Penne Pesto Mush for $15.68 + tax. Overcooked pasta and shredded chicken pieces. Awful. It's way better at the Hulen location.

I came here to pick up some complimentary treats and the wait time for the bakery section was minimal. I got the la Madeline cookie and pumpkin streusel muffin. They were both delicious, I recommend warming up the pumpkin streusel muffin. The la Madeline cookie tastes good warm or cold from refrigerated. I've tried soups, pasta and bakery treats over the years and have enjoyed all of them. La Madeleine has the same calm atmosphere that I remember. I recommend their potato and mushroom soups, as well as their brownies, Nutella chocolate croissant muffin and pesto pasta.

Good lunch, fresh and not at all what people make it out to be on here. Friendly service and clean.

I came here with a group of ladies for a #momsnightout and even checked Yelp before ordering. So I was between the Nutella crepe and the chicken salad croissant. I went with the half croissant and tomato soup, delicious choice!! The pace of service reminds me of Panera Bread or Jason's Deli where you order your cafe-style food and then take your assigned table marker, or in this case a wooden spoon, to your table. The staff will bring your food to your table. The drink selection did include fresh unsweetened tea and mango tea (unsweetened), select coffee choices, and a soda fountain. The mango tea was quite good! I normally prefer sugar but I love a strong fruit tea so it worked for me. After eating my chicken salad croissant I ended my dinner with a fruit cheesecake, so good! The berries on top were fresh and the the actual cheesecake was the perfect size to savor and not be stuffed. The staff were all pleasant and even turned down the ac for us when we requested it, the party room got pretty stuffy! The tables were clean and drink station sanitary. Good experience!

We went around 10am on a Saturday and it wasn't very crowded, which was nice! The staff were helpful, and the food and drinks were great! I got the Cafe Mocha, and the Country French Breakfast with scrambled egg whites and sausage. The sausage were little patties, which was a little disappointing. I was expecting actual sausages instead of processed meat patties.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Baked Pasta! Kind of Salty..

Food was great, pasta was a little salty though, which I didn't like. Service was well, the employees looked very happy to do their job, they were also very kind! The ambience of the place was calm and not loud, overall it was a very nice place to go to eat.

I had a good experience here. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews... i dined in with my fiancé, this was my first time here. My food came out hot and fresh! The service staff was friendly, the tomato basil soup was amazing! The best I've had and it was piping hot!! My sandwich was good as well!! Overall good experience. I will be retuning.

We had a coupon for 3 bucks off 8.00 so we thought we would try brunch here. I've only been here one other time & it was about 12 yrs ago & I didn't remember until today why I never went back. 1st it's cafeteria style. You go through a line order they give you a giant wooden spoon with a letter on it to take to your table to wait for your food. Everything else is self serve, drinks, silverware, napkins, etc. ok... the line took forever to get through if they are going for a cafeteria style it should be faster. For breakfast they should have some juice options, none. Ximena ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich it looked pitiful. She said the egg had no flavor ( salt or anything) had to take her word for it. Javier ordered an omelette with chicken, ham, & bacon. It was very thin & he said it didn't fill him up. I ordered the cinnamon French toast w/fruit. It was good but could only eat 1 luckily Javier was still hungry. I also ordered a potato galltte It was very garlicky!! They were out of forks we ate with spoons. No napkins had to wait a long time for some. A lot of dirty tables & no place for people to sit. The reason I won't be going back is they don't give you a lot of bang for your buck & not enough none egg breakfast options.

Lots of tables and cute pictures. The place is loud but that's because everyone is talking at their table. Our server Trayvon was super nice and very helpful. While it was a lovely experience in a stunning environment, it fell a bit short of the high bar you'd expect for a $95/pp tea service. The Good: First and foremost, the environment is absolutely beautiful. The Bowie House, Bricks & Horses restaurant, and the Mulberry Room itself are gorgeously decorated with a sophisticated Texas Western theme. The atmosphere in the Mulberry library is intimate and visually striking. Additionally, the service was excellent from start to finish, being both attentive and professional. The food portions are quite generous, with both the savories and sweets served together on a single tower. The sweets were the highlight of the food, as they were very delicious and surprisingly large. We also really enjoyed the tea selections themselves, particularly the Earl Grey and the plum rooibos. The Letdowns: Unfortunately, a few details missed the mark, especially considering the premium price point: - The "Champagne": The experience is advertised as including a glass of Champagne, but we were actually served Prosecco. At nearly $100 a person, substituting Prosecco for real Champagne or Cremant is a major disappointment. - The Tea Service: Instead of receiving a teapot to enjoy throughout the afternoon, the tea is steeped directly in the cup. This limits you to a single cup per tea variety, though to be fair, I didn't ask if refills were an option. - Food Refinement: While the portions were large and the savories were tasty, they lacked the elegance of a traditional tea. Every savory option was open-faced and heavily blanketed in microgreens and edible flowers, which felt a bit unrefined. - Comfort & Conversation: The Mulberry library features low couches, deep chairs, and coffee tables. While this setup would be absolutely perfect for relaxing with a glass of whiskey, it makes leaning over to eat finger foods highly uncomfortable. Furthermore, the seating layout isn't ideal for holding a natural conversation with the people in your party. Overall: It is a nice experience in a breathtaking Fort Worth hotel, but I'm not sure I would return. If the price point were lower, the execution would make more sense. However, given the other highly refined afternoon tea options available across DFW for less money, this one doesn't quite live up to its price tag.

I asked for a splash of cranberry juice. That's it. The easy solution would have been to hold back a little OJ and add a splash of cranberry. Instead, I was told I would need to purchase a separate cranberry drink or pay full price for the mimosa. For a splash of juice? Wow. That's unfortunate, because so much of the experience was actually great. Our server, Ashlyn, was really good, super friendly, attentive, and consistently checked on us. The decor was beautiful, and the food delivered. The birria tacos were delicious. The tortilla was lightly sautéed, the portion of meat was generous, and the consommé was nicely seasoned. The chicken nachos were also really good, with just the right amount of guacamole, sour cream, and pico. I would absolutely have returned with friends based on the food, atmosphere, and service. But customer service is also about the little things. I've made this same simple request at every order of mimosa at any restaurants and have never experienced that level of resistance. I understand having standards and policies, but there should also be room for common sense and customer consideration. When the request is this small and the accommodation is this easy, saying "yes" goes a long way. 360 had a real opportunity to turn a good experience into a great one. Instead, the mimosa policy left a sour taste that the food couldn't quite overcome.

We'd like to enjoy our drinks before dinner arrives. We split the tomato basil soup (good - a little thick) and the French dip, which was incredibly tender -- basically fall-apart tender. Very tasty and VERY cheesy. My only suggestions would be a sturdier roll (it couldn't quite hold up to all that tender beef) and a little more bite to the horseradish dipping sauce. The happy hour is definitely worth mentioning. Great selection and really good prices if you get there before 6pm. Not a coffee drinker, but my hubby really enjoyed the coffee that is sourced from Cusco, Peru. Adriana made sure that the cups were always full and hot. Thank you for the VIP service at Fixe Southern House. Resident discount applied. Born from Opelousas, Louisiana, breakfast served with a huge helping of southern hospitality. We started with the biscuits and cinnamon roll. I would recommend both. The biscuits came with a jam, honey and whipped butter. The cinnamon roll, which may look a bit underwhelming had a such a great crispy texture on the outside while still being fluffy on the inside. The icing wasn't too sweet and complimented the roll nicely. For the table, we had the pollo frito biscuit w/duck fat potatoes, Brisket Benedict w/okra and the Fixe Breakfast entree w/maple sausage and potatoes. The pollo Frito was delicious, the chicken was seasoned well and maintained crunch even within the biscuit. Duck fat potatoes were also good but were even better after adding some salt. The brisket benny was okay, the texture of the brisket was very odd and didn't really hold up to the egg. Although the okra had a great flavor the batter was a bit too thick which made it chewy. The Fixe breakfast was great and the maple sausage was perfect. Our waitress was Adriana, she was great and very helpful. Overall we would definitely come back and look forward to trying dinner one night.

Overall the room was very nice.. I was surprised by the complete cement room but shockingly it was perfect, the bed is comfortable however the pillows are very big. My neck does not do well with thick pillows and these were very thick. The bar was mediocre and the bar tender struggled to keep up with customers and wasn't very friendly. Overall it was a good hotel and a fun experience.

However the bathroom sinks may just be an elaborate prank pulled on every guest of this hotel. There are many photos already on here, but the pictures don't do it justice. The sink is approximately 7" x 12", and has a mirror jutting out over a portion of it, leaving you with roughly 4-5" of functional sink space. This will be the smallest sink you've ever used in your life (and I've spent lots of time in NYC and Chicago, where I've used some very small sinks). Need to wash your hands? You're getting water on your feet. Shave? Better wear a bathing suit. Wash your face? A wetsuit is recommended. Accidentally turn the water on too high when doing any of the above? Bet you didn't know you were about to take a full shower! I'm not sure the building codes in Dallas, but apparently you can get away with installing dollhouse fixtures here. Choose another property just simply so you don't have to deal with the hassle.
