After spending hours stranded on the side of the highway, waiting for tows, and finally getting it looked at by a mechanic, I was told the engine had ZERO oil in it. None. This was immediately after an oil change done at this location. The stress, delay, and ultimately the loss of my vehicle from this level of negligence is unacceptable. An oil change is the most basic service a shop offers, and failing at that put me in a dangerous situation far from home.
