I think my goal is to try every Mexican spot in Sapulpa. Senor Pablo was stop #3. Lunches are cheap and I got a chile relleno and a soft taco. The relleno was of the eggy battered variety. (Not my fave.) And, this one had a freezer taste. My soft taco was great--rolled and kind of grilled. The guac was delicious, too! I wasn't a fan of the salsa. I had them leave the HOT one and it literally had no flavor. I will give them another shot because that taco was good and the service was friendly. The logo is super cute! read more

Queso was delicious. Pablo's enchiladas were tasty. But it ends there. Kids quesadilla and the chicken for the chicken and rice were supposed to be grilled but they were white as canned chunk chicken. Kids fries were soggy cold and flavorless. Beans were cold. I recently discovered this establishment while on work trips to Tulsa. My new work team has been coming here for a while and has established a very friendly relationship with the owner, Pablo, and his family. Although, really, it is Pablo and his family who make all their customers feel welcome and extremely well taken care of. As far as the food - it is absolutely delicious and authentic. The family is from the state of Jalisco, which is to Mexico as Texas is to the USA. I am proud that my dad and his family are from the same region. Pablo offers a dizzying selection of salsas - I have real salsa envy coming here and I definitely need to up my game at home. I have only had the same dish here twice (see pics) - and it is so good I will get it every time. My colleagues' meals, though, all look amazing and they all push my team to be a part of the Clean Plate Club every time. It can get very busy here, which is no surprise considering the quality of the food and the customer service. If you are ever in Saplulpa and are craving authentic delicious Mexican cuisine, this is the place. read more

Ive been coming here for 2 years, ever since i moved to sapulpa... The service here has always been less than par , but i absolutely loved their food , so this last month i started ordering for puck up .... Bad idea ... The first time i ordered my tacos were literally wadded up like a ball of trash ... Everything else was in containers ... Second time i asked for a container for my tacos , simple request , that time i got the same thing , a wadded up ball of taco guts shoved into a foil wrapper , only they made sure to cover the outside in queso .... What a huge disappointment... I waited a week and tried to order again , i know things happen , this time i got the same thing , just a lil worse condition..... They clearly dont care about their buisiness .. i personally will never be back .... Ill drive to jenks for my mexican food from now on . Menu states Steak used is Skirt Steak! Absolute Lies! What I got was dense shoe leather. If you have ever eaten skirt steak it has a specific look, texture, and taste. The Beef was extremely bad. Wife had a Rock N Roll Strawberry Margarita made with Kerosene or some of the worst rot gut Tequila ever. I don't know how this place is 4 stars when nothing but the cheese dip tasted good. House salsa taste like a sweet pizza sauce, the roasted salsa lacks any taste, however the green hot salsa does pack some heat but again I tasted a sweetness in it. I'm guessing sugar is added. We were in Sapulpa for a ball game and decided to try something new. I am pleased we did. Service was attentive, sweet and receptive. Sainy was our wonderful server. Their salsa was tasty and they offer an amazing jalapeño salsa with unlimited tortilla chips. The servings were fresh, large, hot and delicious. Even the kid meals were large portions. I've never had tortillas stay hot so long or taste so fresh. I didn't open until the end of my meal and they were still steaming! The prices were very reasonable and the decor was impressive. I ordered a large beer and it was under $6.50. Kid's meals were $4.99 and adult entrees were under $11.00. Everything was very clean also. Recommend and it will be a new regular stop on my dining list. read more

The service was terrible. We were a table of two, got there at 4:30pm and it was not busy. Four other tables total and three people eating at the bar. Four servers working. When we sat down a girl brought us chips and salsa, twenty minutes later no one had come up to ask for drinks or if we were ready to order, no server checked on us as they walked by. A table across from us was served drinks multiple times and their food, while another couple who came in after us had been served drinks and food ordered. After being in the restaurant a total of 30 minutes with no service, left a note on the table and walked out. read more

This place is a little gem. The food was fantastic! My sister-in-law and I went to Señor Pablo's just a few minutes before they stopped serving lunch. I ordered the lunch portion Alambre...grilled chicken with queso on top served with rice and beans. After eating chips and salsa I couldn't finish my food! It was a nice size portion for being on the lunch menu. I have to say I wasn't crazy about their salsa verde but the other two were great! I definitely recommend Señor Pablo's! Been eating here a lot since rediscovering it. Chips are always hot and fresh, all 3 salsas they bring out are homemade and very good. Their flour tortillas are homemade. Flan is amazing. Tres Leches is amazing. Their rice is flavorful and the retried beans are very good. Street tacos are great, the carnitas plate is fabulous, the carne asada plate is very good, Mexican lasagne was good, Chile rellano is great, all the enchiladas we have had are good. There are more dishes I'm not thinking of at the moment...basically we haven't had anything here that wasn't good, great or fabulous. Prices are fair and portion sizes are good. read more

It was Valentines Day and they asked if we would sit at the bar and that was fine. This may have been the mistake because the server took over twenty mins to get drinks refilled when she looked at my glass on two different occasions. After I saw that every table seated and ordered after us had their food . It had been 45 mins since we ordered. I asked the waitress if our order had been turned in and she put her hand on my hip and told me she was sure it was she did her job. I explained in a very direct way and rudely that I was paying attention and that I knew something was wrong and she told me it would be a few more mins without checking or walking away. As she was making a drink she leaned over and told another employee to go check on the order . The girl came back around with big eyes and said they found it ! The waitress never heard her but I did and said nothing . Ten mins later we get the fajitas piping hot and my cold rice and carne tacos were cold from sitting there for all that time. Second visit with bad service shame on you. read more
