We visited around 11:10am, right after opening. There were a few tables taken but I was truly surprised by how empty it was! This was a perfect time to go in because the food was hot, fresh, and plenty. It was getting busier at 12pm and I'm glad we arrived earlier to beat the crowd. The buffet had soft tortillas, hard taco shells, taco bowls, fajitas, enchiladas, tamales, chile rellenos, beans, rice, and fillings (beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese sauce, sour cream, guacamole). I felt like I got my money's worth with a taco salad, 2 tacos, a tamale, and a chile relleno. I was definitely full and content.
