    Biscuits and gravy

Didn't notice this breakfast place around here for the longest time. It's tucked inside the plaza with Target so it's easy to miss. Thank goodness we tried it because it was delicious! We came early in the morning around 8 am and it wasn't too crowded. Food was delicious and it was very affordable compared to all the other breakfast places around. Service was also great. Definitely new go to breakfast place.

This is a cozy breakfast place in Orange! The owner is super nice and we got seated right away. They have a fairly extensive menu so expect some tough choices. We ordered portuguese sausage and eggs, turkey sausage and eggs, and a side banana pancake. Portuguese Sausage and Eggs- This comes with eggs your way, your choice of potato, and your choice of bread. I got scambled eggs which were nice and fluffy. Their house potatoes were fried crisp and loaded with yummy seasoning. My choice of bread was biscuit and gravy was hearty and the gravy was rich and creamy. The portuguese sausage was a wonderful mix of savory and sweet. Such a filling meal! Turkey Sausage and Eggs- The turkey sausage was fried nicely and it was quite flavorful for being the healthy option. I cannot rave enough about their savory and crisp house potatoes and scrambled eggs. Side Banana Pancake- This was a sweet end to the meal. The pancakes are fluffy with a generous amount of caramelized bananas. They give you a huge pancake too so you might need to share if you also ordered a savory entree like I did. Finished with whipped cream. Great experience overall!

Wife and I checked this place out Saturday morning breakfast time. Very comfortable place with friendly staff. Rocio was super sweet and you should say hello to her. Our items were tasty and would recommend ppl try it out. Located in Target plaza, across street from Trader Joe's.

The food was so delicious I had the banana pancakes and the homemade jelly it was like that one scene in Ratatouille where the food takes the critic back to his childhood. The service was amazing they were very nice people. It looks good there painting on the wall that makes it feel like home. I had an awesome time best place I've ever been to.

Popeye Omelette with biscuits and gravy

Just tried Egg Haus for the first time and wow, what a fantastic find! My husband and I ordered the ABC omelette and the Popeye omelette, both served with home fries, biscuits, and gravy. The omelettes were flavorful and generously packed with fresh, delicious ingredients. The home fries? Absolute perfection! Crispy with just the right amount of crunch. And the biscuits... pure heaven. Light, fluffy clouds drenched in rich, comforting gravy. Tucked away in the Target shopping center next to Blaze, this place is truly a hidden gem. The service was just as wonderful as the food, warm, and welcoming. We can't wait to bring our boys next time. Something tells me this is about to become our go-to spot for when we want a hearty, happy breakfast!

Nice and cozy mom and pop breakfast place. Good service. Good food. We had the country fried steak and a basic breakfast plate. Everything was good! We definitely would come again.

Eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon and home fried potatoes. Crispy, just the way I like them

Met Tony and Christine, the owners of this establishment. Very kind people. This was our first time going there. Husband ordered the blueberry pancake combo, delicious. I ordered the eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon. The only suggested add would be sprinkle paprika on the Benny. The place is clean and the people are friendly. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

A nice, little, cozy family owned place. Friendly service with a robust traditional Americana menu. Portions are good for the price paid. Would come back again !

Nice quaint local diner. Great breakfast options, including daily specials. Kids menu also. Way better than Dennys! Service was friendly, multiple drink refills.

Saw this place on yelp and decided to try it. It's only been open a couple of weeks so it's going to take a while to get clientele. The place is very nice and clean and everyone in the place that served us were great. It was very hard to choose what to eat as they have quite a bit. I had an omelette with mushrooms, sausage and cheese, came with toast of biscuit, excellent. But the best part were the potatoes. My husband isn't into potatoes, but boy did he like these they're very thin and crispy. He had the breakfast burrito and said it was really good. I also ordered a cup of fruit. I had the coffee and it was good. I just wish they had bigger mugs easier for me to handle. The bathroom was nice and clean And the atmosphere was very nice. I suggest telling your friends to go there so they can stay in business.

BREAKFAST ALERT! My husband and I just had breakfast at the Egg Haus in the Target shopping center. They have a large variety of breakfast food, some with interesting twists. I had Eggs Benedict with Bacon and Avocado with house-made Hollandaise sauce - yummy!!! It came with their house-made fried potatoes (plain, no onions or peppers) that were nice and crunchy. My hubbie had a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and crinkle-cut fries. (He said it was delicious, but ask for extra cheese!) Coffee is strong and is a dark roast. Lots of bold flavor. We will definitely come back to try some of the other things on the menu. Like the Pumpkin Spice Pancakes, Portuguese Sausage and Chicken Fried Steak with house-made sausage gravy and biscuits. The owners are very friendly. Egg Haus has been open for 4 months and they could use a boost from our community. Check them out!

ABC omelette, fresh jelly for the toast
    Brett W.

Service was friendly and it is newly opened and very clean I had an amazing ABC omelette, Have to try the home fries! I'm not usually a fan of them but they were crispy all the way through. Very pleasantly surprised. Also I think they make their own jelly as it seemed like fresh fruit in it Coffee was also unexpectedly good. Easy to find in the target shopping center off of Meats and Tustin

We discovered this little corner place tucked away on Miraloma off of Kramer after a doctor appointment at Kaiser down the street because of the great reviews. Now we travel to this breakfast/brunch place from anywhere just to get the GREAT FOOD and friendly smiles! it always has people coming and going, to sit down or take out, so you can tell it is very popular. The seating is a bit limited, but we have never had to wait. Today, I had the three egg vegetable omelet (so lots to take home!), just packed with tomatoes, spinach and peppers, huge pieces of wheat toast and lots of berries and oranges. I also got a strawberry Belgian Waffle covered in fruit (it comes with cheese but I didn't like that). My husband got eggs and hash browns with sausage, which he devoured. Our entire meal was $50-something which I think was great considering I added on the waffle meal, so 3 total. Just delicious! I always thank the cooks. They deserve it! And they give you a huge cup of coffee (me) that is refilled and have many kinds of tea (him), and we always get the fresh squeezed OJ. I hope you try them out!

We checked out Snooze, and let me tell you the food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Pancakes did not disappoint and the other entrees we ordered were all so delicious. I would highly recommend the whipped cottage cheese toast with a fig compote and hot honey for a light breakfast that is perfectly balanced. Now the reason for the low rating... our server. Let me preface this with every busser was running around clearing plates and such, but our server was terrible. I worked in restaurants as a busser, server, and bartender, and in all my years, I have never seen a server care less about their job, their time, or the customers experience. Cassandra was our waitress today, and she seemed to want to be everywhere else except at work. I had ordered a plain house coffee, and asked if it could be iced, to which she said yes, then proceeds to bring me a hot coffee anyway. When I asked for a glass of ice, she said she would take care of it, then took the coffee away for about 10 minutes until I went over to the service station to ask, when it was promptly brought to our table. Our water was refilled only once at the end of the meal after plates were cleared, and they had been empty most of the meal. I really enjoyed the food, and I want to come back, but if I am ever seated in her section again I might have to walk out in order to be respectful of everyone's time. I really hope the majority of servers do not work with this kind of lackadaisical attitude, because it would truly be a 5/5 experience if it felt like the servers were prioritized with making sure you were taken care of rather than trying to hide in service stations when your customers need something.

The parking lot isn't usually too bad in that you can find something as there is an abandoned restaurant near the side. Best to try to give yourself at least a 15 minute buffer though when you go as the place tends to get busy on the weekends at least. Once there, there are usually both smaller and bigger tables in a cozy environment. The menu itself has a mixture of items as well as some juice/coffee drinks as well as some alcohol. Here's what we got overall: *Bang-silog: The fried fish is a surprisingly good option and pretty big. Able to easily feed two and comes with a few side items like rice and a fried egg. *Pandan cold brew: Oddly really good. I was afraid it was going to be overly sweet but ended up being a perfect balance of the pandan and the cold brew flavor. *Silog Breakfast Bowls with Longanisa: Lots of different options to choose from here for your protein.
