My waiter did not follow up with me on how raw the steak was and did not comp my meal/provide any kind of remedy. I wasn't looking for a free meal, but the lack of follow-through to remedy the situation was the icing on the cake (or insert some kind of raw steak pun). My cocktail (which all arrived AFTER our meals were delivered) was pretty good, thus the 2 stars. But I question why/how my steak was so raw despite me waiting 45-55 minutes for it.
