Absolutely love this place! My parents go here every time they go out for a date night! The service is amazing and everyone is so nice and it's run by a very sweet family! I love the tagliatelle bolognese! My dad and brother love the seafood salad special! Definitely recommend! The desserts are TO DIE FOR, so save room for dessert!

2 Branzino a Veal Milanese and a Pork Chop along with Sea Food and Crab Appy as well as a potpourri of desserts. That's short for 4 stars.

What a cute restaurant with amazing food! Came here with a few friends and our baby for dinner. We were promptly seated for our reservation and service was tip notch and food came out quickly. We split apps to start- the salads, calamari, and meatballs were all perfectly cooked and enough to share. The pastas were all super fresh- I had the Rigatoni Amatriciana (with plenty of fresh grated cheese on top) and it was delicious. Added bonus that it is BYOB.

Was once one of the better BYO in the area. Service is excellent, good menu, but the overall quality and preparation has gone down.

The décor is over-the-top festive and stays up through the end of January, which makes it a fun post-holiday outing. They're even already taking reservations for December 2026, which says a lot about how popular this place is during the holidays. We had a reservation and were seated right away, which wasn't surprising since it was pretty quiet after the holidays (I've heard December is a totally different story). The restaurant has a main dining area along with smaller dining rooms, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed--great for conversation. This would also be a really fun spot for a Christmas party. Service was friendly, though it could have been a bit more attentive. Our food took a little longer than expected to come out, especially considering how uncrowded it was that night. Food-wise, I had the espresso-crusted hanger steak, which was decent. I'm gluten-free and appreciated that there were some options available, though dessert for me was limited to ice cream or sorbet. They also had a festive cocktail menu, but I opted for wine instead. Portions felt a bit small for the price, and since Bottagra does lean on the pricey side, I was hoping for a little more value. Parking note: they offer valet on weekends, which is good to know. Overall, Bottagra is more about the ambiance and holiday experience than the food for me. While it's not somewhere I'd go frequently due to the price point, I'd happily make it a once-a-year tradition to enjoy the decorations. If you love festive vibes and Italian spots with personality, it's worth checking out--especially during the holidays.

No matter, everyone was so nice, and we got seated quickly. Note. You need to call - on the phone - to make a reservation here. The wines arrive by your table on a rack, pretty charming. Service is very rushed, so even though they tell you that you can taste a wine before you order it, they will forget that. The nebbiolo was great at $20 a glass. We started with the burrata and tomatoes with delicious bread and olive oil. I had the duck ragu and my daughter had the pesto special of the day. Everything was delicious. Great atmosphere, awesome service, and loud 1980s music. Loved it!

This place is quite small, but they do have a large patio outside...which would probably be great when it's not 100 degrees out! I loved the wine menu - they give you all the bottles with the prices and small descriptions. Then, my husband and I shared the burrata...and split three pastas because they were that good! We tried the MACCHERONI SULL'ANATRA (duck ragu), PICI FRESCHI CACIO E PEPE, and a sausage ravioli with cream sauce. All of them were expectional - sauces were decadent, you could tell the pasta was freshly made, and I just wanted to be able to lick the plates clean. We finished with some limoncello and tiramisu, which was the perfect way to end this fantastic meal. Service was exceptional and quick.

Vibes: - Restaurant was dimly lit with little space between each table - Space felt cozy and warm Service: - Waiter was extremely kind and funny - Course timing was somewhat long but was easily forgiven based on how hot the dishes were Food: - Polpettone Della Nonna (lamb meatballs) had a citrus flavor to it, which was a nice surprise! The red sauce and shredded parmesan cheese went well with the main and the side. The chicken parmesan is served with mixed vegetables. Substituting the veggies is not allowed, so I ordered a side of pasta for an upcharge. Although I enjoyed this meal, the minor drawback is the substitution policy. In my personal opinion, I feel that pasta is the ideal side dish for any CP entree. Vegetables should not the side dish unless I'm ordering chicken marsala or chicken francese. Otherwise, I was still satisfied with the food, service and overall ambiance of the restaurant.

The dining room strikes that rare balance between refined and comfortable. It feels like a place where people actually enjoy lingering. The wait staff were attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being performative, and genuinely friendly. Service felt easy and unforced -- the kind that elevates a meal without calling attention to itself. We ordered from the lunch menu and were impressed across the board. The pear and endive salad was beautifully balanced -- crisp, slightly bitter, subtly sweet, and thoughtfully dressed. The steamed mussels were fresh and fragrant, served in a broth we happily sopped up to the last spoonful. The fettuccine was perfectly cooked and deeply satisfying. The braised rabbit was tender and nuanced, and the veal and ricotta meatballs were light yet rich, clearly made with care. Even the house wine deserves mention -- excellent, well-paired, and generous enough to make a midday meal feel celebratory without excess. Overall, it felt like grown-up Italian dining done right: elegant but unpretentious, thoughtful but never fussy. We'll absolutely be back -- perhaps next time for a long dinner when we can stay even later.
