meeting with the company at first was very easy and straight to the point, since then we have had la sign creations do all our plazas

We expanded our business and wanted a new sign made. Javier made our first sign 2 years ago and we had a great experience. This time around was different. He was prompt in responding, providing mock up drawings and a quote (with an additional discount - which we appreciated) but lacked on the delivery AND especially in customer service. He gave us a 5 day window of when he planned on installing the sign and did not commit to it. There were a series of follow up emails and phone calls in which he would answer or reply back saying it would be done by the end of he week or by such date and AGAIN no follow through. I was losing my patience. I called again and this time Javier was YELLING on his phone (as much as he says it wasn't him yelling due to him driving in a big truck with me on speaker - I know exactly what I heard and his tone and attitude that day) He was RUDE and furious when I told him we have been follow up with him several times and he didn't follow through or communicate to us - instead he pushes us off and give us hope that it will be done. He yelled and said he was trying his best and he is short staffed. HOW IS THIS OUR PROBLEM? He's yelling at me for checking in on install date. How ridiculous is that? And even then he couldn't commit to a date. Regardless I told him he was being rude and it's really not our problem that he is understaffed. If he had communicated to us instead of having us reach out constantly to follow up that would have been appreciated. He said we wouldn't have to pay the balance and he'd the job done and be out. His wife Gloria called shortly after to apologize and convince me that he wasn't trying to be rude but damage was done. I appreciated her call but it left a bitter taste. I know what I heard and if he was apologetic YOU WOULD THINK when he arrived to install the sign he'd talk to us about it but instead came all grumpy like he hated his job - got it up and just left. We had a series of text and calls. Gloria discounted us barely anything ($140) for the inconvenience. IMMEDIATELY after Javier installed the sign Gloria started hunting us down for payment. I wanted a little more time to make sure it was working properly. It was the LEAST they could have done given that they delayed the install. I DIDN'T appreciate how quick she was to threaten us that they would remove the sign if payment wasn't collected the same day. These two were so UNPROFESSIONALL. I was trying to get my point across of how we were being treated. Javier did end up saying that we didn't have to pay for the balance but we paid. They finally apologized and admitted fault. The sign looks fine and it's now up and running. We paid for the product and service rendered even though it was a painful process... We just felt it was not good business practice to not pay but believe that we did NOTHING wrong to deserve this kind of customer service. Im basing my review on customer service and lead time. I would not use LA Sign Creations again or recommend anyone to. I don't know what's going with their business but as of late - they definitely lacks customer service and compassion. You can find another sign company who can provide better service. read more

Scam scam scam !!!! I met with Javier who is the owner back in April 2 at one of my insurance locations. He told me he takes pride in his work and he likes to overdeliver and not under and promises that he was going to deliver my sign within three weeks. He came and picked up a deposit from me of $3000 and ever since I've been hunting him down to take care of my sign and he is ducking and dodging my calls and now I have to have a legal team go after him and his company to get my deposit back. Every time he gives me a different excuse family reasons and last but not least he came to my office three weeks ago and acted like he was taking measurements because he was going to deliver that same week and ever since he's been blocking my calls. read more

This company is wonderful!! Javier has done a few signs for us previously at my old company. Large, small, inside, outside and back lit and they all look amazing!!! But he just finished a new one for me at my new company and it is STUNNING!!! He matched the color we wanted perfectly (brushed gold metal) and kept the cost down by suggesting other materials we could use. Beautiful work!!! Spoke with Javier regarding the sign I needed for my Dental office lobby. He was very quick and efficient in creating a demo sign on Photoshop and sending it back via email. I had been looking into getting the sign created for a while and finally gave up since everyone gave me a long waiting period while the sign was being fabricated. Javier created exactly what I wanted in less than one week!! The color was slightly off when they got to the office to install it, he took it back and repainted it to the color we wanted within an hour. He gave me a great deal as well.
