We reserved the date and time, and then Adriana helped us decide on a menu which included appetizers, pasta dishes, salad, meatballs, dessert and more. They also offered a full bar for the luncheon. We were able to do all the planning, etc. over the phone. The day of the luncheon, we arrived early and were greeted by Christian who was our main contact. He brought two extra tables into the room so we could set up photo displays, and quickly and seamlessly reacted when our headcount went from 30 people to 36 just minutes before guests were scheduled to arrive. In addition to Christian, Benji and Alondra ensured the comfort of our guests by offering drinks, refills, quick clean-up of table settings as we moved to the next meal offering, and many other kindnesses. Our guests commented not only on the beautiful room and the food, but on the friendliness and professionalism of the crew. A'Roma's private room is beautiful, and the afternoon was truly amazing.
