When it came to selling the product and knowing information about the mattresses, they were great but when it comes down to SERVICING awful!!!! This is a huge reason why a corporate mattress store would have been better to go to versus private owned. We purchased 2 mattresses and one of the tempurpedic that was delivered arrived open with no plastic seal around it and has a yellow stain on it. It might have been used and returned or it might be stain from storage, either way, I want it replaced. It's been months and they have yet to get back to us. Either the seller Omar is on his day off or the "owner" is never around. Very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend my friends or family. read more

Javier was really helpful. The store is clean and nice. Parking is free downstairs in the parking garage. Lots of mattresses to choose from. Update!! I had a five star review and I'm changing it to one star. We ordered our bed with a bed frame and headboard and linen and two pillows for writing a review on yelp. But the headboard needed to be ordered from somewhere else so they said they will deliver it on a later date together with the bed. We scheduled for a later date and the day came and they only delivered the bed and bed frame. It didn't come with the bed linen or the headboard. We called Javier and he said that it would be here four days later. That day is today and we do not have our headboard or bed linen or pillows and they rescheduled it for Saturday. Mattress Connection said they were going to deliver today and they canceled their delivery because they didn't have their stuff STILL. When we called the store to complain and ask why they didn't deliver when they said they would, Jeff "the manager" said that we didn't need a headboard. What kind of customer service is that? Okay so about a year ago we bought a bed from this place and it ended up clumping up really bad in the center and was extremely uncomfortable and when we tried to get it taken care of the manager we talked to was rude and wanted us to pay more money and then told us to contact the manufacturer so basically we have dealt with a crappy bed for a year now. Well a newer manager named Peter contacted me just the other day and saw my complaint and wanted to make things right. Today they brought me a new mattress and let me say if that isn't great customer service I don't know what is. I went all up and down central, in every mattress store on the block and I ended up coming back to Mattress connection. It's hard to compare prices between stores, because everyone calls the same mattress by different names and the big companies always have their cheap store brands that are hard to compare to the reputable brands. Here's the thing, a lot of mattresses feel great in the store, but until you've slept on something, you don't know how your body is going to take to it. Jeff explained to pros and cons of each model and gave me his own recommendation for my body type and how I sleep. He was right too. The mattress he suggested is amazing. I was in a car accident two years ago and have had a lot of neck pain since then. Two nights of sleep on the mattress and 60% of the tightness that's been lingering for two years was gone. The mattress was a little more than I planned to spend, but it's a very good mattress and Jeff gave me a great deal and had it delivered the next day. And it was well worth the money. I'm really happy I listened to him and didn't go with one of the cheapo store brands from one of the chain stores. read more

This 5 stars goes to the store manager Jeff. He was fantastic and was the person who won our business, hands down. I spent a week like a maniac doing so much research on beds and going to various stores. He is the only one who seemed like a down to earth person who was not pushy yet was incredibly helpful. I met so many...well lets say "personalities" along the way, not saying they weren't trying to be helpful as well but definitely you felt like you were getting the hard sell and sometimes it was downright sleazy, but not here. This store is family owned and they all knew each other as kids, you get that vibe right off the bat. They have a decent selection, and clean showroom. He took his time, let us do our thing and was very accommodating when we had some issues because we made the wrong choice of bed the first time around. He was incredibly patient and not irritable in the slightest, he just wanted to make sure we got the right bed. I cannot recommend this store and him enough (his co worker Nick also seems like a good guy.) I would recommend this store to anyone if they're shopping for a new bed. I can see why they are one of the few mattress stores to have so many 5 stars. Also something to note are is that their pricing is very competitive. Yes they have a price beating scheme if you find the same bed elsewhere but when you do the internet comparison pricing they are almost always on par anyway so I didn't have to worry about the pricing aspect and deep haggling. read more

Just a heads up to those shopping here. They may not tell you this when you purchase the bed, but you have to wait 30 days before exchanging - no sooner. They may also not mention that the display models are much softer than what you'll take home. We ended up having to get a mattress topper to soften up the bed while we waited for our 30 day grace period to end. Lots of hassle for an issue that may not have been an issue at all had we known about all this upfront. read more

Other stores did not have the same comfort level in my $600 range.
