This place is great, def a hidden gem in highland park . I came to see why my laptop wouldn't connect to my wifi, he gave me a free estimate and diagnosis. He fixed my computer and had it ready the same day! He even helped me connect my printer (for free) ....Which I found difficult for other reasons. The place is clean and the staff is friendly! I saw a few other people come in to ask questions and he took time to answer them... Which showed me that he is great with customer service as well. I live in Pasadena they gave it my computer back in 3 weeks and no repairs so I decided to search on yelp and try with this guys. The guy checked my computer for 20 min and told me that something called flex power cable was in a short circuit. He told me in about 3 hours would be ready but after just one hour it was ready. DO NOT do business with this place. I took a desktop to be fixed. They forgot to put some screws back in and the panel fell off. Had to take it back. Afterwards, I asked for a USB plug. They charged me $20.00. When I got home I found out it was $5.00 so I called them and told them I was coming to get my money back. When I got there they charged me $10.00 for the labor. My backup Network Hard drive suddenly stop making noises and not working at all. My wife dropped her iPhone and the screen shattered. I went with the phone in the nearest Iphone repair shop at 11 am and the phone was returned before 1:00 pm. They called me to let me know that it was fixed as well as an email with a security code to receive it from the Iphone repair .
