I just want to say that there is so much unprofessionalism with this location. I love the drinks from La La, and been to other locations. First, I noticed that they had employees pretend to be customers in what appears to be major damage control. Nate Herrera is a CURRENT lead there. Ella Sweeney works there, Anna V is a current employee. And they all pretended to be customers. That's misleading to guests, and a conflict of interest, Google Reviews are to be written by guests only, however Nate said " I've been coming here for awhile now and just want to say that" like what do you mean you work there!!! Ofc you've been going a while omg they can't even do pr right! They have to mislead guests by straight up pretending to be guests!!! Google says " Contributions to Google Maps should reflect a genuine experience at a place or business. Fake engagement is not allowed and will be removed," I think pretending to be a guests counts. It also says " Content that is based on a conflict of interest. A conflict of interest may include current employment" in support.google.com Also I find it interesting how Ella tried to come across like she's sweet at first, but I think that Afro hair man is on to something, she sounds snarky in her own review " I'll always keep it real and honest! Be careful and weary of ex employees relying on Ai to leave a review to dish their old dramas. Clearly they are an EX employee for a reason! La La Land constantly pushes kindness and good energy, and it's clear they did not have that to offer." Like she sounds judgmental, preppy and stuck up and like she's never been put in her place in her life. His post doesn't sound like Ai at all, she wouldn't even know that, she just hates him and is trying anything she can to insult him. AND NO PROFESSIONAL LEAD OR EMPLOYEE WOULD DO THAT. So it's clear Elle doesn't have much positive energy to offer but snarky judgey hateful energy I can read through a screen. "CLEARLY THEY ARE AN EX EMPLOYEE FOR A REASON," like you are proving his point, what kind of toxic place is this, Ellla you need counseling. Why support a business that allows this behavior. Not professional at all, and the fact la la even praised the comment shows who they are, a company that protects bullying culture and a toxic environment. La la knows that these commentators are EMPLOYEES and they say "omg thank you for the review" those are your own employees!!! And they better be careful, I googled and found those exact legal codes and he's right, if they did that, then they committed harrasment. I love the drinks here but can't condone a place that silences people who speak up!!! I also came in several times, I've heard them playing Sticky several times, some body named Dooechai or Doechi and heard body part names I can't repeat. I couldn't believe it lol. And I heard Jack say "better catch this p*" behind the counter and started twerking. He shakes his butt often and it makes me uncomfortable as a guest. A few months ago a girl named Mia said blue waff and I'm like ewww. This is a family friendly place. If someone brought up concerns and you guys act like this, ooof that's major EVIDENT retaliation and to pretend to be guests too. Oof. If you go in, listen to the music they may. Watch how they are on their phones the WHOLE TIME, I've even seen them watch YouTube and movies and take calls while on bar!! Do you want people making your drinks that are on the phone watching a movie or show and have AirPods in and are on a FaceTime. I can't believe this is a real business. How about instead of trying to write fake reviews from current employees that you guys aren't upfront in your own reviews about and have corporate reasons to make it seem more legit acting again like they aren't the same people lmfao, how about you put the same amount of energy into having a respectful non sexual work environment. We visited La La Land Cafe on a Saturday morning and were pleasantly surprised that the wait wasn't too bad. The atmosphere was bright and inviting--perfect for a casual weekend hangout. We ordered the Cookie & Dreams matcha latte with almond milk, the Banana Cream Top matcha latte with whole milk, and the La La Dream Toast. The avocado toast was light yet flavorful--perfectly shareable between two people and not overly filling. Both drinks were great, but the Banana Cream Top matcha was the real standout. The soft top had the perfect texture--not too thick, and unlike many popular versions right now, it didn't taste artificial or overly sweet. La La Land Kind Cafe at the Americana Mall in Glendale is hands down the best matcha I've ever had. It's one of those places where you take a sip and immediately know you've found something special. So excellent! Drinks were so sweet and yummy, I love the aesthetic inside the store, and I commend these employees for keeping a good energy despite what can be overwhelming volume. I used to be a barista at Joe and the juice, and I can't even imagine dealing with this volume of people nearly everyday. It's popular for a reason!!! I will say, I wouldn't come here to study or hop on a zoom call. The energy is very very lively. I believe this is the point, but with such a busy store and loud music, it's not a place to lock in and focus. Which is totally okay! I visited earlier today to study and get some work done, and I was beyondddd impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. Despite the massive line, they made my La La latte in no time, and it was perfect. They even went the extra mile and brought out an adorable La La Pup bandana for my little poodle--he loves it! The café has ample seating both inside and outside, making it a great spot to enjoy your coffee, relax, or work. I was thrilled to discover they've opened this location at the Americana. I've always loved the Calabasas spot, but the distance was a bit of a trek. This new location is much closer to Burbank, so I'll definitely be coming here much more often! read more

I really love this place and I do try to get it once daily at least. But this is the only location that turns off their mobile ordering throughout the entire day almost. I don't understand if there is an option for that why is it always off? Some people have a lunch break and need to place the mobile order to make it on time. It's pretty upsetting. And I think they are understaffed because the line is always out the door and only one register is working all the time and the ordering process just always takes forever. I stood in line one time for 45 minutes and the line wasn't even out the door at that time. I wish they could manage their system better knowing they are a very popular shop. read more

9:35 am on a Sunday Line is so long (dont know why it supposed to be long cashier so slow), Terrible service, they only have one cashier, slow baristas always talking/chit chatting to each other, when they make a drink it will take them 5 mins. Everyone looked up, startled, it was so abrupt and unnecessary that people were genuinely uncomfortable. It completely disrupted the calm vibe of the café.
