I stopped in for avocados and a few other produce items. It's a nice market that includes hot food items that can be eaten on their patio or available to go. I was disappointed, however, on the quality of the avocado. They were well priced at .99 each, but they were either over ripe and very squishy, well beyond good usage. Why they were still on the shelf is a mystery to me. The onions and peppers I picked up were in good condition and well priced. The cashier was friendly enough.

We wanted to have a nacho party with our immediate family so we were thinking of ideas and decided to call La Posta Market to see what they had in mind. Boy did they not disappoint! They told us they can do a family style table nacho with carnitas or any meat of our choosing! So we decided to give it a try and all we can say was WOW! If we can give a 10 star, we definitely would! They went above and beyond! The staff was so nice they helped us put everything together where all we had to do was throw it on the table when we got home! I would recommend this place on any given day! Thank you guys!

It was a beautiful gloomy day and I was craving some takeout when I entered the store I ordered a California burrito and it took about 35 minutes to prepare when I approached the register to pay the old lady at the register was extremely rude and tossed my burrito and soda abruptly into the bag which caused my burrito to rip and ruin my day

My favorite lil market, has all type of desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth! If hungry u can always hit the Deli and get a good deal on a combo or just a dish. Everything always fresh and if you haven't tried the tortillas they make, you're definitely missing out !! Flour tortillas are my favorite... the meat department has never disappointed either, always fresh and great prices. Catch the stakes on SALEB

Be very careful with the meat, I bought stakes and the next day they were rotten. And when I went back the owner didn't care.

Tacos El Gordo hits right every time! If you're a foodie you know that's this is the spot. This is…read moreby far the best location to get authentic TJ tacos. The Carne Asada Taco has a smoky beef flavor, and the quesadilla with corn tortilla has that seared cheese effect that you can only get with Oaxaca cheese, which is like a Mexican Mozzarella. I highly recommend pairing a quesadilla with your tacos. You can order it from any line. I've been going to Tacos El Gordo for almost 25 years now and it is still legit! This place is a San Diego staple that is true to home, and if you're not from San Diego, don't leave without trying it out!

Went to SD this past weekend and went twice in a row because their cabeza and carne asada tacos and…read moreplain quesadillas were so good! The tacos were around $4 which is pretty average but I thought their tacos were a bit bigger than average and had a good amount of meat. I usually can do two bites at other taco places but I have to take three bites here lol. The cabeza tacos were so tender and the carne asada tacos had a nice smoking taste to them. I also like how they came with a good amount of guac and you can also get a side or extra guac if you want more which was very nice of them. The plain quesadillas are simple but something about it was taste soo good, might be the cheese that they use and their handmade tortilla. I'm not too fan of their ordering system as there are around 5-7 different lines depending on what item/meat you want. If you want carne asada, you have to line up and then you have to line up at another line if you want another type of meat. Some lines are longer than others so I feel like my food gets cold by the time I get my second order and then I have to line up to pay. Both times I came, I came around 10-11pm and they ran out of the green sauce. They have a parking lot in the back so I prefer this location than the one at gaslamp.
