. Salmon Onigiri is sooo good, salty and really reminds me of when I would get those onigiris during middle school before my classes started back in Vietnam but way better, warmer and fresher. I gave my bf a bite and he actually liked it a lot so we ordered another onigiri. As for the cookies, they're good, not too overpower and soft and chewy! My bf isnt a big fan of matcha and hojicha so he can't really tell but I really enjoyed the cookies! I've been wanting to try this place for a while, and I'm so glad we finally did. The vanilla latte both looked great and tasted even better. It was smooth and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. My wife ordered the grilled cheese, and I went with the breakfast burrito without sour cream. She loved the classic American cheese, and the bread was perfectly toasted. The breakfast burrito was really good too. I especially liked that the egg was over medium instead of scrambled, which gave it a great texture. If I had one small note, it would be the salsa. I personally prefer a red or green salsa with breakfast burritos rather than a pico-style salsa, but that is just a preference. Was looking for a place to eat with my buddy and saw this place on the list. Saw a picture of the egg salad sandwich and instantly knew, I wanted it inside of me. The sandwich was perfect - light and full of flavor on some japanese milk bread. For a drink I had the Honey Yuzu sparkling lemonade and I can tell my japanese auntie/okaa-san was cooking when I heard her making my drink in the kitchen, and boy was I right. One of my new favorite spots and so glad to have discovered it. My fiancé was getting her cloths altered nearby and I was super hungry. After going through Yelp, I stumbled upon Cafe Koyomi and I've been back so many times since then! They are located in a business building so it may take a bit to find, but it is on the first floor (entrance on the side of the building). My favorite menu item is the onigiris, they come in 3 different flavors (tuna mayo, salmon, or spam) so my fiancé typically just gets one of each. I've also gotten their Breakfast Burrito (also super delicious) and the Dirty Matcha Latte. All the prices are super fair and reasonable in this new inflationary market so I feel like I am able to try everything! They also have daily lunch specials although I haven't gotten to try that yet. If they ever do offer the curry, I'll have to get it! The owners are super friendly and nice. They also have a stamp card system if you order stuff over $5. I work around the area & get tired of eating the same food everyday. & I don't nearly tried everything lol. Glad I came across this place because being Asian I'm glad I found a cafe that suits me.
