    #1. Carne Asada

Food was fire! Fresh and quick service! Cool chill table area. Carne asada and carnitas bomb.com

Craving Mexican food, especially tacos, I searched in Bothell and found great reviews for La Sabrosa Taqueria. It's easy to access, affordable, and perfect for a quick meal. The tacos are so good that after trying two, I had to get two more! I enjoyed the fried pork, fried beef, pollo, and asada tacos. They also offer beans and lemonade, though unfortunately, they don't have horchata. The tacos are priced between $3 and $4 each, which is reasonable for their tasty flavor, even if they're not large meals. The service is nice, the surroundings are pleasant, and it's conveniently located near houses, apartments, and other establishments.

Spotted this Food truck many time on Bothell Everett Hwy, but the craving Mexican food led me to La Sabrosa Taqueria one day, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. The setup is inviting, featuring a couple of benches for outdoor seating - ideal for a lunch/dinner on a sunny day; and a small cabin for those preferring to dine in more comfort. This flexibility in seating options immediately added to the charm of the place. The menu was extensive, showcasing a variety of tacos, burritos, enchilads and combo options. I really loved the Tacos, they were particularly impressive. Each one was filled with well-seasoned meats, fresh cilantro, onions, and delectable salsas on the side. The tortillas were soft and warm, adding a perfect base for the flavorful fillings. Taco Tuesdays are even better - that's my normal visit day! Tried both the vegetable and chicken burritos, they were equally satisfying, generously stuffed with rice, beans, meats, and fresh vegetables. Each bite offered a harmonious blend of textures and flavors, making it a truly enjoyable meal. Highly recommend their wet burritos. It's something special. The salsas they serve at this place deserve a special mention. They were incredibly flavorful, with a perfect balance of heat and taste. The variety of salsas available allowed me to customize each bite, enhancing the overall dining experience. The combination of spicy and tangy flavors was just right, adding depth to the already delicious food. I always ask for extra salsas, if I am picking up - they are quite happy to add a few! Service at La Sabrosa Taqueria is exceptional. The staff are very friendly, efficient, and attentive, making sure every customer felt welcomed and well taken care of. They have a kiosk as well to order. The prices were very reasonable, providing excellent value for money without compromising on the quality or quantity of the food. La Sabrosa Taqueria stands out as an excellent choice for anyone in this area seeking authentic and flavorful Mexican cuisine. Whether you prefer a quick bite on the benches or a more leisurely meal in the cabin, the experience is bound to be satisfying and memorable. One of my new favorites! Highly recommend this place!

I was craving a textural masterpiece, this place never fails to provided in such a quick, efficient matter. Nobody was there when I arrived & I always order the little tacos but to be honest. I was thinking something larger with a decent quantity and quality, hence the burritos they have. I got a #7 (x2) for me and my boyfriend. Let's just say absolutely delicious, their food is always juicy, ready to go and the QUANTITY ITS BIGGER THEN MY HANDS! - ALWAYS worth the $$$, because I'm never left hungry & never once prior have I had any issues with my order being correct. - The young lad that helped me was super friendly and easy going, not complaints just fascination. I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes max and all was ready. Even though it's outside as well, decently managed with the cleanliness aspect too. Maybe that's why it's called Taco Tuesday

Love this food truck! Fast, tasty & made with love! Prices are great for the quality you receive. I love that it is so close to me! Adorable seating area if you want to stop for a bite. Also saw they are open more hours now which is great! We always craved it on a Sunday when they were closed lol. 10/10!

A nice little taco truck on Bothell Everett Highway. Food is tasty but a little greasy. Finding the place can be kind of hard at first, but you will be glad you did. What else is there to say--a typical taco truck. This one also happens to sit in the same parking lot as Bronk's Knife Works. You can have your knives expertly sharpened and get some good Mexican food while waiting for your knives. Worth a try,

Not to be melodramatic but... HALLELUJAH praise the taco truck gods on high! Finally, FINALLY a 1st rate, delicious, AUTHENTIC street taco in the North Creek area! I was worried, I won't lie. I've read so many reviews of other taco trucks and they've never lived up to the reviews, this one did. Picture this: Its 43 degrees, it's dark, it's pouring rain, and this place is HOPPING busy! People standing outside for tacos, freezing, but most waiting in their cars....like me. I had a coupon, 5$ off a purchase of $25 or more, so I got 13 tacos for the 4 of us. I would've picked up 3 each, but that was $24.88 so I had to get one more to save $5 bucks. Just so you know, there was a civil war at the G. house for that extra taco! Thirteen Tacos Carnitas. Gorgeous, crispy, juicy, SUPER flavorful pork with ALL the trimmings.. of which I forgot to ask for! And they were all there anyway! Wow! Salsa, onions, radishes, cilantro, pickled carrot and roasted serranos. GREAT tacos carnitas and they didn't laugh at me when I practiced my terrible Spanish on them, so nice staff too.

We moved from San Diego to Seattle earlier this year and haven't been able to find very good tacos. This place is pretty close to the tacos we used to down in Cali. The tacos are very fresh. They don't break easily. It's a little pricey ($3 per taco) compared to what used to get in socal ($1.5 per), but everything is inflated right now and it being far from Mexico, nothing to complain. I highly recommend the Al pastor, asada, and la sabrosa tacos.

But I ended up having the jicama tacos with prawns again. Light and scrumptious! My hubby had the ribeye tacos, which were a little too spicy, but absolutely delicious. Several waitresses checked on us throughout the evening, making sure that our water was always topped up and we had everything we needed. We will be back again soon!

La Gloria is the exception. Reviews glow, but since you have seen my score, it's clear there is room for improvement. Once seated, we were served a Tostada. This was a single small fried tortilla with beans, cabbage and salsa. Probably cost less than $.25 in material, but sells for around $7. Now whenever, I talked to my God Mother, rest in peace, about a new Mexican restaurant, her first question was always the same, "How were the Frijoles?". These beans were creamy, well-seasoned and flavorful. The best refried beans I've tasted in some time. I still say the appetizer is overpriced, but I also see why they serve you one free for dining in. We started with chips and salsa. I still say, they should be free, but at $4, it's a little tough to complaint, but I will. The chips came on a dinner plate. A dinner plate of chips would be about the same size as a restaurant basket of chips, however, there was a large bowl big enough for soup with the smallest amount of salsa in it. So now, 25% of that surface space is gone. This bowl which most likely holds 16 oz has about 3 ounces of salsa, in it and 1/3 of the plate space is empty, So you have enough chips for one person and barely enough salsa for dipping. The salsa was also tart, no heat, no seasoning, we were very disappointed. Last, if you charge me for chips and salsa, it better be bottomless, but once the chips were gone, they removed the plate and bowl without offering to refill either. There were a couple items that looked good to me, but they both had squash. Sorry, I've never heard of squash in Mexican food, unless it's vegan, but maybe it's popular in the region this family is from. Rather than ask if it could be removed, I decided to go with the Carnes Asada. The food took a while to arrive, but they said everything is made from scratch and fresh, so I anticipated a meal worthy of El Presidente himself! Now, clearly this place was not without its flaws, but this was the best Carne Asada I've ever tasted. I was really skeptical, because it was thick cut and when Carna Asada is thick cut certain things tend to happen, it's not cooked evenly, the meat isn't seasoned well enough, so bites end up being bland. No, this was juicy, well-seasoned and cooked evenly, flawless. It also came with a generous scoop of guacamole, that didn't really impress. It was also served with Fried Cheese, no idea what that is, sounds like something served at the fair on stick. I got several tortillas that were hot and fresh and a small cup of whole beans that could have used some crumbled cheese on top. There was also a large portion of rice, but the flavor was a bit fishy. I don't know if they used a seafood broth, but for me it was inedible. There was also a smoky, spicy salsa served, but again, it was a tablespoon. Stop being so cheap with the salsa! This also would have been a far better salsa to go with chips than what was served. Glad I tasted everything, but not sure I would order it again. I didn't eat half of what was served do to taste which means I overpaid. If we do make it back, it would probably be for happy hour. That way we could sample a couple other items in a smaller portion for less. Would I recommend this place, sure, but not without the above cautions included. I like to clean my plate and feel like I got a deal, neither happened here due to some questionable choices in flavor or seasoning. The people could not have been nicer, but I can't say we left completely satisfied.

The service was prompt and friendly. It took us a bit to look over the menu, but ultimately decided on asada tacos and the Jalisco Philly, with a side of the trio dip. To start all of the dips were delicious. Putting them all on one chip was the way to go. Both of our mains were great. The Philly with the consume was juicy and very flavorful even down to the bread. The Brussel sprouts that came with it(for a small up charge ) were some of the best Brussel sprouts I've had in quite some time. The white salad was good but needed some cojita cheese. All in all we had a great experience, the only thing that fell short were the Margaritas. First I had the jalapeño and cucumber marg, which was alright. No real spice and not much flavor other than the sweet and sour. The second margarita I ordered was the basil (I don't remember what it was called but it said they won best of in 2025 for it) and I added jalapeño to it. Slightly more flavor but nothing that jumped out at me. While the food was great, I had my heart set on a really good spicy margarita, but it came up a bit short. Though I know that we will be back there again for a meal, and the brunch menu looked like something that we were looking into to have soon!
