Not a good experience, I have a busy schedule but I knew I needed some new mids and highs. Finally one Saturday I had some time and took my truck in to get them. I was told what they sold was good quality , (Alpines I believe) . When I picked up my truck the installers mention they had adjusted my amps( inside my head I thought that wasn't good since my old speakers had blown) but I figured they were professionals I didn't say anything . Right off the back I notice they sounded louder but shortly within about a few weeks, speakers started to sound funny and sure thing they were blown . Then I realized that what the installer meant by adjusting my amps, he meant raised the capacity. Speakers sounded worst than my old ones. -2 is the score I will give them. A tint job was done, and when I found dirt between the tenth and glass went back to try to get it corrected within the time of their warranty they reschedule. At the time to come back they called to say the tint guy was not there. After 3 times of rescheduling I contact them and ask for customer service number, and the only answer I could get was to Google it. They do not have a customer service number nor do they have a corporate number and they would not honor their warranty for their job. Keep on giving the runaround. I just recently had my windows tinted here on my 2011 Honda Accord Coupe and the service here was awful. I dropped my car off for $140. Then 15 mins later they call back saying there much more work than they anticipated, so they wanted to add $40. The job took 6 hours they left my brake light disconnected and hanging. The speakers were damaged from all the glue that was sprayed on and not wiped off. Will never bring anyone of my other vehicles and I do not recommend this place. read more

I recently came in to get some beat put into my 2013 Ford Fusion and change out my stock radio. Come to find out there is no radio kit made for the Ford Fusion yet! So I thought I wasn't going to be able to modify anything in my car. I was approached by JR and let me tell you my car came out amazing! The guys at lasterio built a custom dash kit for my car and installed my new Alpine CarPlay Sterio that I absolutely love! During the same time the also worked on my husbands 2007 GMC Yukon and also did custom work on the truck as well! They installed a built in box for our sub and amp! Quality of work and services are great. I had them install an alarm system and they also did a superb job on my tint. If you have questions about anything you need to ask because they mainly see what you want done and if you want to add anything else. Besides that my only complaint is 2 random screws they put under my dash that served no purpose for the alarm, I just took them out. read more

Called shop to inquire how much to install radio, and they quoted a reasonable price. Once I arrive, price increase almost 300%. After pricing out parts myself, parts are marked up over 800%. The way they do business looks like they just want to get you into the door and do a bate and switch. I called other places, and they wouldn't even give me a quote until they saw the radio and car. Which I can respect that. Now the installation was another story. With everyone going to wireless technology they don't even carry USB extension cables to place outlet where it would be convenient and the right location. Instead they used my own charging cable, which everyone who has a cell phone knows that they don't last and you have to replace from time to time. The worst part is that they didn't even call me until everything was put back together, and it was no big deal. Why would anyone buy a radio with "apple Play" and not use it. So if you have any type of technology based radios go somewhere else, but if you want to install an 8-track player these are the guys. read more

Ok. So I went back in to get an amp I was undecided about. I was a walk in and only wanted to get the amp, but they (jr and Roger) got me in so they can install it for me. So after looking at some stuff, they noticed my own connections were wrong and THEY FIXED MY OWN MISTAKE! now that was a big plus! Roger (the manager I believe) said that when customers come in with wrong wiring, they always fix it to prevent any accidents. So that was definately cool! They installed the new amp with my sub and man does it hit. They even ran the remote wire when I told them I can do it. They programmed the amp to my subs close-to-max output and specifically told me not to mess around with it that way I don't mess it up!
