I was told that the cleaner coming was the best they had. When the cleaner showed up, it was a completely different cleaner. I asked for my bathroom to be deep cleaned and my kitchen floor to be cleaned real good. The cleaner ended up breaking my shower doors, left gunk all over the floor in the bathroom and didn't even mop the kitchen floors. The cleaner was there for like 4 hours nothing looked like it was cleaned and on top of that broke stuff. I will not be using this service again Update: I was contacted by the manager to try and remedy this matter and again was told they are sending the best. My place didn't even look like it was cleaned. It still looked the same pretty much with a few places whipped down. I took photos and sent them to the manager who said ah he would come out herself. The day of the manager contacted me and said she is sick and went home and couldn't come. I said ok I'll reach out next week. Amazing work! I contacted Fiori to do a deep clean of my home, she responded the same day with a date that she had available. She arrived with her team, they did such amazing job, they stayed for over 8 hours, cleaning EVERYWHERE, even under and behind furniture and large appliances (stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer)! Flori came out to evaluate and gave me a quote and time frame to do the job. She and her crew came out the week of thanksgiving 2023. They cleaned every single room in my home plus all of my windows, inside and out. They were so thorough . I was so impressed . They cleaned behind the washer and dryer and refrigerator. They cleaned my refrigerator inside and out and also my double oven. My kitchen and dining room floors were old and really needed to be replaced. My family and I were shocked as to how they were able to get all the grime off our floors! Our stained porcelain sinks were white! My bathrooms were also impressively clean. What little they were not able to clean, Flori would explain why. Flori helped clean a unit a couple weeks ago. They did a good job on our emergency situation. She took care of the client and thoroughly cleaned. It cost $465 to clean a 430 sq ft studio. 5.5 hours of work! Of every cleaning service I have worked with (and I have gotten 2nd, 3rd opinions), even big houses don't even go for this much. The place was dirty but hard to justify the time cleaned. I feel our cleaning situation was taken advantage of (since it was an emergency) and unfortunately did not leave a good taste. She did not give any invoices for services rendered other than an email with the huge price. I was shocked because I requested for a 2 hour clean at $105. Since it was dirty, they spent an additional 3.5 hours there and a big bill came for my client. She did not mention that it would be that much prior to committing the work. If that was the case, we would have not done the cleaning. All in all, she did a very thorough job and great job cleaning. The reason for the low stars is because the customer service handling the invoicing and receipts was unpleasant. The way she corresponded with me was not a pleasant experience. read more
