Our server was very friendly and attentive. They have a very large, overwhelming menu, which was a bit difficult to follow. We started out our meal with complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa was pretty good. After that, our meals just seemed to go downhill. The food was not tasty and almost seemed like we were eating mystery meat. My boyfriend ordered "La Favorita" which included one special burrito with beef tips, one mixed tostada, and one chicken enchilada. It sounds like a lot of food but the portion size was small. The beef tips, weren't tips and the meat was tough. I had a chicken quesadilla. It was loaded with way too much cheese for a very small tortilla. The hunt continues for a good Mexican restaurant.

We're from Montreal, Canada and were vistiing the area for some shopping and dined here on Monday December 19th - I chose this restaurant based on a number of great reviews and recommendations on a popular Nashua facebook group. There was no wait and plenty of seating when we arrived on a Monday - the waiter suggested the Steak Ranchero plate for my boyfriend which is described as "Porterhouse steak with salsa ranchero on top. Served with rice, beans and two flour or corn tortillas". I opted for the Grilled Steak Tacos, also servied with rice and beans. We asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare, but it arrived on the well done side. Since this is the most expensive plate on the menu, we really didn't want it to go waste so the manager offered us a 50% discount once we asked to speak to someone. My grilled steak tacos were amazing, everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. Rice and beans are tasty, no complaints there, just wish the rice was a slighty thicker/fatter grain, as it seemed very clumpy. Portion wise the plates are big and you won't leave hungry. Pricing is fair - I enjoyed the experience overall and would come back. Just be careful if you are ordering an actual steak, servers may recommend this since it is the most expensive menu item but not all staff might be fully trained to cook this to your liking. Would stick with other cheaper items like tacos, burritos and the like if you want a fool-proof experience.

I come here often with my husband, so when I was planning a girls night out I thought this would be a great place to go. Unfortunately, it's not a great place for groups. When our drinks came out we were told flights are their least favorite things to make. Honestly? I'm sure they are. But at $25, please don't complain to me and then include the tip in my check and refuse to do separate checks.

This restaurant does have some competition being in a city but they do have it together with the food, the good servers and the quality of the food. The way the restaurant is laid out lends itself to a good view of the room as you dine and it's lit nicely

The food was not fresh and very very bland. Mexican food should be vibrant, fresh and flavorful.

Definitely a surprise to the regular clientele. Look for the roadside sign into their large parking lot. The building is set way back. Signs every where instruct patrons. A large over head sign lets you know to "order here." No waitress service. Belly up to the bar and place food and drink orders with the bartender. A sign at the bar instructs "order, pay, move outta the way!" I just love this. Signs on the tables instruct "Do not drag tables". however, you can pick them up and move them. Just don't drag them. For our crowd, we did have to move a couple tables and chairs. There is a jukebox on one wall and I must say the clientele have excellent musical taste. This is absolutely my kind of bar. We had some fun conversations with locals. The bartender was friendly and efficient. All together an enjoyable visit. Besides soft drinks, bottled beers and a full bar, the food menu is pretty extensive. Apps, sandwiches, salad, entrees. With live music, pool table and darts this is a good neighborhood bar.

Definitely a local bar where everyone knows everyone. Cold Beer and pub food, along with live music…read more- can't go wrong for a night to unwind after work.

Wow. Came here last night and just have to write a review…read more I have been drinking and preparing kava for a few years. Always wanted to go to a kava bar, but the east coast never really had this. Last night the stars aligned. We came in not knowing what to expect. We were warmly greeted by Olivia (kava-tender), who explained the menu and brought us a small shell of kava to try. The Polynesian mule is mind-blowingly good. It was so good, we did 2 rounds of this. Definitely will be back to try more drinks. The live music was also amazing. Very talented musician-- played a lot of Grateful Dead, and even Alice's Restaurant. The vibe is very chill, while also warm and welcoming. For context: I am a non-drinker of alcohol, and despise bars/being around loud drunk people. This is a totally different experience, in the very best ways.

The owners husband and wife are very nice and knowledgeable on Kava when they speak you can feel the passion that they have for not only their business but for their beverages. I had the traditional Kava bowl, it's earthy and served on a shell ( maybe coconut) with a small wedge Of pineapple as a chaser, I also tried a lavender tea it was very good you can definitely taste the lavender. This place is a must try in my opinion the ambience, the beverages , the people all make me want to go back.
