This place is closing so... I guess this review is completely irrelevant but here we go. It's a really pretty room. Very bright and fresh looking - almost the exact opposite of the current Vegas trend of "let's make it so dark it's actually dangerous". I love the tomatoes and lemons on the table. The service was very friendly. Our friend had the tomato martini and pronounced it "surprising and delicious". The oysters were nice and fresh. Our favorite thing of the night. The steak tartare looked awful and was (according to the friend that ordered it) not good. Definitely didn't look like any tartare I've ever seen. My partner had the filet mignon, which arrived cold. But it was a decent steak. I had the lobster risotto which was, on the other hand, served so hot I couldn't eat it for a while. When it did cool down, it was just OK... nothing special at all and a little salty. Our friend had homemade pappardelle, which looked very hearty. He enjoyed it quite a bit. Not a bad meal and if they were staying open, I'd be temped to try their brunch, which looks intriguing. Or looked. RIP LPM. Hope someone revives the tomato martini. read more

Came here for their brunch experience "Le Brunch" and it was amazing. You get a lot of food and it's all delicious. Had too many croissants to start because it was so good and fresh. This was a 10/10 brunch! My friend and I had reservations and her flight was delayed so I still decided to go on my own. They were so kind and even got me in earlier than my reservation. The food was delicious!! I did the Le Brunch offering, which is a multi course menu for $85. Bring your appetite, because it is all delicious and they give you so much food! Their pastries and bread are heavenly and such good quality. I would have gotten seconds of all the baguettes and pastries if I had any room to put it all! You're allowed to take as many pastries as you want. There were many different kinds as well, not just the ones in my picture. The inside of the restaurant is also bright and cheery and it really feels like you're on vacation when dining in here. My favorite courses were the chefs pastries, burrata with tomatoes and baguette, and the skirt steak with scrambled eggs. Definitely try the Le Brunch because you get to try so many kinds of dishes for what I think is a reasonable price, considering what it would cost if you ordered it all separately. I've eaten here twice, the first time was a VEGAS magazine sponsored event. It was a tour de Mediterranean theme, with stations set up around the restaurant. It also featured an open bar, with the Tomatini being my favorite. This unique cocktail is one of my favorite Vegas drinks ever! It's savory but bursting with flavor. I liked sitting on the enclosed patio, the view was pretty great. Service was great at this event, even though it was mostly self service at the food stations. The second time was to celebrate a birthday. We shared lobster benedict and burrata, and loved the tomatoes on the table. The burrata was my fave of the two food items we shared, tho the benedict was good too. We even got a birthday dessert on the house! Loved our experience at LPM Restaurant and Bar! My sister and I made a reservation for a Saturday brunch the night before and were pleasantly surprised to score a peak reservation time. We arrived on time and were greeted and seated promptly. Located on the top floor of The Cosmopolitan, LPM's space is beautiful, bright, and airy. The decor was very chic and the live DJ made it a fun atmosphere. My sister and I opted for the "shared experience for the table" for $85 per person. It included the following: Self-serve pastries from the Chef's Counter Starters: avocado toast, burrata, lobster benedict Entrees: soft scrambled eggs, skirt steak Sides: glazed slab bacon, roasted pee-wee potatoes Dessert: French toast Sweet sendoff: a parting gift Whether you choose the option above or not, each table has ingredients for a tomato salad (tomatoes, lemons, olive oil, salt, and pepper). I enjoyed making my own salad right there at the table. I also ordered an espresso martini because why not, and theirs was delicious. Everything from the prixe fix menu was wonderful and the price was reasonable, especially in Vegas. You definitely get more bang for your buck. I do have to mention that the items didn't come out in order and our French toast took a long time. We weren't in a big hurry, so it was okay but would have appreciated better pacing. Wow--an incredible dining experience. Really impressive especially given a whole-restaurant buyout for a conference group: the quality, coordinated timing, and service were all top-notch. It's hard to explain almost like drinking a caprese with no basil but even that doesn't capture the flavor! It's a good drink yes savory but also sweet! I cannot say enough good things about LPM and their Happy Hour. The quality of food and drinks are outstanding. My go-to's are the tomatini which is so fresh and flavorful. Obviously if you aren't a tomato lover, this is not the drink for you. As far as HH bites, my favorite are the shrimp skewers. These shrimp are jumbo and come 4 to an order (2 skewers). I've also tried the steak (shrimp seems like a larger portion) and the burrata tartine (must order again!) On a recent visit, I decided to try their lounge tasting menu which included an appetizer, entree and sorbet. I skipped the sorbet and paid the extra money for the cheesecake. DO NOT SKIP DESSERT. We ended up coming here primarily because it was in our hotel and they had availability. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the starters. We had the hamachi, avocado salad and burrata. All delicious. For mains, we shared the truffle rigatoni, lamb chops and duck. Everything was great but lamb chops and rigatoni were the stars there. I really want to give LPM 5-stars because they have everything going for themselves, except two (smallish) things. We made a reservation for Mother's Day brunch. We showed up about 5 minutes prior to our reserved time. We were told that they were overbooked but had seating outside. Unfortunately, due to the hot morning and seasonal allergies sitting outside was not an option for us. So we were offered a lovely corner table inside the establishment. (Just made me wonder for whom they were saving that seating for if it was not initially offered to us). Our waiter was amazing! Live music amazing! Camaraderie with other diners amazing! The mimosas amazing! The decor, the lighting, the seating all equally amazing! The food, while presented well, did not measure up to the rest of our experience. We opted for the lobster benny with a side of potatoes and steak and eggs. The lobster was more like lobster salad, served cold on a cold English muffin. The steak, which was to have to be flavored with chimichurri and harissa, wasn't very flavorful after all. The potatoes were excellent however, perfect amount of flavor and texture. I may decide to give LPM another try, time will tell. read more

This is one of my favorite places on the strip. I accidentally stumbled upon this place when a friend and I went to a disappointing popup in the Cosmo and needed to eat elsewhere. This place is located on the 3rd floor in the same floor as STK and other nice restaurants. This place wasn't crowded and I heard it had great reviews, so we decided to give it a try. I love the ambiance in this place. It's so colorful and there's lots of red. Each table includes large beef tomatoes and lemon that you can use for bread or whatever else you order. I've tried their regular dinner menu and their tasting menu. You can't go wrong with either one. The tasting menu will make you feel like you just ate at a buffet afterwards. Everything was wonderful, but my faves were the escargot, sea bass, and black truffle pasta. In my opinion, this place has the best sea bass and black truffle pasta, and I will gladly order it each time I'm here. Our server Courtney was the best. She was very enthusiastic, explained the menu well, and even taught us a trick to remove the escargots from the shells when it gets stuck. read more

This fairly new restaurant at the Cosmopolitan hotel has to be the healthiest restaurant we'v ever dined in. This is such a beautiful restaurant with a very nice patio dining area. We chose outdoor and the heater kept us warm enough. The menu wasn't big but the choices were amazing. We started off with bottle of our favorite Veuve yellow label. For appetizers we had cauliflower salad and escargots. Both were delicious especially the cauliflower. For entrees we had lamb chop and whole sea bream, also side of broccolini. The fish was fantastic and it was big enough to feed three people. Hubby loved his lamb chop. The birthday cheese cake dessert was delightful, my espresso martini was a great pour. Our dinner was so pleasant and everything was perfect! The service was too notch! I really enjoyed the fresh tomatoes on the table with olive oil and lemon juice. It's refreshing to have a healthy meal in Vegas. Usually the foods are quite heavy at Vegas restaurants. My favorite cuisines are Mediterranean style and my diet is too! I had the most amazing breakfast here celebrating my birthday! Our server Anthony went above and beyond and made it sooo special! When you get seated at the table, there is already tomatoes, lemons, olive oil, salt and pepper there. The server then tells you to make a yummy salad with the green ingredients. Last second dinner plan before a concert at The Chelsea and turned out to be one of the best meals I've had this year. Elegantly contemporary designed restaurant on restaurant row at Cosmopolitan and just want to highlight their dining chairs that have a pull out table for ladies handbags. Requested a table with a nice view and the hostess gave us one right near the patio that overlooks the strip. Sarah was an excellent waitress and along with Alan they were very attentive and accommodated our time crunch for the concert. The Riviera Tasting Menu might be one of the best deals on the Strip for high end dining. Every dish by itself on that menu would be the standout of any regular meal. This was the second happy hour for my weekend in Vegas - this time my sister's best friend joined us and we enjoyed happy hour prior to going to a show. We sat at the bar, which seemed to be quite popular. Our bartender was very entertaining, and we had outstanding service. We started with cocktails, and the tomatini was absolutely amazing! I was a little unsure as I do not like sweet drinks, but this had just the right amount of sweetness from the tomato. My sister had something that wasn't her cup of tea, and our friend had a French 75 which she enjoyed. We ordered all 5 items on the happy hour menu, and were not disappointed in any! We came here to celebrate our 3-year wedding anniversary and treated ourselves for night here. We started off with their warm prawns as hubby was enjoying comp fresh bread with butter. I had sliced tomatoes with olive oil, as recommended by our server Emmanuel m, to "clean the palate". Ambiance is super chill and perfectly romantic. we got here just as they opened so it was quiet, as we like it. Hubby ordered the cooked-to-perfection rib eye and I got the buttery soft Chilean bass with side of broccolini, paired with a glass of Matrot Auxley, also recommended by Emmanuel. This restaurant space inside the Cosmopolitan casino does not miss. LPM offers an elevated and intimate dining experience that somehow still feels relaxed. From cutting whole tomatoes right on the table to the creative cocktails, I truly feel like I'm transported to the Mediterranean when I'm here. Having been a few times now, I can say the entire menu is great. My must haves are the steak tartare, lamb, and literally any of their pastas. Always make sure to ask what their specials are because they've been amazing every time. For desserts, the creme brulee and cheesecake are SO good - yes yes, your classics, but done extremely well. I love the shareable size of the creme brulee and how super vanilla-y it is. For its price range, you actually get a lot of food here. The only downside is that service can be slow when they're busy, so expect to be in for a long dinner. Also note that everything in the kitchen comes out as its ready, which means you may get warm appetizers before cold dishes come out sometimes. read more

Friday we took down LPM ( @lpmlasvegas ). It's the perfect date spot. Not only do they have a beautiful patio overlooking the strip, their drink selection embodies hopeless romantic, especially the Coco Chanel cocktail. They spray a splash of Chanel No. 5 on a beautiful card accompanying the delicious poison. As for the feast we devoured the Oysters, Burrata, Steak Tartare, Yellowtail Carpaccio, Escargots, Foie Gras, Homemade Gnocchi subbed in the Black Truffle cream sauce, Lamb Cutlets, & finally dessert, the French Toast 'Cyrus' with Espresso martinis. Every aspect of this feast was fire! Robust perfectly cooked & presented flavors, Michelin star service, romantic ambiance, all of it. The lamb & the escargot were death row quality, the best I've ever had. Many don't know just difficult & time consuming making snails like this is, but it's the best tasing version of the delicacy.
