    Nice pedi area

I went to another Salon in Lincoln Heights and waited almost 30 minutes before deciding to call La Fleur Nail Salon to check if they can still take me and my daughter. It was already almost 6pm that time. The person on the phone said yes! So off we went and when we got there, we were amazed by how clean and cute the place was. They are fairly new, just opened a month ago. We waited about 5 minutes and I was seated for my pedicure. What I liked about this nail salon is how each nail artist carefully cleans and paints the nails of each and every customer. They do not rush their service unlike the other nail salons I have been to in Lincoln Heights. Some nail salons I've been to did both my mani and pedi at the same time, with my body twisted the whole time, because the nail tech was only on one side of my chair. It was so stressful! Here at La Fleur, both my daughter and I felt relaxed, pampered, and special! This salon is highly recommended. Everybody in here is so nice and friendly, and their nail art is amazing.

New place in town! Stopped in for service and was taken care of by the owner Sylvia. The nail techs are great! Lourdes is amazing her talent and artistry is WOW! Marta took her time with my daughters nails and did a fantastic job! Amanda what attention to detail! Definitely coming back! My girls and I were extremely happy! Super cute place!

Staff is friendly but I'm honestly disappointed that I was there for almost 3hrs for gel-x and pedi and didn't like it. I still have top coat on the sides on my fingernails and toes because it wasn't cleaned off properly with a brush and acetone prior to putting it under the UV light. The French tip is blocky and top coat wasn't put throughly in the nail so I have spots on my nails. My right foot has a much thinner French tip than my left foot (guessing it was because she filed after she was done). Cute place but definitely I have had better elsewhere for the same price.

I took my daughter here to get her nails done and she loved it. The staff are all friendly. My daughter got her nails done by Alejandra and she was so happy with the end result thank you !

(pun intended) today the retention on mine is 100% no chips no lifting i'm STOKED! it was also my birthday so i splurged on my design so i am extra happy that they're still holding strong. i wish i could keep this set forever! thank you!!! highly recommend!

I chose this salon expecting a professional experience. When a business advertises licensed…read moreprofessionals and charges premium prices, I expect professional-quality work. Unfortunately, this appointment fell well below that standard. I was originally quoted $80 for a Gel-X set, but once I arrived I was told there would be an additional $10 charge just to remove my existing Gel-X. From there, nearly every option came with another surcharge. Glitter was an additional charge, and placing the glitter at the base of the nail instead of the tip increased the price even further. The pricing structure felt confusing and constantly changing, making it difficult to know what the final cost would be. After hearing the additional charges, I decided against getting a new set and paid $45 for a manicure after the Gel-X removal. For $45, I expected my natural nails to leave looking polished and professionally finished. Instead, I left with: * Jagged, uneven nail edges that were not properly filed * Visible product residue still left on multiple nails * Uneven nail surfaces * Dry, unfinished cuticles * Nails that looked incomplete rather than professionally manicured I took photos immediately after leaving because I couldn't believe this was the finished result. The service itself was also disappointing. My technician, Annie, repeatedly stopped working on my nails to answer phone calls and attend to other matters. The appointment felt interrupted and rushed instead of relaxing. A manicure should feel calm and focused. This did not. The salon also raised concerns for me. The supply/storage area visible to customers was cluttered and disorganized, and I observed nail files being reused, which made me question the sanitation standards. Even checkout was frustrating. I wanted to leave a tip for the technician who performed my pedicure because she did a nice job, but the payment process made it difficult to direct the gratuity to the correct person. The biggest disappointment is that none of these issues should exist regardless of the price. Whether a manicure costs $25 or $45, customers should leave with nails that are smoothly filed, free of leftover product, and professionally finished. Those are basic expectations--not luxury extras. I left feeling disappointed, overcharged, and with nails that I could have filed more carefully at home myself. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.

I've been consistently coming to Friendly Nails for the last few years. I usually call first thing…read morein the morning to check their availability for the same day & if it's too busy I'll ask to book an appointment for the next day or future date. All of the nail techs are great! I request for Cici when I want to do cat-eye or more simple gel manicures. If I want more artsy designs, I'll usually request for Ella or Karen. Gel manis are still $45, with full cat-eye adding an additional $15. Hand drawn art design nails may add between $4-6 per nail, depending on the design; while if you're okay with stickers, it may be $2-3/each. More intricate nail designs will require more time & cost more depending on what it is -- so I would inform them if this is something you want to do so they can allot the right amount of time for your booking. I typically spend about 1.5-2 hours to get my nails done (including removing the previous months' nails, nail trimming, shaping, cuticles, etc.) As stated before: Easy parking in the First St. structure behind the shop. Restroom available in the back of the store & always clean. They also do have bottled water, if needed.

My Response to Business owner :…read more Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that my review is based on a realistic account of the service I received on May 19, 2026. While you describe the pace as 'efficient,' the service was incomplete by standard industry definitions. Specifically, the pedicure did not include the essential steps of a foot scrub, a foot massage, or cuticle cleaning. These are standard components of the service I paid for, and their omission is why I felt the experience was unsatisfactory. Furthermore, my comments regarding the tip were not a reflection of a personal preference, but rather a reaction to the staff's persistent pressure. When service falls short of the expected standard, I believe a customer should be able to decline a gratuity without being pressured by staff to justify that decision. My goal in sharing this review was simply to provide honest feedback regarding my experience, and I stand by the account I provided.

My appointment time came and the salon was still closed (I just want to note that my appointment time was 30 minutes after their opening time) and I was waiting outside, unsure if I should just leave or wait. I ended up messaging Trulycure for an update and didn't get an answer. A lady showed up about 5-10 minutes later to open the door, asked if I needed a pedicure and then to sit down on one of the chairs. Now the chairs were really nice, but did not have a built in spa. She had to bring over a tub of water. I wasn't asked which pedicure service I want (I later saw there were multiple options on their menu) and asked me what color I wanted. Andrew had walked in while I was getting my pedicure done. He worked on removing my old set of gelx that I got done elsewhere and put a new set (he did an excellent job at this). I opted for a cat eye effect on my nails since he mentioned there is a promotion at the time. I thought Trulycure is somewhere I want to go back to but after reflecting on my experience of waiting without any communication they were going to be tardy, pedicure gal cutting my toe nails oddly to the point where my big toe nail is growing out not the way I like and the cat eye not being a cat eye (looks like a layer of glitter polish applied), I was completely ready to go back to my usual place.

The pain became so bad that I had to have the lashes removed shortly after my appointment because they were unbearable to wear. You can see in the photo how the lashes were placed so close and it wasn't right. I reached out to the Trinity to explain what happened and requested at least a partial refund since I couldn't keep the lashes due to the improper application. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told that because I had the lashes removed before they could inspect them, they wouldn't offer any refund due to their policy. I understand businesses have policies, but I also believe there should be exceptions when a service causes physical discomfort and cannot be worn. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted a fair resolution after paying for a service I couldn't use. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with both the quality of the application and the way my concerns were handled afterward. I hope this feedback encourages the business to improve both its application standards and its customer service. My advice get your lashes done somewhere else. Also the workers are not welcoming at all and are very rude. Do better.
