I work very close by and would say this is one of the better lunch options in the area for me. Everything is always consistently ready very fast and it's always tasty. There is a small free parking lot right out front, otherwise free street parking is also easy to find. Inside is large enough to dine in, but I always get it to go. They do have a pretty large menu with a lot of great options on it and I love that they have smoothies and drinks as well as food items. I have tried a few different things here, but this past order I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and added avocado and honestly really liked it. The ciabatta bread was crispy and the the chicken was perfectly spicy and I just really enjoyed it. The dressing on the side salad was also terrific. Knowing LA Prime first from Sawtelle and I remember I was quite impressed by the acai bowl that came with pretty generous portion. So knowing they're also here in West Adams with a plus point that sit down space was provided, so obviously I was giving it a go. They did have shared free parking lot with some other tenants within the complex, giving it another bonus point. Price was pretty affordable for the portion. I got their Dolce Latte and I was pleased that temperature was pretty hot just like how I fancied my hot coffee. I stopped by to get breakfast with one of my friends earlier in the week. Parking on the lot is limited but there is residential area parking available. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed. They have menu screens at the entrance. You place your order and pay at the front. You are then provided with a number to place at your table. The inside is spacious with plenty of tables for different party sizes. I got the waffle combo because they are known for their waffles. The combo came with a full Belgian waffle, chicken sausage, and two eggs any style. I also added fruit to it. For drink, I got the matcha coconut latte. My friend got the spicy sausage scramble which came with a generous amount of chicken sausage, breakfast potatoes, and a slice of toast. There is a water station next to the register where you can get water and other items. The food was ready in about ten minutes or so. The food smelled delicious as soon as it was placed on the table and it was plated so nicely. The waffles were perfectly cooked and had a slight sweet taste to them but not too overwhelming which was perfect. I didn't feel like they needed syrup, the fruit on top was perfect. The chicken sausage had a good flavor and eggs were cooked just right. I liked the amount of jalapeños that the scramble had and the breakfast potatoes were amazing! The matcha coconut latte was on the sweeter side, so I'll ask for less sweet or half sweet on it next time. The entire staff was friendly and checked on my friend and I a few times throughout the meal. The vibe feels homey. What a hidden gem in West Adams! Casual neighborhood spot with a small parking lot in front. Staff was outstandingly kind and helpful. Order first at the register then you are welcome to seat yourself inside. Excited to see that the breakfast menu is served all day. This has been on my "want to try list" for a while, I am glad I did. I was genuinely impressed. The restaurant is in a strip mall, if I hadn't read about it on Yelp, I probably would have passed it without thinking twice. I went on a Thursday morning and parking in the parking lot wasn't an issue. We entered, there was nothing fancy about it, the vibe was relaxed, the place felt clean. We were warmly greeted. I ordered a breakfast burrito and coffee; my partner ordered a latte and a waffle. It didn't take long for the food to arrive. You couldn't help but notice that they made effort with how the food looked. The latte was nicely crafted and had the design of a bird, the waffle looked gorgeous and so did my burrito. I have been here only a few times, but it hits every time. The food comes incredibly quick but is perfect everytime and there are a variety of things on the menu you can get. I usually get the scrambled eggs which were perfectly cooked, and the avocado toast on sourdough. Now, my favorite thing here are the smoothies because they are always fresh, delicious, and perfectly made. my personal favorite is the strawberry mango one. The iced matcha latte on the other hand, was a bit bland for me. I usually love matcha but the matcha powder was a bit low quality, but i still drank it because ut wasn't all that bad. The people who work here are always so sweet and take care of their customers. I highly recommend. read more

Now this place is a hidden gem. Hopefully this review highlights it. First and foremost, I hope when you walk in, you get greeted by Gio. He keeps a smile on his face and he is a breath of fresh air, his energy is bright. It's a small place but they can sit about 20-30 ppl. The food was good. I used to live in West Adams 10 years ago, but puzzled as to why I never stopped by here for breakfast. The facade is very unassuming and you're unsure which door to enter unless you're close enough to catch the sign directing customers to enter through the left most door. I came here around noon on a Friday with a friend. We ordered at the counter and then picked our own seats - it wasn't very busy so we had no issue finding a table. I ordered the Rooibos Tea Latte and the Breakfast Burrito. I LOVE tea art and was so pleasantly surprised when they place the mug in front of me with such a beautiful bird on it! It tasted amazingggg, kept me feeling so warm. The breakfast burrito was DELICIOUS, it came with a side of chipotle mayo and spicy salsa which both proved to be great sauces for this burrito. The entire tortilla was soft, the insides melty and gooey, that's exactly how I like my burritos. 2 years later and this place is still one of our favorite breakfast spots. Staff is still amazing - friendly and helpful. Prices are still really reasonable, and the food is still wonderful. I find this to be a simplistic place to grab an enjoyable meal. The food is always fresh and flavorful and their latte's give it a special kind of oomph. The servers are all very nice. Today the avocado toast was tasty. I like that it was served on crostini's that were both crispy and also not too crisp to make them hard to eat. The chicken sausage was just ok. It was flavored well but it was a texture thing for me. Reminded me too much of a hot dog texture. My dolce latte was delicious. The vibe of the wait staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot was not completely full so I was able to snag parking close to the door while I waited for them to complete the order so that's a plus. Mt meal was ready ahead of the suggested time so I enter the restaurant to be greeted by friendly staff as I picked my order that was already at the front. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Next time I will try to eat in. I'll tell you why. I ordered the Belgian waffle breakfast with special instructions for the waffle and the scrambled eggs which were ignored. So I had a soggy waffle and hard eggs once I arrived back at work. Sigh. It's better to be there in person to send back if needed. I'll try that next time. I also ordered the green juice which was very tasty but got too thick half way through. Probably my fault as I didn't drink it right away. But the creamy latte was the JAM! It needed nothing added. I think it has caramel I. In the description it says "maple syrup" but it's the fake corn syrup stuff, bleh!!! Thankfully, I have REAL maple syrup on hand!! Their waffle is delicious and deserves REAL maple syrup!!!! I love exploring shops around my neighborhood. I stopped by here when I was at a nearby laundromat. I didn't try any food and only ordered coffee since I had my dog with me, dogs are not allowed inside, and they didn't have outdoor seating.
