I hired another contractor to come out and look at the issue of the fountain not working, after the people at 5 elements stopped responding to my calls and emails. Turns out the frame the stone sat on was not strong enough to hold the stone and caved it on itself and that is what caused the water to stop flowing. I would not recommend this business.
