Lines can get a little long on the weekend, but it's super easy to order ahead through the app if preferred. It's a great vibe with kind workers. I am usually the most positive food reviewer and hate giving out anything under four. But this place ruined my weekend like no other. I placed my order on the app no more than 30 minutes in advance and chose my pick up window. Of course, it is nearly impossible to park but I'm already late to my drink pick up so I figure a quick in and out. I notice a street where door dashers and other pick up customers park. Is that partially on me? K sure. But i had to wait, no kidding, an additional 20-30 minutes for my drink to be made. I walk outside, me and everyone else got tickets. I tried sending a complaint on the website (hardly a place to file a complaint) and never got a response back. What is the point of order to pick yp, if it's not even going to be ready.I would've just parked at a garage then. This is the only restaurant AND cafe that had EVER given me this issue. I wish I never bought the matcha in the first place. On top of that, this is the only matcha spot where I get sleepy after drinking it?? Is it 1.5 grams of matcha.. I seriously detest this place and it's the only restaurant I will think of and get triggered. What's even more annoying is the wholesome vibe after all this went down. Ugh. Ordering on the app was great, because by the time I parked and walked into Lululemon, my order was usually ready. Over a few days, I sampled a few options. Strawberry Fields. Loved this one. Strawberry, beetroot, and organic matcha. I did 2% milk with less ice. So pretty. Stir it for a sweet, refreshing drink. Lavender Bloom. So pretty and so purple. Matcha with lavender, vanilla, and oat milk. Delicious. Chai Squared Latte. Double up on the chai. Loved the chai cloud on top of the signature iced masala chai latte. Would definitely add the chai cloud. Lulu Latte. A rich iced masala chai with cinnamon and a chai cloud. Nice to be able to try several of their chai and matcha lattes. Sign up for their rewards programs for extra bonuses. Loved the mission of the La La Land Foundation (from their website). Located in the Highland Village Lululemon, this La La Land location has now become one of my favorite spots for drinks. The store is so cute, and the workers are nice. The drinks and snacks are delicious, so you won't be disappointed with whichever option you pick. I've been to this location so many times. My favorite drinks include the Banana Cloud Latte and the World's Best Vanilla Latte. Their Chai Cloud Latte and the Mango Passionfruit Cooler are also super tasty. I was excited to check out the new La La Land cafe x Lululemon collab store in Highland Village. Parking can be hard as expected in the area if you go during peak hours. The line was to the door but it moved at decent pace and the staff were great. Sitting is limited and tight knit compared to solo locations but it had the classic La La Land bright & yellow welcoming aesthetic. I got one of their exclusive drinks, the coconut cloud matcha latte and almond croissant for the kids. They devoured the croissant and I thought the one bite saved for me was perfectly flaky and delicious almond paste. My latte tasted very fresh and the coconut flavor was well balanced with the matcha. I also picked up a mug, cute brand pins and a giftcard as Christmas gifts. I've had the account and the app for 2 years now, but just realized I never added my birthday to my profile, but I figured it shouldn't be a problem if I went in person on my birthday to redeem a free drink. But I guess I was wrong. They said you have to put your birthday in at least 2 weeks in advanced, even though I've had the app for years? The only thing they could've done was give me a 30% off. This is just bad customer service in my opinion. A good business would've understood and give their customers a 1-time pass for things like this. read more

I tried the Keith Lee matcha for the first time on the final day of the 50% offer from the new lulu lemon x lala land store in River oaks. It took about 30 minutes for the drinks to come out since it was soo busy since it was the last day. They also forgot one of our drinks but later made it for us when we asked. I was a huge hater of lala land after trying their strawberry matcha but I will admit that this time it was way way better. I love the little salt at the top, it definitely elevates the drink a bit. What a nice looking space for a café! There's plenty of parking at least the time that I went. Surprised there was a bit of a line near closing. I was pretty disappointed that they ran out of Matcha right before I was about to order. I got what they recommended in terms of a nice looking drink, but once I got it, I should've got the einspanner instead but it was still good though! Still on the sweeter side of things and could definitely do less than one pump and swirl of syrup. not my first time at la la land kind cafe but my first time at this highland village location. the ambiance was very lululemon. modern and functional. the service was quick and friendly like at the other location. i tried a banana chai which is not at the other locations. it was flavorful and sweet which was nice. the blueberry muffin tasted like it does at the other locations which is thick and warm which is what i appreciate. overall it was a great experience and nice to try something different. read more

lalaland's newest location in houston is inside lululemon, which is honestly such a fun concept! there was a line outside since the indoor space is pretty limited, but it moved faster than expected. parking was a bit hard to find even with a big lot nearby because the area was super busy. scanning the qr code in the app gets you 50% off through jan 16, 2026. the baristas were the SWEETEST ever despite how hectic it was the banana cloud latte was wonderfully balanced; the espresso was strong, and the banana complemented it perfectly without overpowering the coffee. we LOVED it the coconut cloud matcha latte (a lululemon exclusive) was very refreshing and light. the matcha quality wasn't the best imo and the coconut water kind of dominated, but it was still decent overall. the interior and branding are super aesthetic and instagrammable, and i weirdly loved the quality of their napkins lol. the drinks aren't overly sweet, which is perfect for me, and with the 50% off, it was sooo worth :) read more
