I opted for a deep cleaning since I'd been living in my apartment for about a year and it never got a professional cleaning after I moved out. Flori and her colleague were here for about 6/7 hours and they got my apartment cleaner than I ever thought it could be! I know that Flori wasn't expecting our floors to be so difficult to get clean..... but she did her magic and our floors look beautiful!!! I don't know how to express how thankful I am to Flori and her team. After moving out, our house was super dirty and dusty. I was searching through companies on Yelp for a housekeeping / cleaning company that could come to my home last minute and do a deep clean. I emailed several companies who had no openings, which was understandable given the notice; however, Florica responded to my email right away even though it was late Friday night. She let me know that even though she was booked, she would squeeze me in for Saturday afternoon. The La Shine team arrived right on time, I gave them a quick tour, Florica asked about the areas of most concern and thoroughly explained what to expect and the time needed for the job. I felt very comfortable and was pleased with their professionalism! Once the job was complete, we took a walk of my home together and she further explained how she cleaned each area of my home, which products she used, etc. To be frank, Florica and her team left our home more thoroughly cleaned than it was when we moved in! Flori and her team (TJ and Tim) are amazing at what they do. They came to my house earlier than the original agreed upon time to ensure they would be able to finish everything. They cleaned my entire house from top to bottom and everything looked amazing. I was walked through the entire house and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. They were eager to make sure I was happy with their service, and not eager to leave until they did just that. There are a lot of cleaning companies popping up all over the internet, it's easy to get stuck with a company that will take your money and run. They will quote low and then nickel and dime you once they job is done without warning. Flori does everything the right way. She comes to your house ahead of time to see the job in person and give a proper quote. My house took more time than expected, but not once did they try to squeeze me for any more than the original quote, and they were apologizing to me for taking so long (my house was a mess, and I have family coming in so I wanted it spotless. I knew it would take all day so they had no reason to apologize) Flori will be getting my business anytime I need cleaning services moving forward. read more

I am very pleased with Flori (the owner) and Kristina (the cleaner) for their help to clean our place in Cerritos. For New Years we had a 2 day house party and you can imagine the mess it left the house. I called La Shine and Flori picked up on first call and said that she had someone available the next day at 1:30PM which is amazing because many of the cleaners were busy for the new years. Basically the steps are: -she texts you, and you respond for confirmation -write her an email for any particular things you want her to concentrate on -she comes to the house (on time) with the cleaner to inspect the house and give an estimate on time it takes to clean and cost -cleaner works her magic and cleans -After the work is done, Flori comes by to inspect the work and collects the money (accept cash, card, or venmo) When I came back everything was wiped clean. Flori gave an estimate of 4 hours to clean the house which costs $140, but because it was such a big house Kristina had to take an extra 2 hours to clean. Flori didn't charge for the extra 2 hours, which I am very grateful for. Overall, I am impressed by the communication, reassurance, and updates Flori gave me on the status of the house and the quality of the clean. She responds quick to texts and answers all questions. I would definitely go back to her again if ever needed. But I lack one star because I noticed some spots on the floor was missed and she didnt vacuum one of the rooms. But it's all good.
