This is our second time at the restaurant. And, just like the first time, the experience was amazing. The flavors of the food are so good. Meals taste like homemade food. Flavors are authentic. Today my husband had beef ribs, and he said that it was tender and delicious. We also had pastelitos, just because they are the best ones. And I had baleada. No picture because I was craving it and it was so good that once I saw it I started digging in. And for dessert we ordered banana bread. Yummy Service was great. She was very attentive, friendly was knowledgeable of the menu. The restaurant is super clean. If you are in the area, stop by you won't regret it. I support 100% small businesses and this one is my favorite place to go to. We drive from Woodbridge to enjoy the deliciousness of the food.

Fried Yuca - all homemade, not frozen. Tasted amazing! Her tomato sauce is really good with it!

This is a local, Stafford, family-owned and run Honduran restaurant with pan-Latin menu. I stopped in on a Sunday and the staff was warm, welcoming, and very friendly. They went over the menu and talked about their traditional foods on it, as well as what they like to eat. So I chose the Baleada Especial. I saw Yuca as a side and they said they make it fresh, in-house, it's not frozen, so they could boil or fry it. I opted for fried. The Baleada was excellent! Lots of great flavor and not too filling. The Yuca was incredible! Nice and light and tasty too! They usually serve it with just the yellow sauce, but after she explained the homemade red sauce, which is served warm, I asked for it too. That sauce was outstanding on the Yuca! Prices are really low here too! I would highly recommend stopping in for some great food and friendly service!

I was driving by my own neighborhood and check out to see anything built up. This restaurant was located in the same shopping center as Giant and Five Guys. It has plenty of parking and they have outside seating. As you walk in, the restaurant is split in two with two different names. On the left side it's called La Campirana with appetizers and entrees. On the right side it's called Chili Mango with crepes and desserts. I ordered 6 items: 1) Hibiscus drink 2) Bean and cheese pupusas 3) Jalapeño and cheese pupusas 4) Pork tamales 5) Chicken tamales 6) Grilled pork chop. There was two piece sample that was tasty and unique. It was a fried plantain mini cup filled with pico de gallo and their house dressing. When the server brought the hibiscus drink, it was sweet, tangy and very refreshing. For the pupusas, there were 4 selections in which I wasn't able to make a decision. So I ordered 2 flavors. The bean with cheese was a little bland not much flavor but the jalapeño with cheese was full of flavor. They both had a nice crust and served with a side of light salsa and slaw. The tamales were the highlight of my visit. These were steamed and very delicious. Be careful with the first bite because they were piping hot. The grilled pork chop unfortunately felled flat for me. The chop was very thin and dry. It was served with a salad, pico de gallo (very salty); rice and what look like smashed beans in a small bowl (very salty). I didn't see the banana chips as it was mentioned in their menu. The restaurant was very clean, my server was friendly and knowledgeable. I would make another trip to try the desserts and other items on their menu.

Highly recommended restaurant, the food is great, the staff is very friendly. Very delicious Honduran food and some other dishes from some other Latin America countries,

Food is good. Service is good but slow at times. It may be because they are newly opened business.

The ones I tried were the yeast type of donut and had a terrific consistency being soft and not too dense. Also tried an apple fritter that was almost twice as large as the donuts. The highlight were the croissant donuts. They were layers of buttery, flaky dough in a square format. I've tried the ones from Dominic Ansel when the cronut was at its peak and I prefer the Freddy version. I found the ones with the drizzle on them to be better. If you can't commit to a whole cronut you can get cronut bites for 25 cents each!

Being from New York the…read morecronut is a staple- Freddy's got them beat in every way- the cronut itself is super light and crisp. The flakey buttery layers is heaven. The size of the cronut is huge compared to the Dominique Ansel one. Freddy's is the size of your hand where the other is a quarter size smaller. The cronut at Freddy's is also cheaper going at $4.25 versus $7.75 at Dominique Ansel. They come in glaze drizzle, chocolate and vanilla drizzle, maple drizzle and French toast. Cronuts not available or don't feel like a big cronut...ask if they have the cronut bites. They come in a set of three and you can get either glaze drizzle or cinnamon sugar. The size of their classic and specialty donuts are huge. We are talking easily can be sharable (if you want to). Currently the pricing of their donuts are: $1.95 house/ $2.75 specialty/$2.75 cake/ $3.25 monster filled. They have quite the creative list of flavors. No gluten free options though. Their donuts are light and flavorful. It's not overly sweet at all and well balanced. By their size you get your bang for your buck. If you want to get your choosing of flavors, it's better to go at the start of the day. Later in the day you chance that they could be sold out on flavors - especially if they are busy that day. The donuts are packed in whimsical boxes that are colorful and say "You Deserve A Donut." They also have drinks for purchase but we didn't grab any- maybe next time. On the wall they also have cute donut themed shirts with popular cartoons and characters like Bluey, Pikachu and Deadpool. There is limited parking around the shop. Otherwise plenty of street parking. We took our donuts to go but you can also dine there in front of the store where they have picnic tables. The building looks like it might have been a service gas station in the past. It's decorated with a snake mural and they also have neat drawings inside on their chalkboard menu. We will definitely be back since we have friends that live in the next town over who are also huge fan. 100% recommend this sweet place.

As usual, my wife started looking for a place we haven't been before. Having been in Fredericksburg now for almost 2 1/2 years, the list of such places is getting shorter. We were out Route 3 west of 95, and she found a place called Affogato Europa Cafe. It's a family-run cafe and bakery featuring pastries, sandwiches, coffees, and lots of other sweets. It was a very clean, friendly looking place. We looked at the menu and my wife decided to have a Beef and Onion Burek, which is a traditional Balkan flaky pastry filled with, in this case, beef and onions. It was fantastic. Very flavorful and the pastry melted in your mouth. I'm a sucker for anything with the word "breakfast" in it. I had the Balkan Breakfast Panini. This marvelous sandwich contains egg, chorizo, cheese spread, provolone, tomato, and arugula. It was outstanding and the chorizo was very tasty (though a bit hard to bite through). I know I love a sandwich when after I put the last bite in my mouth, I feel a little sad because it is all done. Such was the case here. My wife had a Cortado espresso, which she loved but was a bit strong for me. I had a London Fog, which seemed like a latte with a hint of Earl Gray tea. I loved it, and when my wife tasted it she pronounced it "nummy". She doesn't use that word a lot so when she does I know she loves it. After lunch we split a Lava Cake, which is a small but decadent chocolate cupcake. The dining room was small but comfortable. The servers we encountered at the counter were very friendly. Rest room was very clean. It's not really close to us, but when were shopping out on Route 3, we'll certainly try them again.
