Most of the staff speaks Russian, which is very convenient for many local families. The only downside during our visit was the gentleman cleaning the tables -- he seemed very unhappy and not very welcoming. He didn't speak English or Russian either (I believe Spanish only). The restroom could definitely use some updating. It was clean, but older, and unfortunately there never seems to be enough toilet paper or soap. The location is convenient with a large parking lot, plus there's a Russian store and TJ Maxx nearby, which makes it easy to turn breakfast into a little shopping trip.

It's a very small step over Starbucks in the mall next-door. Star down for pour hospitality and somewhat dirty space. Rather than checking her cell phone she should be out there looking at all the crumbs on the tables and chairs that probably need to be cleaned up while her assistant is busy actually preparing food. She might be well served by putting somebody on the counter who is more suited to Customer Service. She warms up to a few people she likes, but you have to treat everybody with the same level of respect and grace. She does not.
