The owner is a scumbag he charged me 49.00 for doing absolutely nothing my SUV was not ready for smog and made me pay upfront and sign after the fact that I failed because obd was not ready and would not refund me. I've been a customer here for 10 plus years here and would not ever come back. Dude was a Weenie, he was rude and acted like he was super busy when it seemed like he only had two customers. All I needed was a smog and I told him that my car is touchy and I need to pull it in and out and he told me that's not going to happen so I told him if your not going to accommodate my needs. I'll go somewhere else. His prices were $75 for a smog as well which was high. I went down the street to ACE SMOG PROS. There was no wait there and it was only $50 and the dude at ACE was way friendlier and happier and was cool with everything. read more

I had a very pleasant experience here besides some anti yelp comments from the technician. Technician was very welcoming, asked how he could help and was very friendly. I came in for a smog check and everything went great. I started taking photos for yelp and he jokingly asked if i was spying. I laughed as i replied, "no, just taking photos to post on yelp". He began to give me his opinion on yelp and how he disliked it because he read too many things about business owners being able to buy ratings (which I hope isn't true). after a brief conversation about the matter, I realized it was best to stop taking photos and not mention yelp. He continued to be friendly and even allowed me to keep the coupon I used in case a friend or family member needed a smog check. He also was kind enough to let me know I had a coolant and oil leak that I should keep an eye out on. Overall, pleasant experience with good customer service throughout the entire visit. I would definitely come back again, but I wouldnt just mention yelp around him (haha). read more

Took my car in to these guys trying to save some money on some struts. BIG MISTAKE! They replaced the struts and I took a trip to Laughlin. While on the road I noticed that my car was handling very squirrly and thaught something was wrong with my front end somewhere. by the time I got home my almost new Michelin tires where ruined and took it back to the owner and asked what he did to my car? He showed me the replaced struts and assured me that they did nothing wrong. Took my car to a reputable auto shop and was told when they replaced my struts they thru my allignment out of whack and that you CANNOT change struts without re-allignment of the vehicle. This was an average smog "star" station. The smog was fast. I waited about 15 minutes. Which wasn't that long. The guys weren't too customer service friendly, but they weren't rude either. Well they got the job done for a reasonable price, so I will be back. read more

First and last time I go this smog place his price of 45$ seemed unreal which was great he failed me twice once was because I had an intake which I understood it was fair the second time I had my stock air filter and failed me visually this guy need to work on customer services skills,manors,and facial expression it felt like he was being a jerk if you want to waste you time and spend more time than you have to at a smog place this is it!! Stay, stay away from this place. Look, we are all looking for honest people to pass and smog our cars and I can tell you this place is not one of them. They are, especially Mr. La Cross, more interested in the money aspect of the job than on their customers. I took an older model toyota pickup and it did not pass the first time because the timing was off, so Mr. La Cross said, "take it to your mechanic and get the timing fix." He stated there was no charge for this. I went and did the timing and got it tuned up to his demands and I brought it back. Originally he said the price for these older models were 58 dollars. When the truck passed this time he told me that i needed to pay $83 because he had done the check previously and it did not pass the first time. It is my understanding that he offers a free re-test when a vehicle does not pass, i don't know why on earth he believes he can make an extra 25 bucks because it passed the second time. Not to mentioned he had previously stated that there was no charge for the previous check. Not a man of his word. Also note the type of atmosphere this place has: this is an Armenian/Euro joint. I was standing by my truck to see the outcome and results of the truck because I was yearning for it to pass and Mr. La Cross told me in a sneering manner to go and sit down at the waiting room. I said to myself, ok it is understandable that they are trying to do their job and they want to be unimpeded by customers. This was the case until another Armenian dude rolls through and is chilling right along them near the cars that they are working on and smoking a cigarette. I thought we were not allowed in the working area Mr La Cross? And better yet, i thought we were not supposed to be smoking by car batteries? Businesses grow with good customer relationships. Instead you are trying to charge an arm and a leg and losing customers in the process. Keep it up and you will keep motivating customers to give you bad reviews, losing more money in the process than what you can charge. It is called KARMA. OVERALL, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Find better reviews online and SMOG SOMEWHERE ELSE where they are true to their word, charge you what it supposed to be charge, and don't prefer some customers over others because of RACE... read more

Excellent service and fast too. Great prices and I love the customer service. No where to sit inside so if the job is long and it's summer, I recommend having someone pick you up, otherwise you're sitting in heat. It's basically a garage and a small room where you pay. I brought my car to him and he told me 45 for a smog and then talked him down to 35 I asked him about the coupon for25 and he said it's only $10 . i then decided to come back with coupon then he decided to schedule me in tomorrow morning at his convenience horrible customer service. Don't recommend him he is not worth giving your money to . Also he said he closed at 530 when they supposedly close at 6! He would rather lose a customer who knows plenty of people in cars.
