I came that morning specifically to your shop. You were closed, I went back later stood there for a while when I saw no one I yelled out anyone here, YES SHOW THE VIDEO, with sound please it's only going to show that you were more interested in dragging a mop around rather then helping and getting a new customer, but you won't because its shows exactly who you are and why you have no business. I have been looking for a trustworthy shop for some time. Armen is an honest and standup guy. Everything you would want in a mechanic. Not like other shops who try to sell a repair or tell you you need something done when you don't. He has been able to diagnose and fix every problem with my Mercedes' and BMW's. Best of all, he has all the dealer computers in order to get the job done, so no having to go to the dealer for coding, or special diagnosis. I recently had a headlight that was getting hazy on my Mercedes. The dealer and junkyards said I would need to buy a replacement headlight used or new. Armen was able to make it like new. I was driving home from work in my mercedes and noticed my turn signal switch was not working correctly ( water would not shoot out and turning left would sometimes not work ). I stopped by another shop who does mercedes on Oxnard street and they told me the turn signal was going to be $200 for labor, not including the part which was $198 from the dealer. I almost gave in until a friend referred me to Armen and his mechanic's shop European Auto Center. I did not have to wait upon arrival at his shop for service. He was able to diagnose in his computer that there was something wrong with my turn signal switch, and told me that I would need a new one. I thought that I was going to have to leave the car overnight or wait hours. He was able to get me the part way cheaper and I was out of his shop in under an hour! I ended up paying less than half out the door than what I was quoted at the other place. I use Yelp for everything and want to forward my good experience here to other Yelpers! read more
