    Hot chocolate

Food: ordered the hot chocolate and was pretty good. Came in a decent size. Service: They were nice. Only ordered drinks so they just called out name when ready Location: Inside of Whole Foods and has its own sitting area/cafe. Parking lot is shared with Whole Foods grocery Ambiance: We went later at night and it was quieter and plenty of space to sit since it was an hour to closing.

A bakery inside a Whole Foods, sold out of half their stuff by 11 AM on a weekday. Even if I didn't think they were good, plenty of others do. I do think they're good, though, lots of good baked stuff. Chocolate croissants are a staple, the cinnamon roll is big and fluffy, strawberry bread is summery-sweet, and Le Crookie, a croissant covered in cookie dough is pure fun. A lovely bakery, great place to grab some baked goods before heading to a friend's house or to sit for a coffee and a treat. Just make sure you're not in a hurry if you order any prepared food. They move VERY slowly for things like sandwiches and quiche.

This la farm is in the Whole Foods, but I think the la farm on northwest Cary parkway is way better. The ham and cheese croissant didn't have enough stuffing and the wait is always REALLY long. The cirque madam is great though! I'd say, go to the la farm on Cary parkway if you want to try it for the first time. I still think it's good but not worth the price!

The breakfast at La Farm was fantastic! Ended up getting the Croque Madame, it was excellent and the portion size was enough to not feel stuffed nor wanting more. Great service, cozy atmosphere--definitely a place I'll return to for breakfast! A little odd why they charge for refills of coffee...

Amazing bakery to enjoy for breakfast or lunch and the receptionist is super friendly and helpful. If you are looking for your neighborhood bakery this is it. Truly epitomizes breaking bread with friends and family like the owner says.

I have only gotten items to go here because of the La Farm quality. I always get the cinnamon buns and today got the seasonal apple strudel challah. The lattes are freshly made and staff has always been kind and prompt. It is nice to have a La Farm inside Whole Foods. They offer casual seating for those dining in.

Nice place attached to Whole Foods. Visiting sister and this place is walking distance from her place so I popped in on my morning walk. Very friendly people and nice outdoor seating (until the sun heats ups). Grabbed the breakfast sandwich, no meat. Fresh bread but the sandwich was a little plain, solves with the addition of available hot sauce. The addition of fruit slices was nice. Large coffee was pricey but very tasty. The outside music is a bit loud, kind of defeats the nice, outdoor seating. Definitely worth a stop.

Bro... I should have known the quality of the food when it's attached to a grocery store. But, I've only heard great things about La Farm Bakery, so I was hopeful. I guess the people recommending it, didn't specify its location specific. This was a very sad breakfast sandwich- and they forgot to put bacon on it, which I had to go up and ask them for it. Also, my friend had the French toast and I'm pretty sure they burnt it because it was harder than a crouton. Pretty disappointed at this but it is what it is. The peppermint latte that I ordered with this was good so no complaints on that. Just buyers beware on the quality when heading to this location.

Crème Brûlée French Toast: dry, hard, cold, syrup already applied (perhaps the day before). I didn't eat it and should have read reviews from others before ordering it. It was a take out so I could not return this and recover the about $12 either.

    Over cooked eggs Benedict

I have been a LA Farm fan for years but ill admit, on this lazy morning I was looking for something good, thought I'd stop by with the family given it had been literally a year since we've been in and am just so sad with the experience. Here are the gripes in no particular order, but if I were you, I'd stay away until they get their act straightened up... 1. We received someone else's order. There were 4 of us at the table, they brought 2 dishes and thought they were done. 2. Mixed up drink orders (lattes were miss matched with hot chocolate) that were not labeled and ended up having to make new. 3. Daughter sat down in a chair and nearly fell backward as the backing of the chair had completely come unstrapped. 4. Kids portions are NOT worth it, horrible value for the price point and left both kids wanting more food (we went inside the adjacent store and bought them a muffin) :( 5. Sausage egg and cheese of hubbs was average, this is half of the only star given. 6. My eggs Benedict was just gross. I bit into the eggs and they were hard boiled and I was greeted with a sour taste of lemon!! The ham was overly salty and the lemon taste by itself made me want to gag. The potatoes were also cold Extremely disappointed for a $15 plate! The coffee was arguably the best part of our meal, which is the reason for another half a star... For a breakfast price point of $73, shame on you LaFarm, sadly we won't be back, at least not to this location - total disappointment.

Trying to get a little work done, I was pleased to find a comfy couch, power and Wi-Fi- in addition to the incredible twist on a Mexican mocha and an absolutely insane bacon, egg, and cheese on there in house made biscuit! Greeted by the friendliest barista, I made myself comfy on the couch and watched her work her magic. My " not too sweet" mocha had beautiful latte art. I was actually a little sad as I reached the bottom of the mug. So I opted for a decaf refill, it was pure perfection. Do yourself a favor & pop in to make this place your morning ritual.

The menu isn't broad, only a few options, which I was disappointed with. The staff was pretty decent, they forgot a few things, like a lemon for water when requested, a spoon for my yogurt. We ordered a burrito, the biscuit and eggs and the yogurt. Honestly, I was shocked at how good it was. Burrito had great flavor and was super filling. The biscuits were incredible! They were super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The jam it came with was also delicious. Overall, it was a weird restaurant set up and staff was iffy but the food was quite good! I likely won't go back because the menu is so limited but if you're in the area, it wouldn't hurt to stop by!

I arrived at 9:32am on a Sunday morning in a party of two. We were seated promptly. The table looks…read morelike it was meant to be sideways to fit 4 people which created an unusual distance between us. Our waiter came over at 9:35pm. He didn't introduce himself and stated that he will get us waters and asked if we wanted something else. We received the waters quickly. He returned a couple minutes later to inquire if we had questions about the menu, which we did. I also asked about Debbie Lou's Sandwich shop. He said it used to be separate until COVID. Then, they combined and were doing two separate menus. Now, they combined the menus and switch it up every couple months. At 9:50am, we ordered. I got the strawberry butter French toast with scrambled eggs and bacon. The other party got the cinnamon sugar waffles with bacon and side of cheese grits. At 10:02am, we received the food. Food Quality: 3/5 -At 9:52am, waiter brought over complimentary biscuits. The butter on top was visible and it was paired with a strawberry jam. The biscuits were soft, fluffy, and down right delicious! -Cheesy Grits: You must stir it because the cheese is at the bottom melting. My date stated "it's good grits" -Bacon: The first piece of bacon I tasted was not warm at all and was chewy. Of my 3-4 pieces of bacon, only a small piece was warm and crispy like I expected. This was disappointing. My date's bacon was the perfect temperature and crispiness. The disparity questions consistency. -Eggs: Perfect temperature but lacked seasoning or flavor. I added salt and pepper and it was fine. -French Toast: Very thick. The cream cheese was too much, in my opinion. This was evident when I cut into it and it basically drowned my French toast with the syrup. I was expecting fresh strawberries but it wasn't. It tasted like strawberry crumbs as it was somewhat hard and crunchy. The edges of the French toast were a little over cooked and burnt in some places. The interior of the fresh toast was soft and delicious. -Waffles: My date said the "Cinnamon sugar was perfect." I tasted it and they indeed were flavorful and delicious! Presentation: 5/5 -Well-presented, neat, and appetizing -Whipped cream butter on my French toast was in an excessive amount -There was a green garnish on the eggs, which was in excessive and overpowered the eggs. If there were only a couple Service: 4/5 -Per receipt, our waiter was "Isaiah M." He was friendly and attentive. Outside of not introducing himself (which is a personal pet peeve), the service was great. He attempted to help me decide which entree to get as I was deciding between the strawberry butter French toast and cinnamon roll pancakes. He noted they both were great options and are a consistent menu item even as they rotate out the menu. Ambiance & Cleanliness: 5/5 -The music was great! It was mostly R&B, which is our favorite genre! -On the table, they have sugar, salt, pepper, creamer, and a container of straws. -The place was clean and tidy. Staff went around to clear plates and tables. Value for Money: 4/5 -For the two entrees and side of grits, the total was $41, which isn't bad. -The side of eggs was tiny. It honestly shocked us. My date is allergic to eggs, so I ate his (which they did put on a separate plate) Overall Experience: 4/5 -My date said it was the "Best breakfast place I had in a while." For him, his food and everything was perfect. He disliked they he was unable to substitute the eggs, which he is allergic to. This caused him to give me his eggs and pay for a different side. It now feels like a true family operation, with everyone pitching in. The owner is the one who usually waits on us. The service is consistently friendly and attentive. I especially enjoy the omelets! One of my favorites is the Omni omelet, while my wife likes the Greek omelet. I like that the meats and vegetables are cooked together with the eggs rather than simply added at the end. It makes the omelets feel more flavorful. The skillets are also very good, particularly the John Wayne. The updated interior is bright, colorful, and welcoming. What can I say... I'm a fan.

We got there at 9am and were seated promptly and beat the big Mother's Day rush, which everywhere tends to be crowded in the area for Mother's Day. The waitress was very quick to get our drink orders, slightly a bit too quick to ask for food orders given the size of our party and most having just arrived. I got the steak and eggs with home fries and an English muffin. I split the blueberry pancakes with my wife since we both didn't want a full stack. For the price everything was a very hearty portion of food that made for solid leftovers too. Everything was cooked to specification. The food for the table came out relatively quick for a packed house on Mother's Day. It was a bit noisy at times but that couldn't be helped given how busy they were. A really solid breakfast spot for people looking for a casual diner atmosphere.

Ironically, I went here because I rarely get out to eat and the service has always been consistent. 1. There was no one at the cash register and an employee who was just about to go on break took my order. He was polite enough but I found out later that he put in the wrong order. 2. There were no tables that I saw that were wiped off. Some had the dishes removed but I needed to wipe off a table. 3. A cockroach scrambled across the floor near my table to the left of the coffee station. I wish I was joking, or seeing things but I wasn't the only person who saw it. One of the female employees went toward it and stepped on it but since it was headed toward my table, I moved. 4. It was really hot in there. Maybe not AC completely broken hot, but AC on the struggle bus hot. There was a large fan in the back dining room that wasn't doing much of anything except redistributing humidity. 5. I ordered an avocado toast with bacon and got delivered a grilled cheese sandwich. The server took it back but then I needed to ask for the bacon. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture because the same dish on Sunday was so elaborate and beautifully presented and the same order today was just meh. Not a good value for the price. I will say the server correcting someone else's mistake was clearly overwhelmed but doing her best. She was also the cockroach killer. I ate my lunch and read my book. My intention had been to linger a while and read but I decided to leave. The place was about 1/4 full when I left but all the tables still had crumbs, food debris and water on them made it too unpleasant to stick around. Very disappointing. I don't see myself going back any time soon. I do love their bread but I'm sure I can find someplace more pleasant or go to the downtown location instead.
