I had a great balance between sweet and acidity, both being very subtle. The pizza's sausage is made by the proprietor, Mario M., and let me tell you, he makes some grand sausage. The sausage was lighter than most and not overwhelmed by herbs and seasoning. It did have a small amount of fennel seeds, but no so much that it allowed the natural pork flavor to come through nicely. The mushrooms that came with this pizza were rendered down well from baking and were tender with a good earthy flavor. The Mozzarella was fresh and the pizza came with just the right amount. I was very impressed with the pizza's crust. It was of the thinner variety but held up very well to the pizza's ingredients.
