Chili Relleno was fantastic,along with the queso. It is was all great including the Margaritas.

Pros: i'm so glad I looked at yelp before coming here for a big birthday party. Everyone is recommending the chicken and rice with queso. That's what I got. And it was good. Plenty of parking. Able to accommodate a group of 30+ people in a side room. Cons: everyone at the birthday thought the dinner was going to be buffet style, but it wasn't. Service was very unorganized? They did not do a good job accommodating my friend's dietary restrictions. She wanted corn tortillas and they only had flour available for the longest time. And she ordered her beans without cheese, but they still brought it with cheese. My husband got the steak fajitas and he didn't like them. These people I was with were so weird. They ordered a massive tres leches cake. But then before serving it, they had it frozen!?! they said it was the best way to eat it so then it wouldn't be soggy? read more

Please note that I went here for a civic group meeting in the big room so I probably didn't get the full feel of this place. Staff was fabulous though. Totally five stars. They checked in with everyone immediately as to what they wanted to drink. There was a buffet area and I loved the quesadillas! I really liked the beans. I got some jalapenos in my serving. La Margarita has opened up their new remodeled restaurant. They have a new entrance and a much more spacious dining room. We went there for lunch today. The service was great. They got us seated and our drinks ordered right away. Our waitress took our order and got them back to us quickly. I ordered the chicken and rice. Their portions are large and delicious. They didn't have a lot of customers but they were beginning to come in after we were finished. La Margarita has been a staple in Sapulpa for a number of years and they have not slacked off yet. It's always quick and predictable. Their menu is much more compact now. 1/2 fajita is delicious and plenty for one, enough for two if you don't stuff yourself! The mango margarita tastes delicious. It is kind of dark and quiet in the restaurant - no music, so you can hear kitchen activity. read more

This place has everything I have been looking for in a Mexican restaurant from great chips 'n salsa to flavor packed entrees. Service was fantastic, as she was friendly and attentive. The salsa verde beef enchiladas had the perfect amount of heat without sacrificing flavor, rice was on point, beans had different spices with a hint of smoke, and the cheese enchiladas had a great combination of red chile sauce with yellow cheese inside. I forgot to grab a pic but we went as a family last week. Everything was wonderful. The rice was legit, unlike a lot of places now that seem to use steam packs. The relleno was cooked perfectly, salsa had flavor without having to ask for the spicier version , and the white queso had body and wasn't thin and milky. I had a beef enchilada with verde sauce and it was delectable. Service was pleasant and quick. read more

$45 for three entrees that were $10-$11 and the tiniest guacamole I've ever seen :( I've never felt so ripped off honestly. Apparently their fajitas don't come with anything besides tortillas, rice, and beans. Really wish I could've got a receipt because my bill really seemed high. The lady that gathered my Togo order and cashed me out was very sweet. The service was horrible. It took over 45 minutes to get the food. Another20 to get the ticket when we were ready to leave. Everything was cold by the time it got to the table. The salsa was nasty tasting like they made it with an old sock. The waitress kept disappearing. Even when they did bring out food it was the wrong order so she had to go back. Then there was 10 minutes between everyone getting their meals. You'll have better service and food at Taco Bell. read more

As soon as you walk in the door your are greeted and seated. Amazing wait staff. Great food selection. Attentive staff never letting you go without anything. I get the beef chimichanga and it's perfectly crisp on the outside with well seasoned ground beef on the inside. I get white queso and rice and beans on the side. I have never been disappointed. My friends and family have a little bit of everything but I go by "if it's not broke don't fix it".The sweet tea IS NOT a dirty water color. Great flavor. Dark, like tea is supposed to be. Ah, La Margarita. We drive from Tulsa to Sapulpa on purpose to eat here. Or maybe it's for the margaritas. There's nothing quite like one of their rocks margaritas in a frosty glass on a hot afternoon, especially when the gentleman who owns the place makes it. His secret is a splash of orange juice - divine. Food flavors are vibrant. Salsa, chips and guacamole are very fresh. Try the white queso and have them add a little beef. I really like their enchiladas, chile relleno, and tamales, but have enjoyed everything I've tried. Portions are large - you won't leave hungry. The food is simple, flavorful, and fresh. I like these places that are family operated where you are greeted by one of the owners and always get attentive service. Give it a try! read more

Our server was really friendly, but it wasn't very busy when we can in and it still took almost an hour to get our food. The whole place smelled like cleaner when we walked in. I had the flautas which when they came out were burnt and then later in the night I got so sick. I don't think it would be worth it to give it another go judge by how sick I got afterwards. Not worth the price I paid for the burnt food or the night spent in the bathroom. Also judging by the other employees there it doesn't look like they like being there. La Margarita in Sapulpa is our "go to" place for good Mexican food. My husband always orders a #5 , which contains enchiladas, rice and beans as you would expect, a tamale, a taco, and a tostado. It takes a platter and a plate to hold all of that food. I always order beef fajitas, which comes with beans, rice, flour tortillas, and a setup plate of sour cream, shredded cheese, and guacamole. We always share, and because there is so much food, we always have leftovers to take home. The enchiladas and tamale are always very good, and they cook beef fajitas just the way I like. The rice and beans are always tasty, and so is the guacamole and salsa. Having a Hispanic sister-in-law, we know what good Tex Mex is supposed to taste like, and La Margarita fits the description, and at a reasonable price. read more

Like the name suggests "Margaritas" the owner makes the best margaritas by hand. They dont use any sort of "machine" to make the margarita for them. The food is especially flavorful, nothing fancy , but extremelly tasty. I have been back multiple times and have tried everytyhing from fajitas to their enchiladas. i have yet to have a plate that i did not enjoy and recommend them to all of my freinds and family. This place is worth the 15 min drive from tulsa. If i had to recommend one plate it would be their Carne asada tacos, or combo plate. There salsa was the best! flavorful but not to spicy , just the right mixture or flavor and spice. I have yet to find a tulsa establishment that offers the same taste as "La Margarita" read more
