I remember my first visit to L3. I applauded their customer service during Covid times, thanked them for their service, and at that time, thanked them for a quality product and 5-star experience. At that time, the shop was near empty, but the teammates there were vibrant with energy. Now, 3-4 years later, this spot is no longer a hidden gem. Instead, even at 1pm on a Thursday, L3 is packed with locals working remotely, grabbing a quick lunch and catching up with friends. Given the upbeat in attention, this experience felt different than the first, but change is not necessarily a bad thing. The spot has an energy of its own. I was happy to find the new flow is met with same level of attention. The staff delivered my to-go order directly. Everyone was still friendly, the shop just now moves at a faster pace. I deviated from my regulars (flat white or Cortado) to try their nitro cold brew, and gave the caprese avocado toast a try. I'll likely return to my usual (personal preference) but if those two items are your thing, know they prepare them well. Thank you for another grade A experience! Can't wait for the new neighbor (waffle bus) to move in.

I had a iced latte with sugar free vanilla flavor. I needed a quick pick me up and this was perfect. I wasn't sure what I wanted but the friendly young lady who greeted me ask a few questions about what I liked and suggested the latte. The service was quick and she brought my drink to the table when it was ready. This is a cute and cozy place. There's even room to bring a laptop and get some work done. The next time I'll stay a little longer and order more from the menu.

Came here on a Saturday morning, and like most coffee shops, this place was packed with people sitting and talking and people going in and out of the cafe. Their blueberry danish was DELICIOUS, one of the best I've had and I've had my fair share of danishes. I also got the macchiato which was pretty standard, but they had an extensive but not overwhelming list of drinks to choose from. I would definitely come back here for the pastries and to try another type of code drink!

I happened upon this gem by chance looking for a place to work, and I stumbled upon it. The place is very comfortable and well-lit. The service is excellent. I believe I was served by the owner. The food was very tasty and healthy. Everything looked fresh, clean, and organized. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the bathroom could be better, cleaner! I would definitely return. I really enjoyed working there.

I've meant to stop by here for a while and thought about it on my way home this morning. They are a nice coffee shop with room for people to sit, work, and hangout without feeling to close to others as many other coffee shops feel. The barista was welcoming. I ordered the cold brew with oat milk and the butter croissant. The cold brew was made well and it had just enough oat milk since I like more coffee than milk. The croissant did not look cooked because it was so pale but it was. They brought it out hot and on a nice glass plate. I will definitely be back maybe to chill and do some work away from home.

It was one of the best coffees I drank in Cypress. Since I live 10 minutes away from my house, sometimes I would go for the coffee pick up if I feel like drinking coffee. I would always order iced caramel latte with oat milk and my sister would order the ice caramel latte with almond milk. The staff especially the owner are friendly as always! I loved the work space when it comes to working! Make sure to sign up for rewards, it's worth it to use! If you're in the cypress area, you should check it out!

Looking at a solid 5-star rating, I was skeptical about this place but after going in and experiencing it. I agree with other reviewers. Ambiance: Lots of natural light with a good amount of seating. I love to have coffee in a relaxed chair beside the window and luckily they have two of them. There were a few paintings for sale in the store that didn't go with the ambiance but it's a nice way to promote local talent. Service: Warm, welcoming, and friendly. Coffee & Pastries: We had a hot and cold Lavender vanilla latte and it was amazing. The flavor and the strength of the coffee were just right. We had a Blueberry scone and Banana bread along with it and we loved them. They were light and flavorful. I definitely recommend this place and we will be going back if are ever in Cypress area.

Definitely has some unique coffee flavors and I can now say that I've tried coffee with Dr.Pepper! My fiancé ordered the 1885 as a cold coffee because he saw that there's Dr.pepper in the coffee and he was intrigued. I've never heard of coffee with a soft drink mixed together like that before, but when I tried his drink I was surprised. It wasn't terrible, but it made you wanna sip again to make sure that was what you were tasting in the coffee. It's not my type of coffee, but it was still fun to try it out. My typical go to coffee is a caramel machiatto and it was good. We eqxh also ordered a breakfast sandwich. My fiancé ordered a Divine morning on white toast and I ordered a Caprese Avocado toast. The taste of the Caprese avocado was on point, I loved the chunks of tomatoes and mozzarella that was paired nicely with some arugula and balsamic dressing. My only complaint was that I wished they would've had used a thicker toast. With all the toppings on top of a regular toast, it made my toast a big soft and soggy. Both sandwiches came on a choice of white or wheat bread and we knew that, but to be honest I was hoping for some kind of special toast. My fiancé got the divine morning on white bread and he was kind of disappointed. For $6 a sandwich, he was looking for something more. Don't get me wrong, it tasted good, but I think if they switch up the bread it would elevate the sandwich just a tad bit more and it can be justified why it is costing $6. Just my honest opinion.

This is one of the best matcha lattes I've had in a really long time. It's so hard to find good matcha in Houston, but L3 does an amazing job making it! I haven't had a chance to try the coffee yet, but with how good their matcha was, I have no doubt their coffee is even better! Definitely give this place a try if you're in the north/cypress area of Houston!

Found this place while visiting home for the holidays! It is within a shopping center so very conveniently located in case you want to explore some shops as well. I have ordered a cortado and a chai latte. Both were quite good. Often, chai latte's I've tried had bland flavors but this one was bold and delicious. There are tables of different sizes to complete work at or have conversations with friends at. The wifi was strong and I didn't have any issues accessing my large online documents. Staff was friendly and the inside of the coffee shop is beautiful, showcasing really nice artwork that is also for sale. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because staff didn't pick up promptly after customers. I was at the shop for maybe 4 hours and my empty container sat there the whole time. read more

Can't say anything wrong about this place. If you love craft coffee from cold-brew to espresso, this is your jam. My wife's always a frappe fan, and even though they're not strong in that area, the overall vibe of the place makes up for it. They got some serious coffee and you definitely taste the craftsmanship in it. The food is pretty stellar to, from bomb-a## muffins to sandwiches, pretty good small-bite place to stop. A pro, at least for me, is that's in literally in the neighborhood, so its a regular stop during the week. I love that it's locally own and can put a face to the name. Overall, great job and keep up the good work! read more

If you want a great cup of coffee, this is the place. People are nice and the coffee is excellent. I would have given it a higher rating but the blueberry scone was just ..eh. The wait time is pretty long--think I waited almost 20 min. Not sure what the problem was but it was slow. The nice lady at the front apologized for the wait though. I was not in a hurry so all good. read more

Have spent so many days in here studying for an upcoming major exam. Really like the atmosphere, the staff is all very friendly and the owner is passionate about coffee! My favorite drink to order is the siphon. Such a cool process to watch too. Very smooth coffee and significant volume. Prob somewhere in the ~24 oz. range. Maybe more. Anyway, I'm not one to rate a place unless it's exceptionally good and I recommend it or if exceptionally bad and my civic duty to notify you. L3 Craft Coffee earned this rating through consistent positive experiences. Will be back often. Note: they also have beer/wine - I'll be back after my exam to have a celebratory adult beverage! :) read more

PERFECT cute little coffee shop nestled right in front of Bridgeland & Cy-Ranch. Super convenient morning coffee stop. In love with the interior design & little touches inside! Employees were extremely helpful & informative when I was deciding what to order! I got a nitro cold brew as well as a turkey breakfast sand which (had some cute name I forgot... but omg so good) !! I've been to L3 Craft Coffee 3 times. I honestly love the experience. It has a nice atmosphere, great coffee, and great food. So far I've tried the Nitro Cold Brew and the 1885. 1885 was probably my favorite. Then I also had the turkey sandwich. The turkey sandwich was super good. Overall, it's a nice place to study or hangout and chat with friends. I will be back here soon. read more

My wife and I were in the Lakeland Village area visiting some friends and decided to check out this new craft coffee shop. We needed an afternoon pick me up, but could not decide what to get! We were introduced to their discovery bar, which is helpful if you're not familiar with what you prefer. I went with the nitro cold brew coffee which was delicious. It was stronger than your typical cold brew and also very smooth! My wife had a vanilla frappe which is nice on a hot summer day! Definitely a lot better than your typical Starbucks frappe! We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! There are plenty of tables for you to grab drinks and study or hang out with your friends! read more

I love finding independent coffee shops when I travel and this one is a hidden treasure! Being from out of the area, I was able to tell quite a few people about this newer coffee shop. Looks like they do tastings and teach people about different brewing methods. If I lived closer, I would definitely want to attend one of these! My cappuccino didn't need any sugar or syrup, that is how good it was! And if you love Dr. Pepper, try the 1885. Different and delicious! The staff was friendly and engaging. i loved this place! socially distancing was set in place as they had some tables that you could not sit at and markers on the ground for 6ft. they have a great coffee selection and so many flavor add ins. the croissant was so flaky and good. the service was great and i really enjoyed my visit. read more

This is such a great place to meet up with friends or work with Wifi. This location is conveniently located in Bridgeland area and their WiFi consistently works well. It is very clean and they are friendly, warmly welcoming every customer no matter what age. Oh yes, now this is coffee! Dropped in after seeing it'd opened, while shedding a tear of joy at the prospect of getting a cuppa siphon in Cypress. "We only do a full pot, and it's 2 cups worth". AWESOME PLACE!!! I'm so happy that our area gets a craft coffee shop! Incredible espresso drinks that are not overly sweet and commercialized like that chain coffee shop from Seattle. The Swine Divine sandwich they have there is also great and yummy! One of the smoothest and best cups of coffee I've had. The latte with caramel flavor is delicious. The coffee doesn't have to be masked with a bunch of sugar and milks to make it taste good. No butter after taste. The baristas that work there are helpful and fast! I've had the cinnamon bread, homemade muffins and scones. Delicious! Everything is fresh and any sandwich they make is a delicious blend of flavors. read more

I live in Bridgeland so I'm a regular here. The service is fantastic, very professional as expected. The coffee/drinks are made perfectly. I also love how accommodating, comfortable, and cozy the shop is and find myself working here rather than at home especially now during my house repairs and renovations. I'm so thankful for this place right in our neighborhood. read more

Stopped in for a meeting and was hungry so I grabbed a ham sandwich in a whim. Sandwich was delicious - ham, white cheddar, arugula and garlic aoili on wheat bread, served warm. A little steep at $9 and change but it was fresh and delicious. They also had option of meal (chips + drink). Excited to go back and try the avocado toast. read more

The coffee and coffee drinks here are fantastic I go at least once a week. The food is also very good although limited. The wait staff is super friendly and the place is shears clean and seem to be steadily busy at prime times. Never have to wait very long. They also sell whole beans several selections which is awesome, I always choose the one they use for making their espresso it's a nice robust coffee but not too bitter. Highly recommend this place to anyone who likes great coffee and coffee drinks. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Thomas L.

I have more than ten years of experience as a quality control specialist for a large coffee manufacturing company. During my time with the company, my passion grew in understanding the impact every variable had to make high quality coffee. The key variables come down to water quality, type of milk, extraction time, temperature, and source of the coffee beans. I made countless cups of coffee for my family and friends, and ventured into multiple brewing techniques with single bean origin coffee. The most amazing aspect of coffee flavor is the personal preference that differs from person to person. This drove my passion to help others find what they prefer as their perfect cup of coffee.

Although a helpful tip from the cashier is that you can order any cold sandwich hot. We had the Lucky Luciano (hot) and the Sophia (cold). Both were really good--it was hard to choose between the two. But if I'm being honest, that cold sandwich was reminiscent of subs I loved in the early 2000s from places that no longer exist...with that super thinly sliced turkey, thick slice of Swiss cheese, and basil mayo--it really hit the spot. We also had a cannolo--not as good as others I've had. The bottled root beer was delightful. The Lucky Luciano was the kind of sandwich I came here for, and don't get me wrong, it is deliciously cheesy and will make your hands messy. But the Sophia is the kind of sandwich I'll be craving. My only regret was not taking a sandwich to-go for later. Open a location closer to Houston, please. :)

Failing to get this right is like trying to tie your shoe with both hands tied behind your back. In the dark. Darkness fell. Our lane had 2 cars in front of us. No problem correct? Problem. We waited. And as we waited for the 2 vehicles in front of us to get their food. No less than 5...yes...5 cars that came in the lane adjacent to us had come in AFTER us...gotten their food...and left BEFORE we even got to the window to pay. I was now weary. 1 vehicle was handed 4 bags of food. I get it. You ordered for a crew. Have them pull out of the lane and spot them while continuing to carry on with additional orders. Not sure if this is policy, or inexperience in industry methods. Anyway... Fortunately, Abraham greeted us at the window. A delightful young man. He greeted both me and my wife with a huge smile courtesy and even called my wife "ma'am". His parents dun good. Spotting the doggy cookies in a jar, I inquired if I may take one home for my monster king shepherd. He didn't blink an eye and grabbed one for the pup and even took time to ask questions about her. Great young man and great service, Abraham. Get a raise already. The food. Well...this is the interesting part...I don't have much to write. My wife and I actually discussed it...and for the first time...we were blank. It was just...an hamburger...from a fast food restaurant. Obviously not a "fresh cooked patty" as the experience cook can spot the dry marks of a cracked piece of ground that has been sitting there...I got plenty of pickles...about ¼ teaspoon of this "special sauce" and literally counted...4 yes...4 little squares of diced onion. I literally made my wife count them to confirm 4 little squares. No problem. With my knife skills I chopped up some at home to add on after the initial taste. Generic Sysco bun. That's literally it. It was just an fast food cheeseburger. Beats the snot out of Micky Dee's and Burger Kang, but falls short of Wendy's. My wife noted if she were caught short and just needed something for the kids...she would stop here after grocery shopping. But not a making a special trip saying "Damn...I'm CRAVING P Terry's". It was just an fast food burger. Couldn't taste the "special sauce" (mayo, ketchup, pickle juice/vinegar, salt) at all. Fries. Don't bother. They are flaccid par-cooked potato sticks with no browning or salt. 80% went in the bin. Sadly...this DID fall WAY short of Micky Dee's. Back to back taste test of the "Pterry's ketchup"...90% sure it is repackaged Heinz. Which is not a bad thing as Heinz is the superior ketchup to all ketchup. We both agreed Wendy's has a better burger and DEFINITELY better fries. But for $11 it is priced well. Just hope this location does not fold. The building is made out of solid concrete, thus the year long build and uglier than sin. Also if you have a big truck. Take the outside line or you will be hopping the curb. Someone didn't measure. Welp. I take back paragraph 6 in hindsight. I did have a lot to say...without really saying anything. This review is like that person you talk to next to the hotel bar on a business trip. Love to support local coffee houses- this place shows promise. There are many choices for your brew, so the coffee aficionados will be pleased. Chemex, pour over, French Press, and good ole pulled shots and fresh brewed coffee are available. There might've been food, but being coffee focused, I didn't notice. read more
