Walk in the atmosphere is super cool, very subtle but has ties to seafood restaurants that we had visited in the Boston area, which was kind of nice. The service staff was very friendly, and the food was quick to come out We had oysters on the half show, which were absolutely delicious. They have three different kinds, and the server was knowledgeable enough to explain to us what the different kinds were, size, graininess, and other intangibles that would help us make our decision, and I'm glad he did because we got the Gulf oysters and they were awesome My wife had a Lobster and shrimp roll, which was one of the most delicious things I think I've ever tasted in a seafood restaurant, I went standard with fish and chips, and they were quite amazing, battered properly, lightly fried, golden brown, hot and juicy on the inside, with very little grease residue, five out of five would definitely eat those Again. If you are in the area and you are looking for a affordable and delicious seafood option, do not hesitate. Hop into Fish City Grill and you will not be disappointed

Smashin Crab has hosted so many of our family celebrations at this point that it's basically part…read moreof the guest list. Birthdays, random cravings, "we survived the week" dinners & you name it, we've probably celebrated it here. The vibe is casual, fun, and laid-back, which is exactly what you want when you're about to put on a bib and commit to a seafood boil. And yes, that is exactly what you should do here because the boils never miss. The seafood is always fresh, the sauces are flavorful, and the spice levels are not playing around. My recommendation? Stick with level 2 unless you enjoy sweating through your meal and reevaluating your life choices. My go-to combo is mussels, shrimp, crab legs, potatoes, boiled egg, and veggies. And before anybody gets suspicious about the veggies in a seafood boil, hear me out, they absolutely belong there. They soak up all that buttery, spicy sauce and add something extra to the whole experience. Don't skip them. Also, get the flights. They're fun, they're good, and they make an already good time even better. Smashin Crab is one of those places we keep coming back to because it's reliable in the best way: good seafood, great flavor, and the kind of meal that feels like an event every time.

Jenn was our server, and she was amazing very attentive, informative, and provided great service throughout our visit. The ambiance was a fun, lively vibe with music playing, and the restaurant was clean. The happy hour menu had a great selection, with everything from shrimp boils to cocktails. We started with the 1/2 dozen chargrilled oysters ($19.12) and the Smash'd Margarita Flight ($11 during happy hour). Chargrilled Oysters: 8.5/10 The oysters were cooked in garlic butter and Parmesan and served with crispy toast. The toast was definitely a highlight for me it added such a good texture and paired really well with the oysters. I would absolutely order these again! Smash'd Margarita Flight: (9/10) This was a fun way to get a taste of the different margaritas they offer. The prickly pear was my favorite of the flight! Shrimp Boil: (10/10) For our main meal, we ordered the shrimp boil from the happy hour menu and added a few extras. I loved how customizable the boils were. They have a great variety of add-ons, from broccoli to ramen noodles, and you can also choose your seasoning and spice level. Overall, we had a great experience. Good food, a fun atmosphere, plenty of options, and great service from Jenn. We'll definitely be back and those chargrilled oysters will be making another appearance at the table! When I received my order, it was completely wrong but it was rectified right away. As far as the ambiance, I think it's very clean and laid back. I enjoyed watching the Spurs game while I ate. Now let's get into the food... I'll start off with the bad: Seafood Boils: I believe the crawfish weren't washed well enough. They had a distinct smell and lots of poop. I've never had them like this and I've eaten crawfish in a lot of places and different cities. The "queen crab leg" was good and a nice size. And the potatoes and andouille sausage were good along with the eggs. Overall I think they could improve the actual water and seasoning in which the seafood is cooked in. The sauce was okay but also lacked some flavor. Needless to say, I will not be returning for any boils but maybe try other items on the menu. Boudin Balls: 5/5 - full of flavor and it was fresh! Fried Pickles: 5/5 - the best I've had. Delicious! All of this came out to $182 including the tip. I think they are a bit overpriced and charge for every little thing like taking the head off the shrimp lol.

The seafood came out very fresh, seasoned to perfection, and I enjoyed every bite! The building was playing live sports, and had music on. The windows, doors, floors, and building were clean. The restrooms were clean and stocked. This was a very good experience, and u absolutely will return! If you're looking for a seafood boil, the prices are very reasonable, and the flavor is great!

It was served with flatbread for dipping, and the lemon butter sauce was absolutely delicious. I followed our server's recommendation and ordered the Chicken Napoletana for my entrée. In all seriousness, it was one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had. The balance of flavors, the sauce, and the overall execution were perfect. I would absolutely come back just to order this dish again. We also had the pizza and spaghetti with meatballs, and both were delicious. The bread deserves a special mention as well- 10/10. I found this restaurant while visiting San Antonio and wanted to avoid dining near the River Walk, so I followed an article that listed it as the best authentic Italian restaurant in the city. After eating here, I completely agree with that assessment. Overall, this was an outstanding meal and a place I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for excellent Italian food in San Antonio.
