Located in Praiano, you'll find yourself in a postcard type setting with a beautiful Lemon Garden surrounding you and overlooking a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. While the menu was amazing and extensive, I was in the mood for something that wasn't on the menu. So I asked the maître d' if he could accommodate me. Well he was beaming ear to ear because it was one of his favorite meals. He said absolutely we can. I finished every bit of this amazing Linguini and mussels in a tomato basil sauce. It was so good I think I could have done a second helping of it. lol A delicious vino and an, out of this world, tiramisu made for a wonderful experience and fantastic meal. Proteins were melt in your mouth tender and enveloped in savory sauces and tender pasta. Natural fats were beautifully balanced with subtle bits of acidity that left your palette satisfied yet craving for more. You could taste culinary expertise in every bite, with each plate being perfectly portioned. With each serving, it was obvious how much care the kitchen put into each dish.
