Food came quick. That's where the good ends. I ordered veal parm. Veal had no breading, noodles were hard, and sauce was bland.

When I saw the pictures here, I figured walking in on a Friday night would be a good time to just go with specialty slices in the window. I was pretty upset to only find a few favorites. That said, the buffalo slice (last one) was excellent, lots of chicken, very tasty. Chicken bacon ranch slice (only 2 left) also great. The rest of the options were pretty generic- a sausage slice, a white broccoli and some Sicilian slices rounded me out. Pizza was very good, no complaints. Side of meatballs were big and tasty, and 3 to an order was nice. So why only 3 stars? The garlic knots we got were disgusting. They tasted like old cardboard. Just terrible. I don't know if they used old oil, or just made them a week before they heated and served them to me, but they were gross. Stay away from that and you are good to go. read more

This place used to be great. Not sure what happened but they have gone down hill over the past year or so. I have frequented here many times just for the sole purpose of proximity to my house but each time is sad and disappointing. Just had a quick dinner on a Sunday night and the food and service was fantastic. The owner recommended we get the larger appetizers which was the perfect call. This was my first visit to the NEW Rosettas since Roger and his son Mike took over. The food was just as good if not better than what I remember when it was Villa Venezia. The wait staff (Marco) was awesome. I had the shrimp parmigiana. Not only was it delicious but the portion size was big enough that I had enough for lunch the next day :). I have been here a few times and the staff is always friendly and more importantly say thank you. Just had grilled chicken over spring mix which was a lunch special for $9.95 and it was great. Cannot speak to their other dishes, but would absolutely not recommend for pizza. We ordered a large pie, half plain / half chicken and broccoli, for pickup. It came out to about $18. The broccoli was wet and tasted like it had just been defrosted. The chicken and broccoli chunks were both overwhelmingly heavy. Combined with the wetness of the broccoli, the slices fell apart as soon as you tried to pick them up. The plain half was also a little soggy and average in taste, at best. Highly disappointed and regret spending any money on this pie. Will not order pizza from here again. read more

They need new Pizza Makers Me and my wife pop in here every 2 weeks and as of the last 2 months the slices they heat up should be thrown in the garbage. Yes we come in after 7pm sometimes and yes the pizza has been sitting but with very dried cheese and cardboard crusts and cutting your gums on these slices we are DONE. This cafe is so delightful! A romantic ambiance. For starters we had the Antipasta Freddo. It was absolutely delicious. Another appetizer we enjoyed was the Maryland Crabcakes. They melted in my mouth. I then enjoyed a cup of authentic Pasta Fagioli. Which was perfect!!! For my entree, I ordered the Three Musketeers. Chicken, Veal and Shrimp Francesc over risotto. The chicken was melt in your mouth. The shrimp very large and tasty and the veal was tender. My husband ordered Grilled Fillet of Salmon in a lemon white wine sauce. The Salmon was light and flaky and cooked to perfection. Our server Melissa was on point. Checking on us regularly to make sure we are happy. Our glasses were never empty. Found this place by accident. It's in the same lot as QuickChek, I noticed the "Grand Opening" sign. I got the Grandma's and the Chicken Caesar salad slices, both were quite enjoyable. Nice crust, yummy sauce and nice people running it. I will be back when I'm in the area. read more
