This place is AMAZING! The service was impeccable and I would go back every day if I could. Martin is the best waiter you could ever ask for. They treat you like friends and family. Food was divine and the drinks were perfect. This is an experience that you must experience once, twice or a dozen time. I love it here. This is the heart of Vegas!

We had a wonderful time in a wonderful restaurant. We will miss it when it's gone. It's an end of an era. Please take care of the long time employees.

We had a phenomenal time at Le Cirque. The staff from front of house, waitstaff and Sommelier were on point. The cocktails, wine and food were beautifully plated and tasted even better! The dining room was so lovely and felt as if we were transported to another time and place. Merci for a memorable evening!

The restaurant is located inside Bellagio Hotel , overseas the fountain. Be ready to spend $300+ per person for dinner. Great experience with food! Love how the restaurant paired each the course with wine. A warm, intimate space where every detail whispers Parisian romance, from fresh flowers on each table, to the gentle glow of candlelight, just perfect for a romantic evening with loved one! The journey of eight courses, not only showcasing the elegance of French cuisine: light, intricate, and thoughtfully paced, but also with a harmonious blend of classic with each of the plates. This service is a very classic French bistro feel, I was hoping for a bit more stories with all the dishes and wines.

Came to Le Cirque to celebrate my birthday at Bellagio, and the experience did not disappoint! The interior is fun and beautifully decorated, with very unique on theme paintings and a beautifully draped and lit ceiling which looks more pastel and lovely in person. We ordered two different courses, the 4 course and the 8 course tasting menu. Between us the 12+ dishes were each beautifully presented and tasted fresh, delicate, and with wonderfully balanced flavors. Even dishes like foie gras while heavy and rich, were well balanced so it was never too heavy with each bite. I decided to change my dessert choice last minute to the dragonfruit sorbet and our server accommodated with no problem. It was so beautifully presented and delicious, so worth it! Our server, Martin said he had been at Le Cirque for over 30 years and truly did everything to make the night feel special for us! We had seating by the windows where we could see the Bellagio Fountain show every half hour, and Matteo presented us with some extra desserts and memorable gift boxes filled with chocolates and jellies which was a lovely touch. Finally, as we left the staff helped us take pictures in the beautiful restaurant setting. Overall, I'm so glad I chose to come here over other well known options like Guy Savoy! Truly felt the staff cared and made the experience such a special one, each dish was beautifully crafted with carefully balanced flavors, and I adored the ambiance of the restaurant as it was so fun and unique with a clear circus theme from the glass candle to the design of the dishes. Would love to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

This place is so nice and we really appreciated all of the fine details. The Curious George cocktail was one of the best drinks I've ever had-so good! The bartender, I think his name was Gene, was fantastic. He made our night! We had a couple small plates and dessert and everything was great. Their desserts are especially beautiful!

Splendid experience from start to finish. And yes, the food and the ambiance with comfortable chairs and and view through the windows onto the lighted water games were fabulous but really the kudos go to the staff! Everyone was knowledgeable, polite, humorous and hence fun to interact with. What got our admiration though was that they silently removed our wine glasses because they had observed that we had ordered a mocktail rather than cocktail while waiting for the table. And the 4-course menu: spotless, a dream. From the bread, the oysters, the lobster salad, risotto, superb escargots, loup de mer, rabbit to the wonderful desserts: paradise!

This may be one of my favorite culinary experiences. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We came here for dinner and were greeted promptly, waited at the bar for drinks but were immediately seated. We chose the 8 course tasting menu and added on the soufflé and cocktails. We chose to get the foie gras seared (versus terrine) which I much prefer the seared and this was probably my favorite dish. The presentation for the scallop ceviche and chocolate sphere dessert were also impressive. The service was perfect, food came out perfectly timed from finishing our previous courses and the service was present without being over bearing. It was surprisingly quiet for being near the front on the bellagio. I really loved everything about this experience from start to finish.

Totally worth a visit although very pricey (but it is vegas). When I speak in stars I'm talking michelin. Cost was at a 2-3 star level. The food was high 1 star/low 2 star level. The service was 2 star. Worth going! And the view is very cool. Food conception could use work for the price cost. (Wine pairing had some amazing hits but some men ones)

The atmosphere immediately made us feel like we were in for a great breakfast experience. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to the setting. Service was only average, which was disappointing considering the restaurant's reputation and the high level of competition in Las Vegas. The food also fell short of expectations. Our meals arrived surprisingly fast, which made me wonder if my Belgian waffles had been sitting under a heat lamp. They looked overcooked, tasted stale, and were so hard you could barely cut through them. The server took them back without saying much and I ordered the berry crepes instead. The crepes were definitely better, though still not the best I've had. Even with the disappointing food and service, I'm still glad we gave Mon Ami Gabi a try.

And based on the first three letters of the restaurant's name, it had to be outstanding, right? First, this WAS a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in 2008-2009, but Michelin no longer rates restaurants in Las Vegas (they should). With that being said it's a AAA 5-Diamond which I guess also means good. I don't know what Firestone or Car and Driver thinks of this place, although the latter would probably not love it since it's not a BMW. All joking aside, if you consider yourself a foodie, then the 12 Course Menu Degustation is a multi-course bucket list item that's somewhat attainable. I've read horror stories of booking other high-end eateries, but take a shot here and you may get lucky. They happened to have a ton of reservations the week before Christmas, so we were lucky. I will say if you're doing a wine pairing, you may not want to get a cocktail beforehand when you're waiting for your table in the lounge. I had a Gin and Tonic and it was huge and blew away the Ultimate G&T by Jose Andres. But the wine pairing with the meal is a LOT of wine and you'll be tipsy unless you're a descendent of Oscar Wilde. Once the experience begins, you'll be amazed at everything that's happening. Service is impeccable with multiple staff members tending to your every need. I'll say even if you think you may not like something, try it and you might surprise yourself. I never truly liked any caviar before eating it here. With that being said, beets are still beets no matter how you slice them. :) It's expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion. I think they have other dining options besides the extravaganza deluxe, but I didn't really pay attention. It was also a phones away event (my idea) for full enjoyment, although a few dishes were so beautiful I was tempted to reach into my pants... for my phone... to clarify. There is a dress code so be sure to comply. For guys, I would recommend a jacket or a tie with dress pants/shoes. For ladies, I'd recommend micro-skirts and crop tops, but I don't think they do... so a nice dress or blouse with appropriate pants/shoes would probably suffice. I was totally blown away and it was definitely the best tasting menu I've experienced... and I've been to Carrabbas's Wine Dinner!

I want to shout out our very attentive server, Patrick. He made our dinner feel so much more informed and intimate. I was unable to take a picture of the set menu and the restaurant changed the menu the next day... so the names of the dishes are from memory. The food was exquisite. Every single dish was perfectly thought out and complimented each other so well. The entire set menu emulated spring with bright, green ingredients. Foie Gras with wine reduction and parmesan cheese foam (5/5): Beautiful introduction. The foie gras was so creamy and delicious. It was almost custard-like with how soft it was. It was fatty, savoury, and a great way to introduce the rest of the set menu. Salad (4.5/5): I loved this! The flavours were so bright and the veggies were so naturally crispy. The chef did a really good job in bringing out the natural acidity of the vegetables. Really was able to indulge in these flavours after the fatty foie gras. Scallop carpaccio topped with caviar and a side of beets (5/5): I would never think to put beets with scallops? This was so good. The umami of the caviar paired with the acidity of the sauce really hit heights. The texture of the carpaccio was perfect as well, almost a melt in your mouth experience. Pea (?) soup with lobster puree (5/5): Not gonna lie, best pea soup I ever had. I didn't even know you could elevate pea soup in this way. The lobster... essence? Puree? Beautiful addition to the soup. 10/10 would have it again. And I don't enjoy peas. Crispy tartine topped with a quail egg, morel mushrooms, asparagus, and parmesan cheese (5/5): Tartine was perfectly flaky, buttery, and crispy. All of the toppings were excellent as well. When everything was eaten together, all the flavours were so GOOD. Savoury, buttery, umami goodness!! Korean fish on couscous with tomato consume (4/5): Perfectly balanced dish. The fish was well cooked. Very soft and tender. Steak tartare with frites and bread (5/5): SO WELL SEASONED. Usually with steak tartare at other places, I have issues with it being too acidic or overly seasoned. But this was perfection with the fries. NY strip with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): Very well seared, perfectly cooked and a soft tender experience. The sauce on the side worked so well with the meat. A5 Wagyu with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): A REAL melt in your mouth experience. I did not have to chew it practically melted in my mouth and was so so SO worth the additional price tag. Yuzu ice dessert with popping candy(?): I'm unsure if they used actual popping candy but whatever they did worked so good with the dessert! It was such a lovely addition to the set menu. Really brought back childhood memories! Yuzu ice cream with pandan sponge cake and (?) wafers sprinkled with assorted nuts and gelee (5/5): I thought this dish had the prettiest presentation. The dessert was also very well thought out and was super creamy and refreshing!

I first visited in May 2023, and after more than twenty visits since then, that combination is exactly why I keep coming back. The escargot arrived sizzling hot with a rich garlic butter that carried the dish well. Escargot itself is naturally mild, so the sauce determines whether the dish works, and here the balance was right. The duck breast was the highlight of the evening. The skin stayed crisp throughout the entire plate and the meat was extremely tender. In fact, halfway through eating I realized I had been cutting the duck with the regular table knife instead of the steak knife they provide, which says a lot about how well the dish was executed. This was also the best version of the duck I've had here so far. Service pacing was also handled very well. My server noticed I was still working on the escargot before asking the kitchen to fire the duck, so the timing between courses felt deliberate rather than rushed. Throughout the meal the staff also checked in regularly, and I never felt forgotten even though the restaurant was very busy. Small hospitality details also stand out here. The bread arrives warm, and the butter is properly tempered rather than cold and hard straight from the refrigerator. The dining room itself is memorable too--chic, slightly eccentric, but cohesive. Chandeliers hang overhead, one wall features black-and-white pinstripes with actual framed animal skulls mounted as art, and the bar area has a marble-style sign with silver lettering for the restaurant's name. Upholstered booths complete the room and give it a polished bistro feel. After more than twenty visits over the past few years, this review is long overdue. Restaurants that maintain this level of quality and service--even on a busy night--earn five stars.

It's finished with vanilla bean mascarpone, almond brittle, and a rich almond orgeat sauce that adds the perfect smooth, nutty sweetness. Orgeat is traditionally used in tiki and classic cocktails, but here it transforms into an incredible dessert-style sauce that ties the entire dish together. Jonathan, the GM, was a pleasure to meet, and you can tell the team is truly on top of the experience for every single table. Anthony was one of the stars of the show with his phenomenal singing, and Bianca, our server, was attentive, kind, welcoming, and efficient throughout the entire experience. This is definitely a brunch spot you do not want to miss.

The Bone marrow was delicious to say the least and my wife enjoyed the Escargot. Entrees of Halibut and Lamb shank were both a hit. Her fish was very delicate and perfectly seasoned while my shank was so expertly done it nearly fell apart the minute a fork was put to it. Amazing tastes all around so far. I asked the waiter for a lite and subtle desert. He surprises me by bringing out a Champagne Passion Fruit Meringue that was maybe the best dessert I've had in twenty years. The sides of Ratatouille Tian and Classic Potato Gratin were also very worthy of there place on the table. Our server, Wes, a thirteen year veteran at the restaurant, was a pro with the perfect touch and knowledge to elevate our experience. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great flavors.
