I ordered the shrimp and artichoke enchiladas. Green sauce (Verde) all over. Came with beans and rice with two chips poked in to scoop some beans n rice up if I wanted. The sauce has just enough spice for me, I'm really a poor sport when it comes to spice-weak is best, that being said, somehow the spice in this sauce is perfectly flavorful and not at all uncomfortable to eat and enjoy. Beans and rice are like home made. Service was excellent. Friendly, attentive and accurate. Prices are a little high, but that's the quality you're paying for. Service was excellent. Food was just ok. Ground beef tacos not cooked thoroughly, the meat was still raw and cold. The server replaced taco- actually the kitchen staff just dissembled and cooked the meat more then put the meat back into the original she'll with veggies. We just ate there for the third time tonight. The first time we went they were pretty overwhelmed with the crowd on a Friday night. Food was slow coming out,not very hot but good. The second and third times we went at a slow time. The service was excellent and the food was even better and piping hot. I love the fried shrimp. It is so crispy. The guacamole is also really good. This will become a regular place for us to eat and best of all, we can walk there. It is so nice to have a restaurant close by with a real neighborhood feel and great food. read more

Had lunch there today. Food was good and tasted fresh. Their salsa reminded me of Chevys salsa. They also had a spicer version that was pretty good. Beans and rice were flavorful. Paid 13.00 for take out menudo. When I got home found that it was the worse menudo I had ever seen. I threw it away because it was awful. I am from out of town so requested a refund via mail and they agreed to mail out the same week. This was almost a month and never received my refund. Bad business ethics. read more

Nice ambiance. Excellent customer service. Everyone was attentive, not just our waiter. The chips and salsa were very good, the salsa was super fresh and yummy. Chips hot and fres. I had the special, the poblano Del Mar. Basically it was a poblano pepper stuffed with shrimp, crab meat and seafood. My husband had the sampler appetizer platter as his meal. Everything was very tasty and very fresh! The beans and rice were delicious. Excited to go back and try a few other things on the menu. Thos place HAD good posole.been a fan since they were located off 180 on West part of town. LAST 5 times, I get 1 pig feet in it IF IM LUCKY. Otherwise I leave disappointed. One of these times I told the waitress if they dont have it I'll choose something else. She checked with the cook n there was no issue. Today, I tell waiter make sure it has pig feet( listed in menu having this) he doesn't come back saying any problem. Brings my bowl has nothing. I told him to bring some this is nothing but pork chunks. He comes back and says cooks say they dont have any. 1st issue is why didn't you relay to the cook when I said make sure it has some he could have told you they didn't have any. Why wouldn't you have any anyway if IT IS LISTED ON MENU. Not 1 not twice but 5 times!!! I try to hold my anger cause its the mere fact that you advertise a dish you obviously do not have or missing key ingredients that someone who orders this likes. So over this freaking place. I got a sorry after I told waiter why didn't you check w the cook when I was specific? Got a sorry when I DID NOT ENJOY THIS MEAL AGAIN. Yet not a we wint charge you for it after all more than half went to trash. Get your shit together and dont advertise what you dont have!!!! read more

If I could give it Zero Stars, I would. I called last Saturday night to schedule a take out order for Sunday afternoon. The gentleman I spoke to was professional but I would not say polite. Perhaps because it was busy that night. However, When I arrived on sunday to pick the order up they completely lost the order entirely. No trace. They did not prepare it nor did they have it in their system. The hostess grabbed her manager and the manager proceeded to tell me that I must've called the other location. At this time the Hostess was not present. Immediately I showed the manager that I did in fact call the right restaurant and instead of apologizing she just asked for my order and stormed away. Throughout the next 15 minutes I sat in the entry, being constantly talked about by the staff. Unaware I could hear them. Eventually the hostess came back out and said that the other location found my take out order, which was a blatant lie because her manager already realized this was not the case. Finally, I received my food from the manager and she finally apologized for LOSING the order. So I got the bill and paid full price for my items. Now I'm not a person that is resistant to paying full price in this situation, however the next part is the kicker. Because it was a take out order and it made me late to my gathering, I did not leave a tip (writing 0.00 in the tip line). When the credit charge hit my account however, the total was six dollars more expensive. They seemed to have changed the $0.00 to $6.00. Although the food was good, this is the worst experience I have ever experienced. Unethical and immoral staff. Do not recommend!!! read more
